"Truck Stop Cafe, Hastings Sunrise Grandview Woodland by WoodType. Truck Stop Cafe is truly a hidden gem. Though I’d like for it to stay that way, the family who runs it is lovely and deserves the shoutout. What’s great about it is the no frills menu—an ode to old-school truck stops with its simple bacon and eggs-type breakfasts for no more than $6–8. Because it’s run by an Asian family, you’ll also find items like wonton noodle soup if a traditional breakfast isn’t your thing. Either way, the service alone is reason to check it out."
