The bar serves up inventive cocktails based on classic recipes often with a flare for kitschy concoctions. The food menu is made of risky translations of American comfort food like a grilled corn muffin with pulled pork, jalapeño pepper jelly, avocado and pickled red onion or the Carpet Burger topped with fried oysters, chipotle rémoulade, grilled onions and cheese.
