"Taco Cat, Uptown Powderhorn by Teagan White. Yep, it really exists -- a taco place with delivery, only by bike (and with a cat mascot, because you CAN have everything in life). Taco Cat serves up creative takes on street-style tacos, burritos, and Sunday-brunch breakfast burritos. They'll even bring you bombers of beer from East Lake Brewery. There aren't a lot of eateries out there able to boast specials as abominable as a "$4.20 Cool-Ranch-Dorito fried-mac-n-cheese taco with bacon, ranch, hot sauce, and Cheeto crumble" while also providing unique vegan options, but Taco Cat is next level.
