Coming in sweet and savoury versions, these freshly baked Tau Sar Piahs have a buttery, cookie-like crunch to the flaky pastry, which hides the bean paste within. Loong Fatt’s Tau Sar Piahs have established such a name locally that when someone mentions Balestier Road, they are bound to pop up as a go-to.
