"Alexander Park, Petrogradskaya Gorkovskaya by Molinos. Alexander Park – is one of the first public parks in the city. This is a small square in the city center, with old trees, a small pond and cozy benches. The Park is rather densely planted with trees and it is nicely dark and cool in the summer. The Park is the most beautiful on a winter night, when the lanterns are shining. There is a coffee house in the ancient grotto in the center of the park. You can take the cocoa here and wander through the park without freezing. The Park is located close to the metro station and the main attractions, so don’t expect privacy from this place. On the other hand this park is just perfect for a short break, when you are running from one sight to the next."
