"Rua das Gaivotas 6, Poço Dos Negros. Teatro Praga’s scope of activity has always surpassed the borders of theatre. It has never been only an artistic institution aimed at the creation of performances, but above all, a constellation of people who are looking at the world. Rua das Gaivotas 6 follows a project that has started 20 years ago and that has dodged definitions through its continuous changes. Today, it is not just Teatro Praga, it is a place for performances, movement, residencies and readings - a former School, now open to the neighbourhood and the city as a whole. Here the performing arts, visual arts, conferences, literature, cinema and workshops are welcomed. The schedule of activities can be found in the website."
