Classes focussing on Vinyasa flows range from 60 to 75 minutes, and after you’re done they have refreshing lavender towels and an assortment of fresh delicious juices. Patrons who are keen to try something more than just yoga are offered a raft of events and workshops including surf, meditation and barre.
