"Rocketown is a huge city block sized entertainment space that encompasses everything from breakdancing classes and dodgeball tournaments to metal shows. Rocketown is best known as a music venue but it also offers after-school programming and has a sister business, SixthAve skatepark. The shows are all ages and feature acts of all music genres. The after school programming exposes and inspires youth to creative fields like recording, film editing, art/design, dance and more. It was started in the mid-2000's as an outreach for teens of all walks of life.
