You need to get there early so you can try them all, especially the Olive Rosemary, Orchard and Ciabatta…and the Sprouted Quinoa…and the Rye Cookies…yummm. On Saturdays in the spring and summer, they partner with local chefs using seasonal local ingredients to make Cheese Slippers. What are Cheese Slippers you ask, well, they are almost like a pizza, but not a pizza, they are just drool-worthy cheesy bready oozy goodness, that is 100% worth standing in an hour long line to taste.
