"The Spinnerei is a huge creative complex founded on the site of the former cotton mill, including more than 100 artists' studios, a potters' workshop, print studios, galleries, a cinema, an arts supply store, a Café/Restaurant, and much more. The historical industrial site was founded in 1884 and employed as many as 4000 workers at its height.
