On the Grid : Art League Houston

"The Funnel Tunnel, a beloved esplanade project by Patrick Renner on Montrose Boulevard is off to New Orleans. The minds that envisioned this piece of civic art are still at it, exhibiting work that often speaks to social practices and justice. One of the cities oldest non-profit art organizations, the ALH was established to house a studio workshop and showcase local artists. Some years later, they added an adult art school which now offers a full range of classes. The number of sessions per class is tremendous. So much bang for your buck! Tip: View some art and then get some coffee at Inversion (an installation turned coffee shop), or vice versa!" - Curiosity and Curiosities
