"Perched high above the city skyline at Andaz Singapore, this rooftop bar reopened after a six-month hiatus with a brand-new food licence and refreshed offerings. I go for the top-notch tipples and sunset views, pairing fruity, herb-focused cocktails inspired by the on-site greenery with a rotating selection of bites such as truffle fries, Impossible sliders and chicken or beef satay.
