"An inviting café-styled space from an acclaimed Indian F&B group, this Shoreditch outpost is designed as a place to relax, unwind and connect from breakfast through dinner. The vibrant interiors blend Jaipur pink with London industrial chic, featuring high ceilings, steel pillars and abundant natural light, while vintage herringbone floors and a semi-draped glass ceiling add a warm glow to the room. The menu combines old favourites with new dishes, ranging from crispy samphire pakoras with tamarind to their famous Keralan fried chicken. Later in the day, the lively horseshoe-shaped bar serves drinks such as the vodka-based Aam Standard, which layers flavours of mango and cardamom with oxymel, an ancient honey-and-vinegar remedy for hangovers." - Karen Fong
