"Run by bakers Louis Koh and Elvis Liew, this bakery focuses on hand-kneaded French loaves and Danish pastries made with French butter and flour without extra preservatives. The shop sticks mainly to classics: a traditional baguette made with an in-house cultivated starter and sourdough, a showy Chocolate Almond Banana pain au chocolat filled with almond frangipane and banana and topped with almond flakes, and a caramel-forward Kouign-amann made with brown sugar." - Joyce Chua and Sanjay Surana
