Signature items highlight simple, clean flavours — think a raw beetroot with pecan nuts, sage and sumac pesto — alongside more substantial plates like a gluten-free leek and roasted pumpkin tart, a superfood earth bowl with soba and broccoli, and a smoked onion and asparagus risotto finished with grated lemon rind. Gluten- and dairy-free desserts such as pear-and-ginger cake and an olive-oil, honey-and-lemon cake (with plant-based yoghurt) round out the menu, and a grab-and-go selection of sandwiches and salads is available for quick meals.
