"Christmas Signature Carousel Cake abandons the traditional yule log in favor of a fanciful, highly decorative carousel centerpiece made with French spice cake, orange marmalade and jivara bavaroise (a chocolate cream). The elaborate design includes handcrafted fondant and chocolate characters such as gingerbread figures, and each limited-edition cake comes in a keepsake crimson box with a unique serial number.
