"You could probably work out from the name that Naxian on the Beach stands on the coast of the Cycladic island of Naxos. What’s only apparent on a closer inspection, however, is that this is an uncharacteristically low-key and laid-back luxury hotel; everything feels rough-hewn, handmade, and the farthest thing from formal, however lavish its comforts may be.
