"Hyatt’s luxury-boutique hotel brand is known for audacious design choices, and the rakishly slanted skyscraper that houses Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is nothing if not audacious. A lesser hotel might have lost its nerve when the time came to design the interiors, but these spaces are ultra-modern, though not at all without warmth — in fact the rooms are as cozy as a glass-walled skyscraper can be. There’s art everywhere, including a dedicated gallery space, and the 19th-floor pool deck adjoins a generous spa and fitness center.
