If you want to see and be seen in Toulouse, this is prime people watching real estate. Great decor, excellent wine selection and the food is delectable. Here you can stock up on any ingredients from far-flung countries you could possibly desire all while enjoying a glass of Pomerol, and chow down on roasted bone marrow with confit garlic or confit duck ravioli.
