Amazonico Miami – A Spectacular New Arrival! We dined at Amazonico London and always wished to see this incredible concept in Miami — and here we go! Amazonico Miami just opened a few blocks away from us, and we couldn’t wait to try it. From the valet to the reception and hostess stand, everything is perfectly organized and managed with true professionalism. The restaurant is massive — even larger than the London version — and beautifully designed. It features both outdoor and indoor areas, with my favorite spot being inside, facing the live band. The tables are elegantly set with beautiful plates decorated with exotic bird illustrations, adding a special touch to the dining experience. We ordered the chef’s selection of sashimi, which was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The guacamole was prepared tableside — a nice touch — though I would have preferred a bit more spice. The sake and cocktails were both excellent. Overall, Amazonico Miami is an outstanding addition to the city’s growing list of world-class restaurants. A must-visit spot that brings even more energy and elegance to Miami’s dining scene!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Experience! From the moment we approached Amazónico Miami, we knew we were in for a treat. We were greeted right away and seated immediately, such a smooth start! Our server, Joselyn, made the entire evening unforgettable. Her energy was infectious, joyful, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She guided us through the menu perfectly while still giving us space to decide what we wanted. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, and my personal favorites were the Ensalada Amazónico, the sweet potato mash, and the Argentinian ribeye. The chef recommended medium, but next time I’d go with medium rare. The open kitchen, visible through glass windows, added such a lively and elegant touch to the experience. Not only were the cocktails delicious, but the presentation was stunning! We ordered the Peacock Spritz, and it arrived in a beautiful peacock-shaped glass, such a fun and memorable touch that perfectly fits the restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere. Service here truly feels like a team effort, every server was attentive and remembered even the smallest details, like who was drinking still or sparkling water. For dessert, don’t skip the crème brûlée, it was one of the best I’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, I’d recommend going early in the evening. We arrived around 6 p.m. and had a calm, intimate dinner, but by 8 p.m., the restaurant was packed and buzzing with energy. Amazónico exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything about our experience at Amazonico was Five Stars! My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic evening, beginning with our greetings at the host stand. We were walked to our table on the 1st floor near the stage where we enjoyed some wonderful jazz music that enhanced the ambiance all evening, and didn't overpower the room. The attention is very much on your dining experience and the amazing atmosphere, enhanced only by some light and fun live music. Almost immediately we were greeted by our server Jeisy, who guided us through one of the most amazing culinary experiences. She was so very accommodating and attentive. Not one detail was overlooked during each course. Most importantly, the manager Sechkin was most gracious and accommodating. He greeted us, introduced himself, and checked in periodically throughout our experience. Sech definitely took our night from great to amazing and without him, it would have just been another nice night at a beautiful restaurant. But because of Sech and his team, we were amazed at the entire experience, let alone how cool, fun, and beautiful the entire restaurant is. We can't wait to go back! Thank you Sech, Jeisy, and the entire staff! Side note about food, highly recommend the Salmon Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Frog Legs, and Lamb Chops. All were fantastic and we ended the dinner with Amazonico's version of creme bruelee, it was outstanding.

Yesterday we had an incredible experience at Amazónico Miami! We’ve been to other Amazónico locations around the world, but Miami truly stands out. The vibrant atmosphere and flavors are unmatched. We started with the Amazónico salad, some nigiris, and the shrimp. For mains, we shared the entraña and the merluza with arroz con mariscos, each dish better than the last. A special mention to Lilia, who made our evening unforgettable. Her warmth, attention to detail, and spot-on recommendations elevated our experience from great to exceptional. You can tell she truly loves what she does. We would love to come back really soon.

From the moment I arrived, the team provided impeccable service — attentive, warm, and professional without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere is electric yet elegant — vibrant décor, great music, and a truly cosmopolitan energy that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a world-class dining destination. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor — fresh, bold, and sophisticated. A special thank you to Sechkin Hyusmen, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. His leadership clearly reflects in how seamlessly the team operates. Amazing experience, service and food! Our waiter, Ben was spectacular! We had dinner in the dining area and then we headed upstairs to the lounge for some drink and lively music. The whole night was perfect and the dessert platter is a must have!!

I was there for the soft opening with my friends and we had the absolute best time. Service was outstanding, Tatiana was in charge of our group, the food was so delicious and the interior decor is amazing on all 3 floors. Can’t wait to go back very soon!!
