Amazónico - Review - Brickell - Miami - The Infatuation

"This three-floor restaurant looks like an Animal Kingdom installation for rainforest conservation efforts. They have locations in London, Dubai, and Monte Carlo but none are as big as this Brickell location. Expect a mix of loosely defined Latin dishes like arroz chaufa and picanha with a DJ playing “elec-tropical beats” in the background (or there might be a live musician, it just depends what floor you’re on)." - Mariana Trabanino

Amazónico Opens First U.S. Outpost in Miami | Eater Miami

"Promising the “sexy,” “fun,” “funky,” and “stylish” vibe reviewers associate with the Madrid-based brand, this first U.S. outpost unfolds across three floors dressed in lush, 1970s Rio de Janeiro–inspired decor by Lázaro Rosa Violán, with live bands, DJs, and an open kitchen building what the team calls “an immersive gastronomic journey through the Amazon.” The second floor brings a bar, lounge, and sushi counter; the rooftop bar crowns the space with stunning views of Miami and a lively scene—“as you ascend through the venue, the energy intensifies.” Silva’s menu leans into Brazil with influences from Argentina, China, India, and Nikkei cuisine, featuring arroz chaufa with duck breast, wood-fired seabass, and plenty of steak, plus Miami-specific seafood like Alaskan king crab with Nikkei dressing, black tiger prawns in a coconut bisque, and yellowfin bass in a spicy warm broth. Guests should feel like they’re dining and drinking in a rainforest, with reservations opening September 18 ahead of the Friday, September 26 launch." - Erin Perkins

London Restaurant Reviews: Oklava Bakery + Wine Is Almost Amazing | Eater London

"A much flashier, garish and Instagrammable South American club-restaurant where the front-of-house spectacle—DJ, thumping music and selfie-filled gallery—gives way in the dining room to a calmer, intimate atmosphere and consistently good cooking. Highlights include raw carabineros with yuzu and popped corn (a triumph of subtle flavour and satisfying crunch), a skirt steak marinated in chimichurri that delivers charred fat and pink flesh, stunning charred broccoli stems and carrots, and a perfect chocolate fondant; service is described as impeccable, making it easy to be swept up in the exuberant experience." - George Reynolds

My family and I chose Amazónico for my birthday dinner, and the entire experience was absolutely spectacular, truly a 4/4! Atmosphere & Service We were seated in the beautiful outdoor area, and the ambiance was nothing short of magical. The lush decor and sophisticated, high-energy vibe made it the perfect setting for a celebration. A huge thank you to the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Seçkin, who was incredibly attentive and kind throughout the evening. He personally took the time to show us around the restaurant, which was a lovely gesture. His hospitality made our night feel truly special. Food & Presentation The food was not just delicious but a work of art. Every dish was prepared and presented with extraordinary attention to detail. The steak was perfectly cooked and served beautifully. The appetizers, like the crispy prawn dish, were exquisite and flavorful. Even the empty plate was stunning, featuring the Amazónico hummingbird motif. The desserts were the perfect ending, especially the one served on ice with the "Happy Birthday" plaque. This is more than just a dinner; it's a vibrant, immersive experience. We highly recommend Amazónico for any special occasion. We will definitely be back!

It was a great culinary experience.!! We had a business dinner at Amazónico. Food was delicious and the service was really good. Dimo made our night definitely special, he helped us to choose all the delicious food and surprise us with the great and beautiful drinks. We will definitely come back and ask for him. My favorite dish was the Arros Chaufa, and the Picaña. You will be surprised with the amazing dessert for the whole table.

The atmosphere here is absolutely incredible: immersive, energetic, and visually stunning. I was seated near the sushi bar, which gave a great view of the space and added to the overall vibe. I ordered from the main menu and the food was genuinely good, and the cocktails were excellent—creative, well made, and definitely a standout part of the evening. Unfortunately, the service in the sushi bar area really let the experience down. Even though the restaurant was busy (totally understandable), this section felt overlooked. It took a long time to get any attention, and it often seemed like our side of the room was forgotten compared to the rest of the dining area. Overall, I’d come back for the atmosphere and drinks, and the food was solid, but I really hope the service in this part of the restaurant gets more consistent attention, because with that fixed, it could be a 5-star experience.

We finally got a reservation at Amazonica, and it was absolutely worth it. The space is stunning, the service is sharp, and the food exceeded our expectations. The Arzo and the chicken dishes were especially delicious highly recommend both. Huge thanks to Jeisy Aries and Caner for making our night even better. Their suggestions were spot-on, and we left genuinely happy. The restaurant has three floors: a sushi + bar area on the second floor and a beautiful rooftop on the top level. If you can find a reservation, definitely go. Totally worth it.

Everything about our experience at Amazonico was Five Stars! My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic evening, beginning with our greetings at the host stand. We were walked to our table on the 1st floor near the stage where we enjoyed some wonderful jazz music that enhanced the ambiance all evening, and didn't overpower the room. The attention is very much on your dining experience and the amazing atmosphere, enhanced only by some light and fun live music. Almost immediately we were greeted by our server Jeisy, who guided us through one of the most amazing culinary experiences. She was so very accommodating and attentive. Not one detail was overlooked during each course. Most importantly, the manager Sechkin was most gracious and accommodating. He greeted us, introduced himself, and checked in periodically throughout our experience. Sech definitely took our night from great to amazing and without him, it would have just been another nice night at a beautiful restaurant. But because of Sech and his team, we were amazed at the entire experience, let alone how cool, fun, and beautiful the entire restaurant is. We can't wait to go back! Thank you Sech, Jeisy, and the entire staff! Side note about food, highly recommend the Salmon Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Frog Legs, and Lamb Chops. All were fantastic and we ended the dinner with Amazonico's version of creme bruelee, it was outstanding.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Amazónico Miami I went to Amazónico Miami by myself, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hostesses at the entrance were so warm and friendly — they made me feel welcome right away. I first sat at the bar downstairs and ordered a non-alcoholic drink — the presentation was absolutely stunning! Later, I moved upstairs to the sushi bar, where I ordered the temaki, ceviche, and salmon maki. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the outstanding service from my waiter, Abendo. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, making sure every detail was perfect. His excellent service turned a great dinner into an exceptional experience. Thank you, Abendo, and the Amazónico Miami team, for such a memorable evening!

My husband and I continue to have our most wonderful experiences at Amazonico. This weekend we had an exceptional time, beginning with dinner on the 1st floor and enjoying some nice ambient live music. We enjoyed the salmon, hamachi, chicken rolls, and duck over rice. All were fantastic and complemented by the house made cheese bread and guacamole. After dinner, our most gracious manager Darly escorted us to the 3rd floor to enjoy the rooftop experience and our server Rolando was amazingly accommodating while we enjoyed champagne under the stars. Thank you to the servers and managers of Amazonico for continuing to exceed expectations

Amazonico is probably my favorite restaurant that has opened in Miami in quite some time. It’s absolutely gorgeous, the service was excellent when my group went, and the food was all very delicious. Personally I thought the lamb chops were the standout dish here. They also offer a fun variety of cocktails in different glasses. They also have the option of taking cocktails and splitting them into shots into these little boats which was a fun experience. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a fun vibrant atmosphere with great food. Instagram - alexoheats TikTok - @alex.oh.eats
