Amazónico - Review - Brickell - Miami - The Infatuation

"This three-floor restaurant looks like an Animal Kingdom installation for rainforest conservation efforts. They have locations in London, Dubai, and Monte Carlo but none are as big as this Brickell location. Expect a mix of loosely defined Latin dishes like arroz chaufa and picanha with a DJ playing “elec-tropical beats” in the background (or there might be a live musician, it just depends what floor you’re on)." - Mariana Trabanino

Amazónico Opens First U.S. Outpost in Miami | Eater Miami

"Promising the “sexy,” “fun,” “funky,” and “stylish” vibe reviewers associate with the Madrid-based brand, this first U.S. outpost unfolds across three floors dressed in lush, 1970s Rio de Janeiro–inspired decor by Lázaro Rosa Violán, with live bands, DJs, and an open kitchen building what the team calls “an immersive gastronomic journey through the Amazon.” The second floor brings a bar, lounge, and sushi counter; the rooftop bar crowns the space with stunning views of Miami and a lively scene—“as you ascend through the venue, the energy intensifies.” Silva’s menu leans into Brazil with influences from Argentina, China, India, and Nikkei cuisine, featuring arroz chaufa with duck breast, wood-fired seabass, and plenty of steak, plus Miami-specific seafood like Alaskan king crab with Nikkei dressing, black tiger prawns in a coconut bisque, and yellowfin bass in a spicy warm broth. Guests should feel like they’re dining and drinking in a rainforest, with reservations opening September 18 ahead of the Friday, September 26 launch." - Erin Perkins

London Restaurant Reviews: Oklava Bakery + Wine Is Almost Amazing | Eater London

"A much flashier, garish and Instagrammable South American club-restaurant where the front-of-house spectacle—DJ, thumping music and selfie-filled gallery—gives way in the dining room to a calmer, intimate atmosphere and consistently good cooking. Highlights include raw carabineros with yuzu and popped corn (a triumph of subtle flavour and satisfying crunch), a skirt steak marinated in chimichurri that delivers charred fat and pink flesh, stunning charred broccoli stems and carrots, and a perfect chocolate fondant; service is described as impeccable, making it easy to be swept up in the exuberant experience." - George Reynolds

I was truly pleasantly surprised by the experience at this place. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding, attentive, and exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, with great attention to detail. What really stands out is the decoration, especially the animal-themed elements, which give the space a unique, creative, and welcoming atmosphere. The cocktails were absolutely delicious, perfectly crafted and beautifully presented. The decorated glasses make each drink a visual experience as well as a treat to enjoy. This is definitely a place that combines great flavors, impressive aesthetics, and excellent service. Highly recommended! Thanks to the Server AB 🙏

My family and I chose Amazónico for my birthday dinner, and the entire experience was absolutely spectacular, truly a 4/4! Atmosphere & Service We were seated in the beautiful outdoor area, and the ambiance was nothing short of magical. The lush decor and sophisticated, high-energy vibe made it the perfect setting for a celebration. A huge thank you to the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Seçkin, who was incredibly attentive and kind throughout the evening. He personally took the time to show us around the restaurant, which was a lovely gesture. His hospitality made our night feel truly special. Food & Presentation The food was not just delicious but a work of art. Every dish was prepared and presented with extraordinary attention to detail. The steak was perfectly cooked and served beautifully. The appetizers, like the crispy prawn dish, were exquisite and flavorful. Even the empty plate was stunning, featuring the Amazónico hummingbird motif. The desserts were the perfect ending, especially the one served on ice with the "Happy Birthday" plaque. This is more than just a dinner; it's a vibrant, immersive experience. We highly recommend Amazónico for any special occasion. We will definitely be back!

We visited Amazónico Miami last night to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The interiors and overall ambiance are absolutely stunning—you truly feel like you’re walking into a lush natural jungle, from the entrance all the way into the dining room. The live music adds a beautiful, vibrant energy that elevates the entire evening. The food quality was excellent, and the drinks were amazing, with a very well-curated cocktail menu. Everything we tried was full of flavor, well-textured, and thoughtfully prepared. Every dish met—and in some cases exceeded—our expectations. A special highlight was the Solomillo de Wagyu, which was exceptional. We also loved the boniato (sweet potato) and the camarones melosos, which stood out as memorable and delicious dishes. Overall, Amazónico Miami is a fantastic restaurant that delivers on atmosphere, food, and experience. We would absolutely recommend it and look forward to coming back.

This restaurants is absolutely beautiful and has a fierce yet classy vibe. Beautiful decor and ambiance, food and drinks were phenomenal. My waitress Jocelyn provided me AMAZING service. I will return simply for her service. She throughly explained the menu, flavors, and provided her recommendation. Throughout the night, she noticed I was celebrating my birthday alone and truly went out her way to ensure I enjoyed my birthday even snapped a few photos for me. Thank you Jocelyn 💕 after dinner check out the rooftop for an upscale party vibe. Amazónico is a HIT!

The atmosphere here is beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to the hype. The food was just okay and didn’t match the prices. Service was slow, and our server seemed uninterested, which really affected the overall experience. I also called ahead to ask about the cake fee and was told it was $10, but no one mentioned that it was $10 per slice. We only found out later from the server, which felt misleading. Overall, it’s a nice place to look at, but the service and food need serious improvement.

It was a great culinary experience.!! We had a business dinner at Amazónico. Food was delicious and the service was really good. Dimo made our night definitely special, he helped us to choose all the delicious food and surprise us with the great and beautiful drinks. We will definitely come back and ask for him. My favorite dish was the Arros Chaufa, and the Picaña. You will be surprised with the amazing dessert for the whole table.

Absolutely loved this place. The food was delicious and felt very homemade , the mezes were fresh and full of flavor, and the meat was perfectly cooked and juicy. The rice and sauces on the side were surprisingly good, and the bread came warm and fresh, which made everything even better. Service was fast but never rushed. What really made the difference was the owner . Incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the guests. You don’t feel like just another customer, but more like you’re being hosted by friends. Great food, warm atmosphere, and sincere hospitality. Will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

The atmosphere here is absolutely incredible: immersive, energetic, and visually stunning. I was seated near the sushi bar, which gave a great view of the space and added to the overall vibe. I ordered from the main menu and the food was genuinely good, and the cocktails were excellent—creative, well made, and definitely a standout part of the evening. Unfortunately, the service in the sushi bar area really let the experience down. Even though the restaurant was busy (totally understandable), this section felt overlooked. It took a long time to get any attention, and it often seemed like our side of the room was forgotten compared to the rest of the dining area. Overall, I’d come back for the atmosphere and drinks, and the food was solid, but I really hope the service in this part of the restaurant gets more consistent attention, because with that fixed, it could be a 5-star experience.
