The warm and inviting atmosphere, combined with the exceptional service, made our experience truly unforgettable. The staff at Anchoita Cava are beyond knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Their passion for wine is palpable, and their expertise is unmatched. The extensive wine list is curated to perfection, offering something to satisfy every possible taste. We can't recommend Anchoita Cava enough! Whether you're a local or just visiting, this gem is an absolute must-visit. Lovely experience at Anchoita Cava. They have a REALLY extensive wine list, that it’s impressive even. And the combination of locally sourced cheese and charcuterie, and local wines reinforces the saying - what grows together goes together. The staffs were attentive, and were very approachable when we sought for their recommendations, so we were in good hands throughout. I’m not sure if it’s a deliberate decision to do so, but my only feedback will be for the breads to be served warm and not cold.

Waiter was nice and spoke good English - made good recommendations. Can bring wine to the restaurant Anchoíta after. Garlic bread was not as garlicky as we would’ve liked, but we appreciated the cheese sample platter they made us

Love this place. Not many tables so sometimes you wait but you can stand and enjoy a glass of wine. The biggest cheese list I can remember seeing. Great concept and atmosphere, and the staff were helpful in guiding us through our order.

One of the worst places in my life. Waiters don’t pay any attention to empty glasses, you have to fill them up for yourself or literally ask for it. The manager did not allow us to put another chair so that we had a place for our bags, but did not say a word when the other company did exactly the same. Our waiter after taking out plates put the cutlery on the table. Tartar is not an actual tartar but rather a frivolous interpretation in form of a snack. And the cherry on the cake - the guy behind the bar touches food with bare hands, without gloves. We even saw him eating it after weighing, just did not catch it on camera. 😟🤮🤮🤮 This place is just as bad as good is normal Anchoita.

This place is absolutely amazing. The cheese and wine list is soooo long that the menu was as tall as myself! The cheese you can get here definitely differs from the stuff in the local supermarket (you can get gruyere and manchego here). The wine is a bit on the pricier side of BA but it's also because most of the wine are from international wineries (not local). My husband and I had the mist amazing time here. Its a highly sought after place, so we did wait in line for a while but the hosts make you feel welcomed, serve you drinks, and serve you as soon as they can. From the ambience, to the hosts, the kitchen staff, other customers and last but not least the food, everything is a 10/10. We will always come back whenever we are back in town from Australia

Hidden gem where you can gorge yourself on delicious cheese with an extensive wine list by cup and bottle. Not many seats so go early or make a reservation. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable and helped us put together a superb plate of cheeses. We will be back!
