Many spots only have a few by-the-glass options, but Anchoita Cava has 20+, ranging from lesser-known producers to wines from award-winning vineyards. Once you’ve ordered drinks, move on to the near-endless charcuterie options—there’s a whole menu page devoted to goat cheese alone.
