The 25 Best Albuquerque Restaurants

"Old-school fine dining is preserved at this Old Town steakhouse that has long been the celebratory spot of choice for anniversaries, engagements, and other major milestones. The tables are draped with black tablecloths (and aged charm) as waiters serve guests classics like beef carpaccio, oysters Rockefeller, and bacon-wrapped filet mignon crowned with bearnaise sauce. Even as the landscape changes around it, Restaurant Antiquity has maintained a classic style of dining without going out of style." - Justin De La Rosa

Where to Eat in Albuquerque | Bon Appétit

"Antiquity is the only restaurant I know of in the city where you can get a charcoal-grilled steak. The husband-and-wife owners Steve and Amy haven’t changed the tenets of the menu since I worked there, and you can still get their signature steak au poivre or chateaubriand—a center-cut beef tenderloin—for two. It’s a quaint and romantic restaurant, as the name suggests." - ByEric See

Hands down one of the best culinary experiences I've had. I asked a local for a recommendation and she said this place. They took me without a reservation and sat me immediately. Shawn was my server and he was spectacular. I had the carpaccio to start and it melted in my mouth. They serve it with fired capers and spring mix greens. The salad that came with the entree was fresh and came with the most amazing olive oil blue cheese dressing. The 8oz filet was cooked perfectly rare was like eating meat butter. Just an absolutely perfect experience, that was a total accident. Steve and his staff are top notch. Awesome find.

Everything was fabulous! My husband and I hadn’t been to Antiquity since before Covid and went last night for our wedding anniversary. The food was spectacular, atmosphere was perfect with having our own little space to be together even though the place was packed (as it should be) and service was top notch. From bread and wine to dessert and coffee we had a fantastic experience. The special salad with candied pecans, bacon, berries and pear vinaigrette was killer! The green chile sauce on the potatoes for the main course was perfect. Everything was fantastic. Thank you so much to our server and the entire team! Keep up the amazing work!

Tried this place for the first time with friends last weekend food was amazing. The lobster tail was huge I could barely finish it. Top quality food and we will definitely be back! My wife had the lamb t-bones and the desert was great.

Google
Amazing experience. Reservations only. Host is gruff, but good spirited. Staff was excellent. If you get there early, you get a treat of watching the chef cook over a brick oven flame. Key Lime Pie was excellent. Henry Iv steak did not disappoint.

Google
Exceptional experience! The restaurant is located in a charming, historic building in Old Town, which adds to its unique and cozy atmosphere. The ambiance is intimate and perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner. I love this rustic decor. It really is New Mexico True! The food was outstanding. The Henry IV steak was cooked to perfection. I really liked the green chili mashed potatoes. The desserts were also a highlight, especially the 3 cream crepe. The service was top-notch. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Despite being busy, the service was prompt, and we never felt rushed.

Google
James, our waiter, was exceptional! He felt like an old friend. All of the staff was very attentive. The atmosphere was so intimate and romantic. The lamb chops just melt in your mouth. The key lime pie was my husband's favorite...light and fluffy. I loved the creme brulee! We will definitely sing Antiquity's praises and we will be back. Thanks for a wonderful 60th birthday!

Google
My wife and I came here for an anniversary dinner. She ordered the Green Chili potato soup, house salad and a Ribeye. I ordered the Schnitzel on a bed of noodles with a mushroom sauce and steam vegetables. To cap our dinner we ordered the dessert sampler. The sampler comes with a chocolate mousse, cheesecake and a crème brûlée. We loved our dinner and definitely a place for special occasions.

Google
Fantastic, Soulful Seafood dining experience! Delicious... Scallops, White fish & Fresh Oysters on half shell👍😋☺️😊 *I live on the CA coast & lived in Rockport, ME, so I Know good Oysters & seafood in general. Desert- Key lime pie, sample plate with 2 other sweets, All perfect & delectable. Ambiance- intimate smaller spaces in a historic 1800's adobe home that was converted in the 1950's to a restaurant. VERY, very attentive & funny staff that pay attention to their customers. I dropped a napkin, for example & before I could pick it up, it was picked by an attentive young man & replaced with a fresh one. Whether you love Seafood or steak, this is a must DO dining experience for you & a loved one or family members.

Yelp
Me and my wife finally secured a reservation at Antiquity. Arriving early we were promptly seated at a table for two. It was in a nice corner that felt secluded and romantic. The ambience of the restaurant is very nice and the service was impeccable. We weren't feeling any of the appetizers so skipped those but went with the Chateaubriand for Two. A lot of the specials sounded very enticing, but we were in the mood for beef. The Chateaubriand comes with soup or salad. My wife got the French onion soup and I got the salad. It was nice with a light vinaigrette and the cheese on the side was amazing. For the Chateaubriand it was cooked over an open fire and was perfectly a medium rare. The mashed potatoes were perfectly prepared and the mushroom and gravy made the dish perfect. We tried the dessert as well, and it was so good I forgot to take a picture. They had a special tiramisu cheesecake that was good. Pretty much tasted more of a coffee cheesecake. I liked it. We also got a desert sampler with Crème Brûlée, a chocolate mousse, and key lime pie. My wife loved the key lime pie, I liked the mousse and the crème brûlée was okay. Between the amazing service and excellent food, we would come back again and plan to soon. I feel like this might be a regular stop for us in the future.

Yelp
Food and service has always been good but PLEASE update your reservation method... Food and service 4 stars Reservation method is a minus 1

Yelp
We had such a great experience on our last visit that we wanted to come back again for another special occasion. Everything from my earlier review still stands. We had the same waiter as last time (James) who was still fantastic. I had the Henry IV (this was the steak with artichoke that I'm obsessed with). They also had red chile posole as the soup of the day and it was absolute perfection on a chilly fall evening. Hubby had a filet medallion schnitzel which was very tasty and different. The oysters were on point. My one (major) recommendation is to have the host and reservation service match the service you receive at the restaurant. The call in reservations are not just a pain but the host (I think there's only the one) is not terribly welcoming either on the phone or when you arrive. Both our visits in the last several months those two things have been the biggest draw back. I still love this place though and I'm really happy that we rediscovered it.

Yelp
The service, ambiance and food were top notch. Worth every penny we spent. I highly recommend

Yelp
I have heard many good things about iniquity and I was super excited to finally get to go. It was amazing such a beautiful small space to be in my server was knowledgeable and friendly. My steak was 10 out of 10. The oysters were fabulous. Everything was beyond expectation very happy I was able to go cannot wait to go again.

Yelp
Went here while on a work trip. Had half dozen oysters on a half shell. The petit filet bacon wrapped and a beautiful Zinfandel from Sonoma County. The food was amazing, the service was well above the expectations and the ambience was cozy, warm and intimate. Highly recommend this place for a nice dinner out or a date night. A must when in Albuquerque.

Yelp
Been calling them for a week, no answer or I just rings once and say there is no voice mails set up

Yelp
We had dinner here our first night in Albuquerque. The building and its history are worth a visit on their own. Service was wonderful, and the food did not disappoint. I loved that our table felt very private. We started with an oyster dish and salads. I had the spiced shrimp, and he had lobster. We had the dessert trio, which was perfectly sized. Everything was delicious!!

Yelp
I heard from multiple sources that Antiquity Restaurant is unquestionabley on the short list of candidates for best restaurant in Albuquerque. Armed with these trusted recommendations, I made a dinner reservation a month in advance, and then we dined here. Antiquity did NOT disappoint! Located in the touristy portion of Old Town, when we arrived and saw the exterior for the 1st time I didn't have high hopes for the interior, but it turned out to be all good; the inside is dark, cozy, and almost dripping with Old World charm. We were seated at a small, semi-private wooden booth, and we could smell and hear them cooking steaks on the charcoal grill inside their brick and stone oven; you can actually see the oven when you walk in the door. We started off with a soup, made with chicken, cream, and green chilis; it was delicious, and the salad they served with it was even better :-) We both ordered ribeye steaks as our entree. The steaks were perfectly seasoned, wonderfully marbled, and beautifully presented, with fresh vegetables and broccoli and cheddar mashed potatoes. Service was informative, attentive, and friendly - the owner even stopped by toward the end of the meal to make sure we were receiving good care (a very nice touch!). All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant, and look forward to returning!

Yelp
No one answers the phone. Very frustrating. How can you make a reservation if they never answer? Seems like it's an ongoing issue. Do better, Antiquity.
google avatar

Hannah B.

Yelp
Food, service and ambiance were top notch! You can tell these people really care about a wonderful experience for each guest. We never order oysters when we're not near the ocean - but we had to try these, and we're so glad we did. Months later, I still think of them, and this restaurant!

Yelp
I came into town on business and heard great things about this restaurant so I decided to bring my colleague and business partner here for a business dinner. The restaurant's website stated all seating was by reservation and wanted patrons to call for reservations. The phone was appeared to be off of the hook as it busy and never ranged. Since it was a rainy Thursday evening, we decided to stop in and see if we could be accommodated. The host had his back turned to the front door. I asked if we have a table for three. He looked me up and down and said in a very abrasive tone, "In 15-30 minutes!" I replied okay. I wanted to explain that I tried calling to alert him that their phone maybe off the hook because it ranged busy. He cut me off and yelled 15-30 minutes and proceeded to turn his back on me. I was not only embarrassed for him but also myself and my colleagues. We immediately left as I am not in the business of supporting a business that is rude. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Yelp
Antiquity offers you THE best of everything and I've never said that about a restaurant. We think it is THE premier restaurant of Albuquerque. Aside from the food, we loved that the walls were decorated with artwork by local artists - it created such a nice vibe. We started with stuffed mushrooms and raw oysters. The latter happened to be a special offering for the evening. The mushrooms were stuffed with Italian sausage and herbs - they were the best I've ever eaten! Big kudos to the kitchen! We are big fans of raw oysters and these were from New England - plump and full bodied. We asked for crackers to accompany ours and they brought us some toasted crostinis - perfect! Take a look at the salad I ordered as my entree - it was the best house salad I've ever eaten. Plus, the presentation was magazine worthy. Fruit, lettuces, a soft crouton stufffed with Gruyère, seasoned pecans, vegetables - it was mouthwatering and delicious. Reservations are required and you'll probably talk to Steve, the owner, when making yours. Our service provider was Gus and he was attentive without being overbearing. You must try Antiquity if you're in Albuquerque - it is AMAZING!

Yelp
At an earlier visit, we missed out on the king crab legs. They sold the last ones to the customer before us. What we DID learn from the owner was, call us in advance for reservations and tell us how many orders of king crab legs you desire. Lean in. Lean in! I'm going to let you in on a secret. Take a look at those photos. It's right across from the kitchen. The table location is well lighted, warm, and spacious. When you make your reservation, ask for table 15. Any restaurant can sell and serve king crab legs. What sets Antiquity apart, as you can see in the photo, is the chef cutting the legs horizontally throughout the entire length. This allows the customer to dig in to the delicious crab and its accompanied drawn butter. My wife and I had surf and turf. King crabs with a filet. It was absolutely incredible! THIS is the place to celebrate a special birthday, anniversary, or just a special night out. We live in Fort Worth and come to Albuquerque two to three times a year. When we come, we make Antiquity the place for dinner!

Ginny K.

Yelp
Kinda mid? The prices were pretty up there for a not really interesting meal? The service was attentive though! And the location is really fun and "authentic".
google avatar

Yelp
Food always excellent as well as service. Proprietor watches over everything with a fine tooth comb. Semi secluded tables for two. Always a treat.
google avatar

Yelp
There was a time when I had a thesarus in my home library. I wish I had it handy today, so that I could add words of accolade for this fine establishment. First time visit for me; was invited to a birthday dinner gathering. This is higher end dining in Albuquerque. From the street, looks understated, but once inside, a quiet elegance. Fantastic staff, very accomodating and friendly, and service through the meal and desert was a wonderful "invisible but you know they are there" approach. We were a party of six, I had a rib eye that was sumptuous and perfectly cooked. I learned about a dish that a king preferred, Henry the IV; artichoke on a steak. Lamb chops looked perfect. Another big plus: the tables are partitioned so that you have a sense of quiet privacy. And the prices? Very reasonable, in fact considering the quality of the food I would say prices are low. No doubt this is one of ABQ's top ten restaurants.
google avatar

Bryce J.

Yelp
We did not take photos of the experience but it was absolutely spectacular! The owner was very nice and was on top of house management. The dinner included the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, the red pepper bisque, and wonderful steaks. We cannot speak highly enough about the experience and the flavor of the food. The dining staff were prompt and made sure that we had the best experience possible. We will be back!
google avatar

Rachelle C.

Yelp
I walk in for a party of one. No greeting so I walk up to the host. He says I don't have it right now. And I said all night and he said I don't have it. I honestly feel like for 1 person and when they close at 10 to refuse service was purely racial. It's 7:44pm. As a black woman it's disheartening to be refused service. He could have gave me a time frame but to just shut me down is as if he were saying. You are not welcomed. He was friendly to the white people but since I'm not white I guess I don't get the same treatment. all I wanted was a good meal, but oh well.

Yelp
We went there for our anniversary--it turned out to be a very special occasion. Wonderful food and attentive service. We will definitely be back!

Always 5 stars Excellent service Excellent food Wonderful presentation Ambiance is cozy...very unique setting, 200+ year old home Absolutely love!

Yelp
Antiquity Restaurant is located in historic Old Town.  The venue is small and dark; it's very charming in an old-world way, with a number of small booths to provide an intimate, semi-private atmosphere for dining.  They cook steaks on a charcoal grill that's inside their stone & brick oven; the oven is plainly visible when you walk into the restaurant. From the moment we arrived, I was very impressed with our team of servers; Sean and his young female trainee provided incredibly professional and attentive service throughout our meal without in any way being overbearing or intrusive.  I especially liked that they actually told us about the specials right after giving us our menus.  This allowed us to consider both the listed and unlisted available selections before making our choices - I wish all restaurants did it that way :-) We started off our meal by sharing the Escargot appetizer; this turned out to be a delicious choice, with a very generous portion size.  Next, we shared two entrées - the Halibut and the Chicken Madagascar.  Both dishes were beautifully presented and nicely decorated with sauces that enhanced their aesthetic appeal with color; they were both very tasty, but my hands-down favorite of the two was the Chicken Madagascar.  It had a wonderfully striking flavor profile, which included both Green Peppercorns and mushrooms. Because our entrées were both exceptional and served with generous portion sizes, we finished every last bite, and so had absolutely no room for dessert.  I guess we're just going to have to make a point of coming back again very soon! To sum it all up, the combination of outstanding service, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional food made this an unquestionably five star dining experience - I highly recommend Antiquity Restaurant :-)

Yelp
Fantastic staff, finely dressed. Casual atmosphere, excellent recommendations with wine and food. The foot itself was phenomenal. Ate in a group of five and we all shared each other's dishes. Literally from the appetizers to the entrees to the dessert afterwards- every single dish was a home run in flavor. Staff was welcoming, funny, and personable. Can't recommend this place enough. Loved it so much, I'm actually writing a review

Yelp
The service was like none other, friendly and not over bearing. The restaurant space was intimate and snug. The food was amazing !

Yelp
My husband and I went here for our anniversary. This is a great anniversary spot! The ambiance is romantic and it feels cozy and inviting. We loved our meals. I especially liked the artichoke. Our waiter was attentive and took some nice photos of us to remember the occasion. They had cute confetti on the table for us, too. This is a great place to make a tradition. It is adjacent Old town so it if a fun neighborhood to explore before or after dinner. I highly recommend trying it out for a special occasion, and get a reservation well in advance.
google avatar

Rebecca F.

Yelp
This is my favorite spot for a fancy night out! The location is tucked away in Old Town, and I love going when it's cold because it's so cozy inside. They have a great selection of fresh food, and our favorite was our appetizer, which was oysters Rockefeller. The filet steak comes wrapped in bacon, and it's the best in town (in our opinion!).
google avatar

Annee C.

Yelp
I came back from my visit from New Mexico saying you don't know bad till you've had New Mexico refried beans (no offence but gross ya'll)....but this place saved the day! I had a filet on a bed of artichoke leaves, in a cream sauce and I swear I will dream about this meal forever! Grateful they were able to accommodate us with no reservation...
google avatar

Bachar S.

Yelp
Had dinner specials. Beef short ribs were top and really amazing; well marinated, lean. Crab cakes were great quality. Fish barramundi was tasty however not worth $50. Sides of Risotto and vegetables (asparagus and carrots) were too oily and buttery that they were not enjoyable. You can even see from the pic how "shiny" everything was and not surprising that we all had diarrhea all morning next day. Service is very good though the host could be more welcoming and hospitable (for a supposedly fancy restaurant).
google avatar

Monica F.

Yelp
Wow!!!!! The perfect perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. From start to finish it was amazing. We celebrated my birthday there and it did not disappoint. They have a special salad that is awesome. And the ribeye is out of this world. Service, ambience, and food were all stellar. Make reservations or you will not be eating there.
google avatar

Michaelene K.

Yelp
I took a friend to dinner here for his 40th birthday and it was wonderful! We had the chateaubriand and it was delicious. It's been a year since I've been there but so enjoy it and want to go back.
google avatar

Elaine P.

Yelp
The ambiance is lovely and quaint. Our server was super friendly. Now on to our meal...Hubby and I shared a 16oz ribeye; mine was pretty fatty and not cooked as requested. My uncle and I ordered the green chili clam chowder that was basically a watery broth with little clams and even less green chili. The mashed potatoes were plomped on the plate with an ice cream scoop with no gravy. The sautéed vegetables were hard. We were visiting from out of town to celebrate with family. This restaurant came highly recommended and we were quite disappointed. We did however enjoy the bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon by Jordan!

K C.

Yelp
Incredible food and phenomenal service and atmosphere. The chef's creations are amazing. Absolutely delicious! The lobster was especially decadent!
google avatar

Bernadette S.

Yelp
Had dinner at Antiquity Restaurant and we're so impressed by the services, especially from Gus! The food was delicious specially the soup, crab cake, steak, pita, and others as recommended! The ambience was welcoming, and staff were very professional!
google avatar

Shannon F.

Yelp
The crab cakes were good but pretty small for the price. Steak was cooked well but needed some seasoning. Service was great. Desert flight was delicious.
google avatar

Smita S.

Yelp
Absolutely wonderful experience. I went there for my 10-yr anniversary celebration, and it was the most pleasant evening. I'm new to the area, but it was easy to park and find the location. The food was spectacular from presentation to taste. The waiter was attentive, amiable, and knowledgeable. He helped us with choosing a good wine for our meal. Neither of us are big wine drinkers, but he found something we both enjoyed. And oh my gosh, they even put celebration confetti on the table in preparation of our arrival. It was so sweet I actually chose this place based on the Albuquerque subreddit's choice for best romantic restaurant in the area, and I'm so glad I did.
google avatar

Dave L.

Yelp
This is a world class restaurant with world class food and service. A great date night place. Ambience is romantic and good vibes. I had the filet, which was super. We will definitely be back.

Shawn A.

Yelp
We were visiting a dear friend in Albuquerque to attend the Balloon Fiesta and while there celebrate her birthday. This was our second time having dinner at Antiquity, and we were not disappointed. The ambience is cozy, the staff are beyond incredible, and the food is superb. Each one of us were raving about our entrees. We had the petite fillet, salmon, and the veal schnitzel. My dinner companions are gracious and we all shared a bite with each other. I can share, each entree was phenomenal. For dessert we had the trio and shared. Antiquity is a restaurant we will always include in a trip to Albuquerque! Phenomenal!
google avatar

Kevin O.

Yelp
It has been awhile, but has been our most favorite for a quiet, romantic dinner! Very few tables and double teamed service!
google avatar

Vanessa T.

Yelp
I came here for my birthday and it was my boyfriend and I's first time trying this place. It has a great atmosphere, and our waitress was wonderful. She explained all the specials - they had a lot and very attentive. They give you fresh rolls prior to your meal and the rolls were SO good. They were steaming when you cut into them and the butter immediately melted as you spread some. We got crab cakes as an appetizer, I got the lamb chops with French onion soup and my boyfriend got the veal with French onion soup. All were very delicious and flavorful. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I wish they had a slightly bigger appetizer section - there weren't a lot that I personally wanted but I am a picky eater.
google avatar

Lost Dreams ..

Yelp
Great food and great service. You absolutely need a reservation. This is a fancy yet intimate restaurant. They have great specials as well as a great menu. And the entrees all come with soup or salad.
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
What I love the most about Antiquity is over the years, they have been consistent. From their French onion soup and stuffed mushrooms to their delicious prime steaks you really can't go wrong. Their dining fare is of the highest quality using the best ingredients. They are conveniently located in Old Town Albuquerque and off truly fine dining. I highly recommend them. Mike Santullo Albuquerque, N.M.

Yelp
What a fantastic spot! I've been trying to get in here for forever! Reservations are the best shot at getting a table and they book up fast! Stuffed mushrooms are the best thing ever! Stuffed with sausage and lightly sautéed, YUM! Next petite filet wrapped in bacon with mashed potatoes and veggies. Cooked to perfection (which you can see when you walk in the front door). Dessert flight! Crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, and keys lime pie. Holy moly was this delicious! The service is so on point (hard to find anymore) and I wish I would've remembered my server's name, but he worked 12October22 and stayed late for us, as we had a late seating. His fine dining service was top notch!!
google avatar

James O.

Yelp
Oh my goodness ! This is a most wonderful late night dinner spot My friend had the Virginia (?) lobster tails and i as an aspiring young triathlete recovering from a lifelong fascination with Peanut M & M's, took the road less traveled - the otherworldly Romaine, cranberry pecan salad avec strawberries!!! The server was superbly talented (Sean) and solicitous in a substantive manner. Fortified by the 9:25 pm repast, we plunged into the frigid twenty -six degree night, fully converted and ready to proclaim the Good News of Antiquity Restaurant Did I mention the slick Bavarian dinner rolls ?

Yelp
We were able to get a table here for our anniversary. The parking is ample and paid at a lot that is a very short across the street and half way down the block. This is old town Albuquerque so the buildings are charming examples of original architecture. We arrived a little early and waited in a comfortable waiting area just inside the front door. Our table was ready right on time. I'm in a power chair and am happy to report handicap parking at the paid lot and I was able to easily navigate rite up to the table without incident. The staff were professional and attentive. The fine dining atmosphere matches their demeanor and excellent service. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and beverage choices. The wine list is vast and full of all stars and old favorites. The food and service from the kitchen was impeccable. At the waiters behest I ordered the lamb and was not disappointed in any way. The lamb was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Sarah's salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The proteins are roasted over a wood fired hearth/grill just behind the front entry counter. The dishes are pricey but are so because you are getting the very best ingredients prepared in ways that'll blow your mind. The lamb chops were tender and perfectly crispy at the same time. They were served on a bed of the best risotto ever. The three cheese crepe with flambéed cherries on top was transcendent. The salads that the waiter recommended had sliced fruit and baked Brie cheese with a dressing that tied it all together beautifully. If it seems like I'm gushing the reason is clear. This place is an awesome place to enjoy a special meal. Cheers

Yelp
I went there to celebrate a birthday. As requested we made a reservation, the man who set it up was a bit short. It didn't deter us. When we first walked in the first thing we noticed was the smell. It was a bit on the pungent side, not sure why. The smell was similar to an older, unkept home in a humid climate, a bit mildewy, not honestly one in the high desert. The wine was okay, they had an extensive collection. The selection of beer left a bit to be desired. There were no cocktails offered. Our bread arrived as overcooked rolls. The server brought us a fresher batch upon mentioning, which was nice. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and the shrimp cocktail as appetizers they were okay, it was an odd take on the stuffed mushrooms as it was similar to an Italian meatball placed within a mushroom. We had the house salad, which was overwhelmingly bitter, not quite sure what lettuce was used. We ordered the New York strip and the Henry IV. The New York strip only had a peppery seasoning and was too fatty and tough to be enjoyed. It was sent back. The Henry IV was okay. It was nice that due to the way it was cooked, within the artichoke heart it absorbed a bit of the bacon flavor. Sadly the way it was cooked detracted the tenderness of the medium rare steak, rendering it a bit tough for a filet mignon. Suffice to say it was a disappointing experience.

Yelp
I can't give this place enough praise. If you're coming to Albuquerque or happen to live locally, be sure to call in advance to make a reservation. The food service and staff are attentive and incredible. I wish I had taken a picture of dessert because the Keylime pie was out of this world. I highly recommend Coming to this restaurant, even if it's just for the smells! I wish I had gone with a larger group so that I could've tried more of the things. The ribeye and chilled peach habanero soup with crème fraîche were incredible.

Yelp
We happened upon this restaurant by luck, during the dinner rush and on a Saturday night. Despite the fact that they were pretty much only seating people with reservations, the host/manager/owner managed to fit my family of four in. Oh, how glad we are that he did. We are just visiting Albuquerque, and we live in a large Texas city with many wonderful steak places. This blew them all out of the water. The filet was easily the best steak I've ever had, and my husband's and sons' steaks were as good if it better. The filet melted in my mouth. The pasta with it was a perfect choice because it let the steak be the star of the plate instead of battling the sides for flavor. From the bread to the salads and soups to the oysters (my family raved about them and my oyster loving husband said they were the best he has ever had even compared to the ones in New Orleans), every single bite tonight was worth it. We now have another restaurant in Albuquerque that we will have to visit whenever we return.

Yelp
Fantastic. Service was great, almost a little much, but generally good. . Reservations were a little tough to get but I can see why. Best steak I had in Albuquerque

Yelp
OMG. Hands down the best meal my wife and I have had in a LOOONG time. The service was incredible without being overbearing or hovering. The staff was so incredibly personable and friendly that the tone was set perfectly from the moment we walked in. And then the food. Oh, the food! Our stuffed mushrooms were piping hot and tasty, the special salads for our meal were the best salad I've had in forever (and our waiter even let us try the bisque that was the soup option, and it was great too!!). Our steaks were perfectly done...the wine suggestions were on point, and the dessert was pretty darned good too. I award Antiquity 10 stars out of a possible 5, as well as one golden dog with headphones, which is not an award I hand out lightly. We would go back in a heartbeat.
