The tragedy of their amazing hot sauce shelf is that you don't need it. I had one of the most flavorful breakfasts I have ever had and never even thought of using a hot sauce on it. For what the Pablas pas tores was lacking in appearance it made up for in taste and texture. The fresh vegetables were perfectly sautéed and well chosen together. I was skeptical of the choice to add olives but was proven wrong with every bite. The sauce they used was really flavorful but not too overpowering. I found myself scooping it onto the dish every chance I got. The creativity and favors was not just for the Pablas pas tores however. Our table got peanut butter and jelly filled French toast, harvest tofu bowl, and much more, and it was all great.
The atmosphere itself was great as well with used brick walls, great lighting, and amazing outdoor seating. The staff was super friendly as well, constantly filling our water, asking if we needed anything, etc.
The only down side is, like most great places, it is not a secret. It takes a while to get seating especially if you are in a big party. We had reservations and it still took about 30 minutes to seat us. Don't let that get you down though because it's worth it!
