Where to Enjoy the Bombay Sapphire Sparkling Lemon in NYC This Summer | Eater

"If you want to enjoy authentic Brazilian dishes without booking a flight to São Paulo, just go to midtown Manhattan. After 14 years in the West Village, Berimbau opened its second location on West 36th Street, where you can find classic Brazilian bites like pão de queijo (fried cheese bread), coxinha (chicken croquettes), and costela cozida (slow roasted beef ribs with poached yuca, watercress, red onion, and chili crunch). In addition to being New York’s first caipirinha bar, you’ll find seasonal drinks like the Bombay Sapphire Sparkling Lemon." - Julia Gómez Kramer

Berimbau Brazilian Kitchen Midtown - Review - Midtown - New York - The Infatuation

"Berimbau takes their Happy Hour very seriously. Every weekday at 4pm, the Brazilian restaurant turns on the bossa and breaks out the caipirinha glasses for a festive dinner pre-game. The cocktail, available in six fruity flavors, has the ability to turn your deadlines into a distant memory, and manifest a beach party in your future. If you’ve been to Berimbau’s original West Village location, this second Midtown spot definitely caters to a more buttoned-up crowd. The spacious, polished dining room is a more tropical beach-themed than actual beach vibes—at least until the caipirinhas hit. It helps that they cost $10 each during “Brazilian Social Hour,” and are available alongside other discounted cocktails, as well as snacks like cheesy pão de queijo and shrimp croquettes. You may just end up staying for a dinner of steak and feijoada. photo credit: Vinicius Carvalho photo credit: Vinicius Carvalho photo credit: Vinicius Carvalho" - Neha Talreja

NYC’s New Restaurant Openings - New York - The Infatuation

"To say that we have high expectations for Berimbau’s second location in Midtown would be an understatement. This Brazilian restaurant is equipped with a full caipirinha bar, and will also host a retail space for Brazilian brands. Plan to crush some feijoada before shopping for dende oil. " - Will Hartman, Willa Moore

Berimbau Brazilian Kitchen Review - West Village - New York - The Infatuation

"Berimbau is the best Brazilian restaurant in NYC. This narrow West Village spot separates itself in the details. They offer farofa with dende oil to match the flavors and consistency of the moqueca, while serving a bowl of bacon-studded farofa with the meat-heavy feijoada. That feijoada is packed with pork that has the pull-apart texture you’d expect from stewed meat, but with the bark and smoke rings you’d find after a slow-cook in a smoker. Before ordering a basket of stress ball-sized pão de queijo in the garden out back, stop at the curbside bar, and pick up a fantastic, not-too-sugary caipirinha." - Matt Tervooren

Top NYC Brunch Restaurants For Takeout, Delivery, and Outdoor Dining | Eater NY

"Berimbau was undergoing a complete renovation just as the pandemic hit, but now it has reopened with an extensive outdoor seating area. There the Brazilian classics are rendered in brunchlike fashion, including a very solid rendition of feijoada, the national dish, the delightful cheese balls called pao de queijo, perfect for brunch, and strogonoff in three permutations. The restaurant is open from Sunday to Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and stays open half-an-hour later on Fridays and Saturdays." - Eater Staff

My family and I had lunch today at Berimbau Midtown, and we had a wonderful experience. The service, from the hostess to the servers, was warm and attentive. It was my birthday celebration, and they made sure to acknowledge it. The food was delicious. For appetizers, we had pão de queijo (cheese rolls) , aipim frito (fried yucca), and pastéis de carne (meat empanadas). We ordered the picanha (enough for three adults) and a feijoada vegana (a vegan version of the Brazilian bean stew). We tried their caipirinha flight, and I liked that the samples were not strong. We also had Brahma (a popular beer in Brazil). Finally, for dessert, we had brigadeiros (Brazilian chocolate truffles), pudim (Brazilian flan), and they sent me a scoop of cajá ice cream with a candle for my birthday, which was a nice touch. To top it all off, a duo was playing and singing Brazilian music (I only wish it were not so loud). It's a beautiful and cozy restaurant, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a taste of Brazilian cuisine and vibe.

Food was delicious but service was the worst in NYC. Children who were sitting next us hopping, dancing but nobody did not care. I believe if parents did not control their children in a restaurant, staff should ask politely to them but nothing happened. Also, our table server never care about us. She never comes back after the dishes were served and did not check how the steak was cooked. When we left the restaurant, no one greeting us, even a woman who was sitting on the front desk. No tip, of course. Absolutely terrible customer service. Beautiful and cozy interior with delicious dishes but the ugliest management. That's so sad.

Review for Berimbau Midtown – Visit on June 21, 2025 I had a lovely time at Berimbau Midtown! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautiful Brazilian touches in the decor that made me feel right at home. Everything I ordered—from the appetizers to the mains and drinks—was absolutely delicious. The coxinha na chapa and dadinho de tapioca were flavorful and authentic. The freshness of the Brazilian pepper sauce was amazing—you could smell its aroma from feet away! The vegan moqueca and feijoada were both well-seasoned and dishes I would gladly order again. That said, I’m giving 4 stars for food due to the salad options. As a Brazilian who enjoys cooking healthy meals, I found the salads underwhelming and not in line with the tropical and creative cuisine Brazil is known for. Caesar and cauliflower salads felt generic. The octopus salad was better, but I’d suggest grilling the octopus for added texture and flavor. A refreshing option like a watermelon salad, or something with quinoa or burrata (despite the latter being Italian you could make it with a Brazilian touch), would elevate the experience. As for service, there’s room for improvement. When I called to make a reservation, the staff member I spoke to simply said they couldn’t take reservations by phone and didn’t offer clear next steps. I had to ask how to proceed, and only then was told to use the app. A more helpful approach would be: “We don’t take phone reservations, but you can easily reserve through our app or website.” Lastly, the server - don’t recall her name - had totally unnecessary remarks when I joined two tables so that I could sit next to my friend while watching the singer and the “instrumentista” do their thing. She showed to be annoyed and acted as if I disrupted her peace. I understand that could be an issue if the table was reserved but it was not AND the restaurant was about to close. I understand it is not part of etiquette for “we” the clients to be moving tables. YET, again, you need to train staff to know how to respond to situations because at the end of the day WE are the client. She was nice to us after though. Despite the few hiccups on service, Thank you for the experience. With a few tweaks, this place can truly shine even brighter. — Pantta

Google
Very nice Brazilian place in the heart of Midtown. The place has nice atmosphere and even having live music on weekends. The food is delicious, absolute must is their cheese bread, most likely you would need to order it twice. Also their steak is really good, but keep in mind that it is quite big and need at least two if not three persons to finish it. Also I really liked their black beans stew, which is also good to share with someone. Banana delight as dessert was very good, creamy and not so sweet. Very nice place to get together with friends.

Google
I would probably rate this closer to 4.5 total. The service was great, love the ambiance, the food was pretty good. The octopus was a bit chewy but tasted good when combined with everything else ok the dish. Personally for me the star of the show were the cheese puffs and the dessert which was a unique wine tapioca with coconut cream topping.

Google
Berimbau Brazilian Kitchen offers a great atmosphere with authentic Brazilian vibes, from the decor to the music. As a last-minute walk-in, we were seated at the bar, which was a nice experience. The food had a satisfactory taste and seemed authentic, but unfortunately, both the meal and dessert were served cold. The grilled banana dessert, which was expected to be warm or hot, was also cold, which was disappointing. Given that we only took one bite, it would have been a kind gesture for the restaurant to offer to remove it from the bill. Despite this, the ambiance and overall experience were enjoyable, and I’m willing to give it another chance—perhaps with a reservation next time. Hopefully, the temperature of the food will match the quality of the flavors on our next visit!

Google
Absolutely amazing and authentic experience. I am Brazilian and this was one of the best cheese breads I’ve had. Great atmosphere, great music, the best options for starters, entrees and desserts. I came here with my wife on a Wednesday, but apparently they have bossa nova on Saturdays and samba on Sundays. I will be checking it out in the future. The caipirinha is also made with my favorite ever cachaça (Leblon). I recommend it 100%.

Google
If you love Brazilian food and a good vibe, this is hands down my favorite restaurant in the city. The flavors are authentic, the energy is always on point, and the ambience makes you feel like you’re on a little getaway. My favorite time to go is Sundays—there’s live music from 1 PM to 5 PM, which totally sets the mood. Whether you’re just in the mood for a feijoada or planning a celebration, it’s the perfect place to gather with friends. The prices are super fair too, especially for the quality and experience. If you’re thinking about where to host your next birthday, keep this gem in mind! Make sure to make reservations specially for Sundays.

Yelp
It's always a treat having dinner with my daughter. I was selfishly delighted when her business trip to D.C. was cancelled. "Anywhere you want to go," we offered. Having heard good things about Berimbau -- they're known for happy hour -- she made reservations for dinner. As you can see from my five-star designation it was a good choice. Picanha steak -- a cut of beef popularized in Brazil -- can't be ordered individually. The "feast" feeds three. While it wouldn't have been my choice, I didn't want to ruin it for my husband and child. And y'know .... I loved it! We started our meal with an order of Pao de Queijo, cheese bread (actually little rolls) with Stracciatella spicy guava dip. OMG!!! The Picanha Feast, priced at $145 came with rice, fries, a condiment that looked like chunky salsa and salad with the most flavorful light dressing. The steak was cooked medium, exactly as requested and carved tableside. I don't know if it was marinated or treated with a rub, but each bite was delicious. (Again, I'm generally not a fan of steak.) It's actually plenty for four average appetites. The three of us shared two desserts. The favorite was chocolate cake -- somewhat like a lava cake -- with a side of what we guessed was vanilla sorbet. Their cheesecake is good -- what could be bad?! -- but not recommended. Our server brought S. a scoop of citrus sorbet for her birthday. It was way too tart for the two of us, but not for my husband who polished it off. Wine starts at $60 a bottle. Our 2021 Mendoza Malbec was perfect. There's a 3% surcharge for credit cards, and reservations are strongly suggested. As you can see from others' photos, the restaurant is beautifully appointed. One thing drove me a little nuts: at 6:00 with the after-work crowd enjoying happy hour, it was very noisy. Next time we'll come later, or perhaps over a weekend. At any rate, we WILL return!

Yelp
Stepping into Berimbau feels like you've been transported to a beachside bar in Rio, with its vibrant, tropical-looking atmosphere that's both lively and relaxed. As a native Brazilian, I can confidently say the dishes here are the real deal. They capture the authentic flavors of a bar in Brazil taken up a notch with elegant plating and an elevated touch. The appetizers are a great way to kick off the experience--coxinhas, for instance, are like chicken croquettes but filled with creamy cheese, crispy on the outside with a rich, savory filling that instantly brings back memories of street food in Brazil. The fried yucca is perfectly golden, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, seasoned just right to highlight its natural flavor. And the calamari--tender, not chewy--has a light, crisp coating and is served with a dipping sauce that packs a punch. The star of the show, though, is the picanha. This dish is an absolute steal for the amount of absurdly tender, juicy meat you get. It's grilled to perfection, with that beautiful char on the outside and a succulent, flavorful center. The picanha comes with classic farofa--a toasted cassava flour mixture that adds a delightful crunch and nutty flavor--and a side of perfectly cooked, flavorful rice. Together, they make for a comforting, hearty meal that's deeply satisfying and can easily feed 3 ppl. Make sure to save room for dessert--the guava cheesecake is delicious. It has the perfect balance of sweetness, with a touch of salt that makes all the difference. It's a delightful way to end the meal without being overly sugary. The staff here is another highlight--they're welcoming, always smiling, and ready to make you feel at home. Berimbau is the kind of place where great food, a warm vibe, and friendly people come together to create an unforgettable night out.

Yelp
I am a fan! A vibrant yet relaxed restaurant dedicated to serving top notch Brazilian cuisine, drinks, and culture. Wonderful happy hour specials - $10 cocktail and $12 bites. I tried a few items on the Happy hour menu - the Pao de Quiejo (cheese bread with pulled pork), beef empanadas, sausage, and of course the Caipirinhas! A wonderfully sweet but dangerous cocktail. The Passion Fruit Caipirinha is the best, in my opinion. However, you can try a flight and choose your fav.

Yelp
Berimbau is my new favorite happy spot if midtown Manhattan! The vibe of the spot is very laid back and chill - they have Brazilian music playing, mood lighting for great ambiance, plants cascading from the ceiling of the bar ... they even have a Brazilian soap brand called Granado in the bathroom with great scents! The bar tender makes amazing Caipirinha's and Spicy Margaritas for $10 during their Monday thru Friday Happy Hour from 4-7PM. Also on the happy hour menu are $10 food items - we tried the Spinach and Cheese Pastel (Brazilian empanada), Tapioca Bites (cheesy, chewy square bites with guava sauce) and Pao de Queijo (the iconic Brazilian cheese bread, comes with a side of pulled pork). For the main we shared the Stroganoff ($32) which had beef tenderloin, cream, mushroom, rice and crispy potato sticks. Everything about Berimbau exceeded my expectations - will definitely be back for happy hour again!

Yelp
Berimbau offers a delicious taste of Brazilian cuisine with a lively, energetic atmosphere. The food was fantastic-- we started with the chicken croquettes and cheese bread, both perfectly crispy on the outside and flavorful inside. For the main course, the NY strip steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. The drinks were strong but well-balanced, complementing the meal nicely. Service was decent. The only downside was the noise level; while the ambiance was vibrant, it was a bit loud inside, which made conversation challenging at times. Overall, Berimbau is a great spot for a fun, flavorful dining experience!

Yelp
Nah this prime Picanha Steak, rice, and fries might actually be my death row meal. This was legitimately one of the best steaks I've had in my life, my god. You Brazilians are not playing around. I didn't know then, but I know now. Please forgive me. I'm going to issue the entire country of Brazil a formal apology. That little crisp/char on the outside of the steak while the interior still being a perfectly tender medium rare... man I don't know. It's got me reevaluating everything. What else don't I know...? All I know is that I know nothing. The melt-in-your-mouthness of this Picanha Steak is something I will take with me moving forward. I was inspired. I was obviously excited when my Brazilian coworker made a reservation at this place and hyped it up saying it was very authentic, but how good could a Brazilian place be in Midtown Manhattan...? And normally our work dinners are BRICKS so I had to keep my expectations low. It took everything in me to not eat the whole steak, as it was one of the shared plates for the work dinner but I still ate like half. I'm that guy, I'm sorry. Nancy Novo raised me better than that, but sometimes the animal instincts just take over and at the end of the day it's kill or be killed. We got other stuff too, but it pales in comparison. When something or someone sweeps you off your feet like that, everything else just drops by the wayside. THANK YOU BERIMBAU Y'ALL REALLY DID THAT! IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov_reviews

Yelp
My sister and I were excited to dine at Berimbau after a recommendation from our favorite cycling instructor. The restaurant is so cute, the ambiance is a ten. We started with the coxinha appetizer which was unfortunately served with a frozen center. The staff brought us a new one but it was just okay. My sister and I both ordered the beef stroganoff based on a recommendation. The flavor was great, but the beef was a little chewy and tougher than expected. Ultimately there are so many incredible restaurants in New York, I'm not sure I would choose to eat here again.

Yelp
It's a great vibe with a modern Brazilian flavor. I had my favorite Brazilian dish feijoada...was pretty good (wish there was a bit more pork)...but flavorsome for sure...I had to have it despite it's a hot (temperature) dish which should not be eaten with this heat wave....but I had to have it. Everything we had was tasty....even our desert at the end which looks like a sea creature(lol)...but a great sorbet! Stop in and enjoy is my reco.

Yelp
Finally tried Berimbau for Saturday brunch after wanting to visit for so long ! The food and drinks were delicious and did not disappoint! We started off our meal with the pastel Of the day (beef empanadas) and two guava caipirinha's (must try!!) For our entree my friend and I split the Picanha Feast Brunch, which still left us with enough food to take home and enjoy later ! The chef comes out and cuts the picanha table side which is a fun addition to your meal. The fried rice that accompanied the meal was delicious as well! The restaurant is a beautiful space ! I will definitely be returning (for more guava caipirinha's!)
google avatar

Yelp
Very cute little slice of Brazil restaurant with a nice atmosphere! Staff is friendly and attentive and the small plates are tasty. I went during the heat wave so just taking a star off for the lack of AC and ice in the water pitches. We also could've used more small plates to make sharing the bites easier. The tables towards the front are fairly small and we were 3 people. Otherwise if you're craving Brazilian food this is a good place to go. I didn't grab a picture, but the spinach cheesy empanadas were my favorite.

Yelp
I came here to celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend. The ambiance is chill but the decor definitely transports you to a tropical country. I loved the plants on the ceilings and the straw lamps. The service is also a plus. Everyone we met there was quite pleasant. Now the food: The PDQ: its crispy and cheesy and is complemented really well by the guava stracciatella Salada de abobora: I usually don't like arugula but this dish was quick refreshing. The squash and dressing was a delicious pairing with the arugula Feijoada: This felt like a comfort meals. It was so good. The beef rib, sausage, pork meat, beef chunk mixed in with the savory bean stew made me want to grab a blanket and sleep. Peixe frito: it was a good fried fish. I grew up eating fried fish and I think it could've use a bit more salt. But it was overall good The caipirinhas were good. I tried the caju caipirinhas and passion fruit. Overall I enjoyed this experience and would come back.

Yelp
My first time trying Brazilian food and it was super fun! Came here with friends for a early birthday celebration and I don't think I could ever go back to American cheesy bread ever again after tasting the Brazilian version. We opted for the brazilian cheese bread, chicken wings, and the beef platter. The cheese bread was phenomenal, and the chicken wings were the perfect crispy texture and just enough sauce that it wasn't overbearing. The beef platter was supper fun because they wheel out a whole cart and cut the beef right in front of you before plating so you truly get the whole fine dining experience. I ended up trying some of my friend's cocktails and they were also all super yummy. I would recommend you stopping by if you have been craving Brazilian food, but don't want to pay the full price for a Brazilian steakhouse.

Yelp
Solid, Brazilian food experience! From beginning to the end. Everything to give anyone new or familiar with this food a taste of favourites from this country. Not only was the food delicious and well presented but the staff was so friendly and warm. Excellent ambassadors of Brazil. A modern, but warm and relaxing space. I really enjoyed the atmosphere they created. I would definitely return. I loved everything I had. From the pao de quejo, feijoida, dessert and the cocktails made with cachaca - I did not have a single thing I disliked. I can't wait to go back and try more.

Yelp
Going to NY has a reason and that is not to see manhattan and those beautiful buildings. It's all about this insanely amazing restaurant! It's always the cherry on top at the end of my day. The food is the highest quality, there is nothing that I haven't had and nothing that isn't perfect! Waiters are very nice and make us feel important. I go there every chance I get to go to NY!

Dave H.

Yelp
Such a great spot. We love Brazilian cuisine and this place in NYC lives up to our expectations. Pao de Queijo was so flavorful. Then we split the Stroganoff and Picadinho. Wow! Service great and vibe was fun. They had some Brazilian musicians playing during Sunday brunch which added to the experience. Met the owner Mario and manager Gil. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
This place has great interior and vibes are chill for a brunch which is nice. It's more on the pricey side but the food was good and seasoned well. This service was great, they didn't kick us out even though we were the last to be done and leave. People were friendly and they were accommodating. I would come back especially to try their dinner menu.

Yelp
Absolutely charming ambiance and impeccable service !!! From the time we were greeted to when we received the bill -- the service was exemplary!!! I can't emphasize these two components enough. The food was good.

Yelp
I have gone here twice, and I plan on returning for a third time. The finger foods appetizers are soulful and warm. They're comforting as hell. Don't miss out The signature drinks are strong, and have rad taste profiles that keep you curious and sipping for more. The strip steak has a subtle tea like taste undertone was so fascinating because it paired so well with the savory of the meat. Service was very good, attentive, and quick to stop. The ambiance was sexy, sultry, classy, with high vibrance.

Yelp
The food was quite good and probably the highest quality ingredients I've ever had in a Brazilian restaurant in Manhattan. The portions are on the smaller side but still ok . My branzino was very good but not very meaty. The dessert was ok but my favorite thing was the appetizer which consisted of little cubes made of tapioca . Delicious . The waitress was probably tired and the manager (I assume) had to come and help me debone the fish which I didn't realize came whole. The lighting is beautiful I just think they need to find more waiters to improve the vibe .

Yelp
Absolutely wonderful. Great for a date night or even just a quick bite. We will be back for seconds soon, lol

Yelp
We were looking for a place to eat around GCT and found this place with only a few reviews however there is a more established location on the west side. We wanted to be in the midtown area and this location looked more spacious than the other location so we decided to make a reservation. They don't take reservations over the phone but do so on resy. I'm not sure if it's a restaurant policy or resy but you have to use a credit card and be aware that if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation or no show your card will be charged $25. The space is really nice, spacious with nice decor and even has a coat check if desired. The staff were all very nice and professional. My wife and I both commented that we felt like we were in a fancy french restaurant with Brazilian food, the presentation of the food and drinks was 10/10 and I usually don't care about such things. They have an extensive drink menu which includes beer, wine, cocktails and mocktails. My wife and I both tried the "bronze" mocktail and were both happy with the drink which had lime juice, carrot juice, brown sugar and Brazilian soda. For food we had the pao de queijo which had an option of including a spicy guava and cheese dip, the bread was very soft and felt like it was freshly baked. We also had a yuca dish which consisted of poached yuca and chili crunch, it was very soft and tasted really good. For entrees my wife had the traditional feijoda which is a black bean stew with meat served with rice, greens and farofa. I had the beef stroganoff which is served in a creamy tomato sauce with white rice and potato sticks. The entrees are dishes that we've had many times before and we enjoyed this restaurants take on these dishes, they still were made traditionally but had a twist. For dessert my wife had the pudim which she really loved and I had the brigadero cake which was served with carrot ice cream, it was interesting in a good way. We really enjoyed a nice date night here. It's expensive but the food is really good. It's a good place to try and come to occasionally, presentation and service is top notch, serving sizes are decent but not huge, overall a great spot to check out.

Yelp
I love the one in West Village and this one is just as great. The empanadas are excellent, and so is the mushroom skewer. They have great cocktails and the service is awesome. Get their Mezcal! Super pretty in there as well.

Yelp
After the experience, we now have our favorites from the menu! Service: We liked how our server was checking up on us & we didn't have to keep flagging her. Everyone was very pleasant from the front of house (host) to the wait staff who were bringing us our food orders. Special mention to the gentleman-host who made us feel welcomed & even wished us a happy anniversary (we were celebrating that evening). And he noticed & mentioned my request from the reservation of a corner /end-table. We got it! Ambiance: Love the vibe of the place. Music not too loud you can still have a conversation without yelling. You have to check them out !

Yelp
Great service, especially liked the Picanha, the Polvo, and of course the pao queijo. Will be back

Yelp
I recently dined at Berimbau and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the ambiance was pleasant, and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back for another visit. The pão de queijo was excellent. So was the Coxinha. Highly recommended!

Mimi N.

Yelp
Service is good but for the most part, the food didn't taste nearly as good as it looked. Pao de Queijo - this was the best thing I had here, even though it's overly salty. Spinach/ricotta Empanadas - no spinach or ricotta to be found. It was all stretchy melty cheese within a flaky pastry. Fine if that's what you want, but it's not what was expected and it didn't have much flavor. Dadinho (Tapioca Cubes) - it's unique, was fun to try, and one is good, but it gets to be too much after that. And the sauce is too sweet. Camarao (Shrimp skewer) - the shrimp were extremely dry and a bit overcooked. It had no flavor whatsoever, not even salt. Not to mention very bad value for very little shrimp. My friend had a roast beef with yuca. The beef was tender and good.

This place was incredible. Came with a group of friends and everyone tried different things. (They were all very happy with what they ordered) Personally I had the cheese and spinach empanadas and the beef stroganoff. It was delicious. This restaurant surpassed my expectations. Regardless of not having a ton of reviews, it's worth checking out. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I was blown away by this place - as soon as I walked in I felt like I was transported to the tropics. It has an organic modern, tulum-esque vibe. Had a really great red wine (a rioja I think) and the food was DELICIOUS. Best Brazilian cheese bread I've ever had, the shrimp dish was amazing - honestly everything we ordered was great. There wasn't one bad dish. I came with a small group but this place would be great for a birthday or group dinner. I think they do brunch too. Vibes and food both 10/10.

Yelp
Service: 10 Food: 5 Food was super disappointing. The moqueca was unseasoned and a bit sad. The Pão de queijo sort of tasted not fully cooked. It's such a simply delightful dish but these were horrible. The skirt steak was well-seasoned but nothing to write home about. The waiter was wonderful. The decor is gorgeous. Overall, wouldn't return.

Yelp
Came for dinner on a Tuesday night. Loved the ambiance. Drinks were good. Shared the Brazilian cheese bread and fried chicken wings for appetizer. Split the Picahna feast which is supposed to be for 2 people but it was perfect for 4 after appetizers. Everything was full,of flavor and delicious. The meat was done perfectly and tender. Service was attentive and very pleasant. Had a very nice time and would definitely return.

Yelp
I got there yesterday for the first time to get to know the new place. I've been to Berimbau Greenwich before. The place is nicely done and you're being welcomed in Portuguese. Really cute! I only stayed for a quick drink but saw the food which looked really great. The atmosphere is cosy and intimate and you can listen to Brazilian music. Loved the nice staff and will surely come back to test the food soon.

Yelp
We have never dined before at a Brazilian place. Came here just as a walk by. Amazing authentic place. Wonderful decor. Music nice and soft. Service excellent. Brazil national waitress extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything we ordered (tuna tartare, mussels, chicken entree were all tasty and home cooked like and delicious.

Yelp
The ambience is great for a drink or full menu. The service is excellent. Everyone is paying full attention to customer's needs. Very efficient and knows the menu very well as to recommendations and best for the day as well as the specialty of the house. The drinks were on point. Me and my friends had a great dinner and catching up at this new location of Berimbau Brazilian Kitchen. Must try when you have opportunity and be around the area.
