The restaurant, with a brass bar and attached greenhouse, features a menu crafted by executive chef Sung Park, combining his Korean heritage and French training. Highlighted dishes include seafood bouillabaisse with kimchi, fried tofu, rice gnocchi, beef bourguignon with Korean dates, shiitake mushrooms, horseradish, turnips, carrots, and hobak puree.
