DELICIOUS!! I have had this BBQ place on my radar for some time now & finally got some to go. It was very worth it! The meat is flavorful, smokey, and extremely tender! The chicken legs are awesome, they just fall apart in a great way, without being overcooked. The service inside the to go area was the best I’ve had in a while. She was so kind & provided us all we needed to eat this on the go. The bbq sauce = amazing! I would say it’s close to a hickory style taste & a great pairing with the meat. I only got the coleslaw for a side, but it too was some of the best. It was crunchy, with a nice mild vinegar flavor. Truly how I like it! This is a must go for your BBQ crave!

Absolutely loved this place! It was my first time eating here, and I got the brisket sandwich with the grilled potato salad. My boyfriend had the “Fatty” and the same side — he’s been here before, but this was my first time, and wow, it totally exceeded my expectations! The meat was cooked perfectly, the sauce was so good, and that grilled potato salad had amazing flavor. Gabby helped me out and was super friendly — she answered all my questions and told me I couldn’t go wrong with anything on the menu. She was right! Next time I’m trying the mac and cheese and the steak salad. Big shoutout to the whole staff — everyone was so nice and working hard. Definitely recommend checking this place out! I’ll be back soon for sure!

Worth the hype. Very delicious bbq sampler. Loved the mustard sauce especially. I will definitely be back on Thursday to try the beef ribs. Get there early like I did. The line gets long very fast!

I hadn't seen my brother in a long time, and he insisted that I pick a place for us to meet and eat. As much as I resisted coming here, he was paying, so he had the final say. It’s not that I didn’t want to try it—I love brisket, ribs, and anything smoked—but I knew the area would be a nightmare on a Friday. Traffic? Insane. Parking? A headache. But I gave in, and sure enough, finding a spot was chaotic, thanks to ongoing roadwork and lunchtime crowds. Walking in, the entrance wasn’t what I expected—not necessarily bad, just different. But then came my first real irritation: the line. Yes, there’s a line to order your food. I’d already been at work for five hours. I wanted a break, not a pre-meal waiting session. To make matters worse, we stood behind a group of five people for ten minutes before realizing they weren’t even there to eat. They were just standing there. Once we got past them, the line still crawled. Nearly 25 minutes just to order? That’s not lunch break-friendly. To top it off, there was a second register sitting idle, which only added to my frustration. But then, the smell of brisket hit me. That smoky, mouthwatering aroma calmed me down—at least a little. And once the food arrived, I finally relaxed. Before diving in, I checked the bathrooms (because, yes, that matters). They were clean, well-kept, and even nicely decorated despite the packed house. Points for that. Now, the big question: was the food worth it? Absolutely. I ordered sliced brisket, and it was amazing. Tender, flavorful, perfectly smoked—everything I wanted. It’s the reason I’m willing to overlook the long wait and chaotic ordering process. Would I come back? Yes, but not on a work lunch break. This isn’t a place for a quick bite—it’s a commitment. Honestly, I wish they had table service. If I have to wait that long, I’d rather be sitting than standing in line. I know people wonder why most of my reviews are five stars. It’s simple: I don’t review bad places. If a restaurant isn’t worth four or five stars, I just don’t bother writing about it. This place earned its five stars—not because it’s perfect, but because the food is that good. That said, I do think they could improve the ordering process and overall hospitality. Next time, I’ll be back to try the pulled pork and ribs—just not during a lunch break.

Best ribs on planet Earth! I've been spoiled now and am always disappointed eating pork ribs anywhere else. And the grilled potato salad and mac and cheese are fantastic too. They have several varieties of sausage and they are all good, but my favorite is the polish sausage. Edit: I've been eating here for years now and it's still the best! If it's possible, I would say it's even better than when I first started eating here!

Well the wife and I are at it again. I have been wanting to take my wife here for the longest and what I mean the longest I mean like 3 years. Of course we enjoyed ourselves. My wife absolutely loved everything just as I expected her to. If you like Smokey tender moist BBQ with matching sides that are full of flavor and goodness then this is the place for you and your family. So here are a few tips when coming to visit burnco. First the menu is next to the to-go window (fold up phanplet). There'll be a line which will give you plenty of time to decide what you want to order. You can grab your drink until it's your time to place your order. There is a menu where you place your order, just in case you forget, they have picnic tables inside so people are accustomed to sitting next to one another, which I think is a good thing. We all need to connect with one another by just sitting next to one another. I think this is a human touch that needs to be added to a lot of restaurants. After placing your order, if you haven't already, elect someone to go find a place to sit and break bread. They'll call your name when your order is ready and they'll bring it to your table (once you raise your hand to accept the goodness). They occasionally come by and check to see if you need anything and if you're okay. There's not one designated waiter or waitress, but the staff does come and occasionally check on you. Your refills are on your own which is fine with me. Finally, while you're waiting in line there will be a staff member that will appear with a tray of rib pieces (this is a sample) and this is truly the beginning of what brought you here. 😲. Simply the best (I'm still smelling my fingers). Go, be patient, and enjoy.

The pulled pork was great and was not too fatty according to my fiancé. The sliced brisket though was the best and I would eat that everyday. The smoked Mac and cheese is worth trying to get there on one of the days they serve it. And I couldnt stop smiling as Santa walked around delivering food to people. Definitely recommend and we will be back.

I am not sure I can add too much too it! This place is amazing!! The food will blow your mind. I love getting a rib while I am standing in line. By far the best ribs out of anywhere I have ever been. This place is the most relaxed atmosphere you can find and the staff is always amazing. I started eating burnco at the 11th street location. Waiting in line for an hour for bbq that knocked my socks off. Used to love coming in and seeing the chefs drinking beer and rocking out. I am and will forever be a burnco fan!

We have frequented here a few times now and enjoy it. The ribs are some the best I've had as the meat just falls off the bone, but yet is still juicy. The brisket and other meats are also good including the iconic "fatty", but to me there's nothing that makes them stand out. On the latest visit, I had a burnt ends sandwich with grilled potato salad. The burnt ends were good, It would be nice to have them a little more tender, but all in all very good. The mac & cheese is outstanding here. The grilled potato salad is like I've ever had. It's not mayo or mustard based. It's literally just the vegetable ingredients grilled and seasoned and put in a bowl. It is absolutely amazing 10 out of 10. The atmosphere is good here as well with an old butcher case in front displaying the meats and a central front counter with the chopping block just behind preparing meals. All the meat is smoked in several locally popular hasty bake grills every night. Everyone sits together here like an old style chow hall with long picnic style tables inside and out. This place is iconic for a reason and is definitely worth a stop.

I heard about this place from an Uber driver. Place is cool, no service table. Order at counter for dining and they called my name. I had the 6 piece bbq ribs. Ribs are great. You can feel the smoky flavor and not a lot of bbq sauce which is great. They have 2 different bbq sauces at the tables. You have to purchase the sides separately. I had the slaw which was crunchy and the beans. Food is great. Only thing that they don't have is corn bread. I wish they had it. Price was about $40.00 including the tip. I will definitely recommend this place.

Cute, rustic spot in a shopping center. It was recommended by a local. Out of ribs and brisket so they offered a sample plate. Everything was great but it was way too big for me! I took some back to the hotel and had a late supper.

They have the most amazing ribs, my favorite in town by far. Their other meats are also very good. I love how you get a free rib while waiting in line.

Good BBQ that is true slow cooked BBQ and not oven or crockpot BBQ. Pulled pork is seasoned well. Good variety of sausages. A little expensive but what isn't now a days.

I have had BBQ across the country, in some serious BBQ spots, this is hands down the best place to get BBQ ribs I have ever found. Other things in other famous places may be almost as good as the excellent other food here but none of the ribs will even come close. The taste, texture and aroma are all the best you will ever find! Please let me know if you don't agree after you try them. Service is always great, friendly and very nice to you. Ambiance is standard BBQ but on the river ft. There is likely a line unless you visit off normal meal time, so plan for it, but it moves quickly. The other food is excellent too but get the ribs.......

This place was recommended by a friend of mine who is very serious about his Oklahoma BBQ and I'm so glad we listened! First off, while we were waiting in line and looking through the menu one of the workers came around and gave everyone in line a sample of their ribs. What a great business model cause if you're not sure about the ribs, now you can try it before committing (but you should just commit to getting the ribs). My favorite was the brisket, but everything was just so dang delicious. We ordered 2 rib tours and split it between 3 ppl and this was plenty for us. I would definitely try the mustard bbq sauce with your meats. I've already recommended this place to 2 other friends and thought to recommend it on Yelp too!

This place is just darn good y'all. The chicken drumsticks and pulled pork are awesome, and their sauce is tasty! If you find yourself in Tulsa or just driving through, don't miss out on this gem. Pit stop in Jenks and fill up on this delicious BBQ. Get there early though. You know it's good when they're selling out and close early in the day. All of the employees are just so nice too. I'll be stopping by anytime I find myself in town.

Got here at 11:45 on a weekday, and they were already sold out a brisket. How do you run out of any item of food before noon on any day let alone a middle of the week day? I end up going for the ribs, but they were rather dry. The baked beans were good and me personally, the sauce was just OK, as I was hoping for a little more kick to it, but this running out of food is a continual problem and I will rate this one star till that gets addressed, if ever.

One of the best places for Oklahoma Barbecue in the Tulsa/Jenks area! Not many places will welcome you with a courtesy rib while you wait in line to order! If you are coming with a party of 4+ I recommend the "Happy Plate" (not on the menu, but the way to go with larger parties). The ambiance is good and their picnic style tables frame the feel Burn is going for. All around, solid spot!

Food is always exceptional. (Not a fan of the picnic tables and the long line to place your order.). They operate with the philosophy the more difficult it is to get your food served to you the more you will want it. Only freshly smoked BBQ that is some of the best in Oklahoma can get away with this kind of service. Get there when they open to avoid the long line. You won't be disappointed with the ribs or brisket! You will not likely have a table to yourself but you will make some new friends who love BBQ.

Service was great but the brisket sandwiches are almost 13 dollars. We decided to go ahead and try it because it would be worth it if it were really smoked well. No such luck. The only smoke flavor was in the sauces at the tables. Disappointing.

Delicious burnt ends. Spicy but so tender. I'm sure everything is perfect. I want to try the ribs.

My wife and I arrived there right around opening time and after we went and waited to order our food one of the kitchen people came by and let everyone in line have a sampling of their ribs

Absolutely Tulsa's best BBQ! I stop in whenever I can. The service is always great although the line may be a little long. Great atmosphere where people are genuinely happy to be in line for what they know or will come to know as Tulsa's best smoked grub house. This place will not disappoint you. Order whatever you like. I've had nothing there that wasn't spot on.

I don't know why it took us so long to visit Burn Co. Service was excellent. They were giving out free ribs as testers, and we got free drinks since it was our first visit. The ribs and brisket were delicious. I could eat all of it without any additional sauce. The meat wasn't too salty too. The mustard bbq sauce in the yellow bottle was unique. We will definitely be back again. We were told to be early though because they sell out of some things pretty quick. It was busy at 11:30am on a Wednesday.

I love this place! Every time I come to Tulsa, I'll need this place to be a mandatory stop. The staff was super friendly, and they give you a sample rib in line!!! Who does that? The rib was perfect, nice smoke and super tender and delicious. The Fatty was a first for me. Why not have 3 or 4 meats you love rolled up into 1? Loved it!

I have been going to BurnCo for years now, and I can't imagine ribs cooked any better than BurnCo cooks theirs. I tell folks each rib is like a mini filet mignon. Their "grilled" macaroni and cheese is a delicacy. Their baked beans are excellent. Their customer service, where they serve customers waiting in line, a barbecued rib is a welcomed surprise. I remember one time when I was waiting for a "to go" order, I asked three Kansas City young business men who were in town and eating lunch AT the BurnCo restaurant what they thought of BurnCo in comparison to Kansas City barbecue and all three of them gave me strong thumbs up. You can NOT go wrong with BurnCo.

Ribs, chicken are exceptional. Everything is good there. Wish they served bread without having to ask for it. Service is good.

I was out and about with my dog and I was craving barbecue so I gave burn company a call to see if they had seating outside that I could sit with my dog. The gentleman I talk to on the phone was so welcoming and said oh yeah come on and then asked about my dog, what kind it was etc. It was so Flippin friendly! I went to burn company and the pleasant Ness continued. They welcomed me in and even let me sit at one of the picnic tables inside. They gave me a free rib!! I ordered the pulled pork and all of the sides because I am a side freak and I wanted to try everything. Not everything was to my taste but everything was excellent, hot and well seasoned and the friendliness of the establishment was off the charts! Excellent management! Here is the review on my food: 1. Pulled pork was very nice. Didn't run into any of the fatty gristly stuff you do at other places. Nice flavor! 2. Grilled potato salad - this was recommended to me at the counter when I was ordering sides as the house favorite. It was fried potatoes and peppers. It wasn't my thing but while I was there people came in and ordered it by the gallon to go. So if you like it you like it! Worth a try. 3. Mac & cheese. This was an interesting take on an old favorite. There was an absolute ton of crispy bacon in the mac & cheese which I just don't know how that was done. Loaded with bacon! More bacon than cheese I think! 4. Coleslaw : excellent! Creamy and crunchy and fresh! 5. Beans: very spicy! I liked the spice in the flavor! Winston the Pomeranian also would like to give this establishment 10 paws up, because he got to sit with mom and like a rib bone for 30 minutes and it may have been the most important day of his life.

This is a great barbecue restaurant! When I got there, I did have to wait in a line for a few minutes before getting to the counter to order. While waiting, they gave everyone (including me) free samples of ribs, which was pretty cool! As for what I ultimately ate, I tried out the ribs and chicken drumsticks. The ribs were great, as they not only had good seasoning, but were also excellent quality. The chicken drumsticks also tasted great and were great quality. The only two drawbacks I found with this place is the waiting in line part (to order your food) and the sides they give you. In terms of the lines, I saw them get really backed up and they only had one register open. So, some people might have to wait quite a while in line and also hope they don't run out of the barbecue items they want to try. Luckily, it didn't happen to me, but I think it's an important point to note. Finally, the sides of baked beans and coleslaw (while not bad tasting) were very basic. Despite these smaller problems, I still had a great experience here and would recommend it for anyone who likes barbecue!

FIVE. STAR. BBQ. don't let the grumpy folks who didnt show up early enough to get food deter you. I was turned on to this place be cause of the famous bbq book "The south's best butts" - and WOW. Glad I made the trip. EVERYTHING was great. It deserves its spot as a destination bbq. SHOW UP EARLY. These guys are up early and working their butts off- so they can sell all the bbq possible. Thats how good bbq works. It takes a long time to make And is not readily available.

I have eaten lunch here food was fantastic. Employees were very helpful and kind. Run out of food sometimes so come early to not miss out. Carnivore heaven!

This was my very first spot to eat at in Tulsa. I ordered the rib tour with the jalapeño cheese sausage and pulled pork. I got to try the brisket as well. So if you're worried about COVID, let's just say that this restaurant doesn't think so. I get it, CDC says it's fine but just me personally along with my wife we wore our masks when we were inside and then ate outside. None of the patrons wore any masks, and just some workers. Anyways, don't know how you feel but I think it's just preference now. Onto the food. The brisket I thought was dry, not plump and juicy so I think they tend to give out more lean than fatty or you have to make sure that you state what type of brisket you would want. The sausage wasn't bad, and the pulled pork was well, pulled pork. The sauce they offered was on the sweet side, not a surprise there. Reddit directed us to this spot, and I would say this place kind of fell flat. There's outdoor seating right next to the river, which I thought was pretty cool. Indoors, there was live music which I thought was neat as well if you're trying to hear some tunes. Tldr: I think Burn Co BBQ is just alright. There's nothing too crazy/special about this place and I can definitely say that I've had better BBQ. Dry brisket, good jalapeño sausage.

The ribs are just as good as the original location. I don't condone violence but I'd slap my mama and my grandma for a slab. I'd give them each ONE rib to make peace, I think they'd understand. The potato salad was still absolutely delicious, but lost a step from the way it tasted at the other location.

Just happened across burn after an Aquarium trip. I have to say great BBQ. I'm usually a turkey guys but we got a BBQ sampler with two orders of jalapeno sausage, grilled potato salad and Mac and cheese. Not only was this less than 50 bucks and enough to feed three people but it was all great! The grilled potato's with green chili pepper and onion was fantastic. The Mac and cheese is smoked the ribs are great (you'll probably get a taste while in line) and the sausage is homemade and really excellent as well. I haven't had a smoked chicken leg before and that's also a must. So definitely do yourself a favor in jenks and stop by Burn for some BBQ.

This is my all-time and across-the-country favorite rib joint. They have a bunch of good bbq, but I 100% recommend the ribs. I've told everyone.

GOOD STUFF! All meats are cooked on a Hasty Bake - there are rows and rows of them in the open for inspection kitchen. The consistency day in-day out is remarkable. All of the staff is very friendly and attentive and we have seen essentially no turnover- another indication that they are well treated by management.

I've seen the best Austin, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, St. Louis, Memphis, and Tennessee have to offer, and this is my favorite. The chopped brisket is *fantastic*. Moist. No additional sauce is necessary. Each return visit includes ribs and sausage too. Adam Myers was kind enough to show me around the kitchen, and the crew was great--friendly and informative. Already looking forward to a return visit.

Food has always been great. However they run out of food. Today it was two hours before their closing and no bbq. Not the first time for this. It's a nice place to eat. Very casual dining. Call ahead before going to see if they are going to run out. We are From out of town

We were recommended this place so I had high hopes. While the flavors were there, the brisket was pretty dry. My favorite that I was able to sample was the jalapeno sausage. It had the most rich flavors. There was live music during Friday lunch and plenty of outdoor seating.

The food was average. The sliced brisket was thin and not tasty. They have a reputation of running out of food so I had to find out myself. They had enough food. This is one step above fast food restaurants so the ambiance should be judged accordingly. Service was fast food quality. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Really good BBQ found here! I won't lie, I was disappointed in the sides available that were pork-free. The coleslaw was really good, but it would have been nice to be able to eat the Mac and cheese... I was also disappointed that I missed the burnt-ends (Wednesday's only). The beef brisket was a really nice size and even better with the coleslaw added on. I also enjoyed the tart homemade lemonade offered. Great and filling meal!

Wow, this place is incredible! Some of the best bbq I've ever eaten: the ribs are phenomenal, the brisket and pulled pork are amazing as well! My kids loved their hamburgers. This is a place you must try if you like bbq. The prices can be on the high side, but it seems like you are getting high meat, freshly prepared every day. There are two flavors of bbq sauce on each table. I loved the spicy one, but both were good. Ambiance is relaxed. Picnic style tables, so very casual but appropriate for bbq.

Good grubbin'! This place is crazy busy! Even if you come a 1/2 hour after it opens, the lines are so long...and understandably why. We ordered the Happy Plate - which is designed to feed a family of four. Let's see...2 hungry adults plus a large appetite = 4! Sounds good. Expect a 35-ish minute line wait on weekends...We came at 6:30 on a Friday night and they ran out of food. Huh??! Yes, they did...Once they run out of food, they're out, so we came back the next day. Tuesdays thru Sunday's they open from 10:30-3, then reopen for dinner from 5:30-8:00. Closed on Mondays...Every now and then I enjoy a casual atmosphere where you can come as-is, and FEAST! Who can resist some great BBQ with a side of baked beans and slaw??! Not me.

Was finally able to get in this location after several attempts but almost every time I go there sold out of items but I finally hit the jackpot. Their ribs are some of the best I've ever had & I swear there's coffee grins in the rub ‍ could be wrong but I love em nonetheless. Their Mac & Cheese is without a doubt the best ever . I also love their chicken. I wish I could give more stars but the employees attitudes keep me from going any higher than 3. I'm serious when I say that too. None of them are very personable and seem to have attitudes when u talk to them. If u look past that the bbq really is awesome I just wish the employees seemed to care more about the customer is all.

Had the chance to take the Wienermobile over to Burn Co BBQ! Sara gf we're amazing and so excited to have the Wienermobile right by their restaurant. Food was delicious definitely would go again when I'm back in Oklahoma!

I've been to the downtown location a couple of time. Once for lunch & once for a private event. Living out south, it was never worth fighting the line for lunch but now this south location is open, I've come twice since they opened. I know others that come weekly. The BBQ is well known in town and very good. This time we had the ribs, brisket, potato salad & Mac & cheese. First time I've had the Mac & cheese and it is delicious. Will try to get every time but they only serve that on weekends. And it runs out quickly. The potato salad is more like smoked chunky potatoes. I like it but don't expect a mayo picnic salad. Today the ribs were the best I've ever had. This was the best experience there that I've had. Food was on point!! My friend got the chicken drumsticks and they were huge. She got and order of 3 and a man could probably eat all 3 but that's a lot for most women. My main issue with Burn Co is that the menu is all ala carte. Sometimes they have specials but make sure to get a side or you are just getting a plate of meat (I'm sure not an issue for some, but I need a little diversity on my plate).

Their smoked bologna is beyond great. It's also super reasonably priced. Very nice staff.

One of my favorite go to bbq place is burn co. The service is always friendly and helpful with suggestions. I like the front entrance with the knives chandelier. The food is always delicious and never disappoints

Best BBQ in Tulsa!!! You have to try the sampler, I think it's called the hungry man. All the eats and 3 sides. Ribs, sausage and chicken legs are my favs, smoked potato salad and Mac and cheese are my fav sides. Great staff and even better BBQ.

A friend recommended this spot and I loved it. GREAT service - first time I've ever been served ribs waiting to order. The food was amazing. I ordered ribs and a homemade sausage and while the ribs were great I found myself really loving the sausage. And was luck to have visited on one of the days they served the smoked mac and cheese - outrageous! Highly recommend. Easy to access location with plentiful parking. The inside is spacious but it fills up fast. Arrive early before the lunch rush to ensure you get a spot to sit. Not as good as KC BBQ but for Tulsa its a winner
