Nestled somewhere between Asian finesse and American creativity, this fine dining spot delivered a 12-course meal that was as thoughtful as it was delicious. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and we were actually the only ones in the restaurant at the time. That made it feel even more special. Chef Dan himself came out, introduced the concept, shared a bit about his inspirations, and we had a really nice chat with him. With the open kitchen and the cool, relaxed décor, the whole ambiance was just perfect. In terms of the meal itself, each course was a little masterpiece, blending Asian flavors and American touches in ways that were both surprising and deeply satisfying. The spacing between tables gave us a comfortable amount of privacy, and the entire evening just felt easy and enjoyable. And for what we received—12 courses at 5,300 baht—it was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a place that blends different culinary worlds and gives you a memorable, personal dining experience, Cadence is definitely a gem.

Cadence by Dan Bark was a true experience, you can see the thought and creativity of the chef by just looking at the dish. The food is truly amazing everything was cooked to perfection and the presentation was on point, also the flavors combination was incredible. The experience of choosing my own knife before the main course was such a unique and memorable touch — I chose one that the chef brought from Romania, which made me think of my trip to Sibiu years ago. The service team was warm and professional, the plating was elegant, and the whole atmosphere felt personal yet world-class. If you’re looking for a place that celebrates creativity, precision, and heartfelt storytelling through food — Cadence is one of the best in Bangkok.

An outstanding experience from start to finish! The Caviar and the Wagyu dishes were absolute highlights—rich in flavor and flawlessly prepared. Chef Dan’s cooking is world-class, and the entire team was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. The mocktail pairing was easily the best I’ve ever had, Oh Wow! Highly Highly recommend if you’re looking for an exquisite dining experience. A truly unforgettable meal. I can’t wait to go back again!

Faye greeted us with a delicious cocktail and led us to a beautiful glass room decorated with roses, perfect for relaxing before dinner. Chef Dan crafted a unique 15-course menu tailored to my dietary restrictions. Highlights included the exquisite **albino Beluga caviar** with miso-cured tuna, the stunning **Alaskan King Crab Gazpacho**, and the flavorful **Duck à l'Orange & Truffle** with a delightful parsnip skin contrast. A special shoutout to Head Bartender Top for pairing each dish with creative cocktails that enhanced the flavors. The artistry and thoughtfulness behind every dish made this experience truly special. Booked Cadence during our 10 year wedding anniversary vacation to Thailand. Food, service, and atmosphere was perfect for our celebration. Every dish was beautifully plated and tasted amazing. Amazing meal, Crazy sensory experience Thank you to the chef Dan for the excellent food, for the explanations, and for the pleasant conversation. We incorporated 2 bottles of excellent red wine from the restaurant's collection. Thanks to the kitchen staff who worked hard to prepare the tasting dinner, And special thanks to the staff who gave us excellent service, explaining every dish, smiling and pleasant: Obee, Arm, Noodle. The dining experience begins with the choice of an opening drink in the anteroom accompanied by an explanation of different periods in the chef's life Second experience in a transitional room called the reflection room where you get again 3 appetizers from different periods of the chef's life, super Special. We then entered the dinner hall where you see all the kitchen staff in action. It is evident that the preparations for the tasting dinner are very meticulous and thought is invested in a wonderful balance of flavors. I will not tell about each and every dish, I will simply recommend you to come for a 15-course tasting.
