Review of Cadence: A Delightful Fusion Journey
Last night at Cadence was nothing short of a culinary adventure. Nestled somewhere between Asian finesse and American creativity, this fine dining spot delivered a 12-course meal that was as thoughtful as it was delicious.
From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and we were actually the only ones in the restaurant at the time. That made it feel even more special. Chef Dan himself came out, introduced the concept, shared a bit about his inspirations, and we had a really nice chat with him. With the open kitchen and the cool, relaxed décor, the whole ambiance was just perfect.
In terms of the meal itself, each course was a little masterpiece, blending Asian flavors and American touches in ways that were both surprising and deeply satisfying. The spacing between tables gave us a comfortable amount of privacy, and the entire evening just felt easy and enjoyable. And for what we received—12 courses at 5,300 baht—it was absolutely worth it.
If you’re looking for a place that blends different culinary worlds and gives you a memorable, personal dining experience, Cadence is definitely a gem.
