25 Best Restaurants in Las Vegas: Steakhouses, International Buffets, and More | Condé Nast Traveler

"A lakeside patio with front‑row views of the Fountains of Bellagio meets classic Carbone swagger and coastal Italian seafood—plus a rare 33‑foot Riva yacht, “Fortuna,” that ferries select invited guests to dinner (flag your interest early with the restaurant, Bellagio guest services, or your gaming host). I’m dazzled by the mid‑century Med glamour—marble, gold, and Renoir, Miró, and Picasso on the walls—and yes, that rich, buttery tableside Caesar earns its hype; this splurge opened in November 2025 and already feels like the Strip’s other Lago di Como." - Andrea Bennett

Carbone Riviera - Review - The Strip - Las Vegas - The Infatuation

"On paper, Carbone Riviera reads like a mishmash of over-the-top Vegas elements: grand dining room lined with Picassos and Renoirs, front row views of the Bellagio fountains, and bow-tied service captains at your beck and call. The newest Italian restaurant at Bellagio executes the formula so well, that you can’t help but get swept away in the high-roller fantasy (at high-roller prices). If you’re a Carbone newbie, don’t resist the classics—caesar salad prepared tableside and spicy rigatoni vodka—and if you’re not, you already know they live up to the hype. For the full Riviera experience, sit on the patio and order the tuna calabrese in olive oil, the massive, two-pound lobster fettuccine, and a whole fish like a silky dover sole. There’s even a glossy 33-foot Italian boat to complete the waterfront scene, so you can dream about making a dramatic, Portofino-style exit after your last bite of creamy tiramisu." - Emmy Kasten

The Biggest Restaurant Openings in Las Vegas, November 2025 | Eater Vegas

"Major Food Group — the hospitality group behind Carbone, led by Mario Carbone, Jeff Zalaznick, and Rich Torrisi — debuted Carbone Riviera, its first seafood concept, to much fanfare in November. Inside the elaborate restaurant at the Bellagio, guests dine surrounded by Picasso and Renoir originals, or outside on a lakeside terrace overlooking the Bellagio fountains, dotted with olive trees. The menu spans a whole fish program that includes salt-baked branzino and Dover sole grilled over Japanese charcoal, a two-pound lobster fettuccine, and Carbone’s famed spicy rigatoni vodka." - Ryan Slattery

Carbone Will Debut Seafood Restaurant Carbone Riviera This Fall at the Bellagio | Eater Vegas

"Debuting November 7 in the former Picasso space at the Bellagio, this seafood restaurant will feature a dining room overlooking Bellagio’s iconic fountains and will begin taking reservations October 9. Created in partnership between MGM Resorts International and Major Food Group co-founders Mario Carbone, Jeff Zalaznick, and Rich Torrisi, the menu centers on a tableside whole-fish program—salt-baked branzino and grilled Dover sole—plus a two-pound lobster fettuccine with spicy tomato sauce and rich lobster stock, spicy lobster meatballs, and, of course, the spicy rigatoni vodka." - Rebecca Roland

Carbone Las Vegas absolutely lives up to the hype. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels classic, glamorous, and distinctly old-school in the best way. Service was attentive and polished throughout the night. The caviar service was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of the meal; beautifully presented and indulgent without feeling overdone. Every dish we tried was rich, well-executed, and full of flavor. The only small critique is the portion size of the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. We ordered what was described as a double portion for a table of five, and it ended up being surprisingly small, barely six noodles per person. While the pasta itself was delicious, the portion felt mismatched to both the table size and the expectation set by “double portion.” That said, everything else about the experience was exceptional. A truly memorable dinner, and I would absolutely return.

Went to Carbone Riviera for dinner and what can I say… simply stunning! Carbone Riviera's decor blends mid-century glamour with Mediterranean coastal vibes, featuring terra-cotta, azure blues, and marble, plus original art by Picasso, Miró, and Renoir, custom Murano glass, sea inspired mosaics, luxurious leather banquettes, and stunning fountain views from terraces (where we sat) with olive trees and even a Riva yacht for unique experiences. Designed by Martin Brudnizki, it evokes the Italian Riviera with elements like citrus groves, Murano chandeliers, and a sophisticated, airy feel, moving from the classic Carbone's vibe to a lighter, seaside elegance. It's described as a "love letter to the Italian coast," combining classic Carbone theatrics with a fresh, airy, coastal sophistication, making it feel both iconic and new. We dined on coastal Italian dishes, ordered the lobster fettuccine, salt-baked branzino, and the signature spicy rigatoni vodka. All superb. Enjoyed some libations from their Riviera cocktail selections… I tried the Mint Smash made with Vodka, Elderflower, Ginger, Mint, and also their Terrazze dell’Etna from Sicily. Fantastic choices. The service was wonderful, attentive, professional, and friendly, all our desires met and exceeded. 10 out of 10! Carbone Riviera is redefine luxury dining on the Strip. It’s not just a meal, it’s a statement about where fine dining is heading: toward beauty, balance, and a sense of place. We will definitely return.

Google
Tbh, I was expecting this place to be overhyped but wow oh wow. Service was stellar and the food was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend getting the whole sea bream carpaccio, spicy vodka rigatoni, and shrimp parm. For drinks, it has to be the rum old fashioned. 15/10 would definitely come back again.

The Mediterranean-inspired decor is elegant yet welcoming! You can’t skip the tableside Caesar salad, spicy lobster meatballs, or the iconic rigatoni! Snag a patio table for that iconic fountain view if you can for a glamorous Vegas dining experience!

What to order and one warning below. First, I Loved Carbone Riviera and it's not just another Carbone. This is a seafood focused restaurant, and that’s exactly how you should approach ordering. I recommend sticking with the sea and skipping dishes that are from Carbone. I've gone 3x and here are my favs. - Apps: Lobster meatballs is a must, the Sea Bream was a huge hit at our table, and the Langoustines were exceptional. - Pastas: Lobster Fettuccine, the Ricotta Gnocchi with caviar, and the Cavatelli Riviera. - Order the fish. Seriously! The Wild Turbot is fantastic (I liked it better than Branzino), and their new interpretation of Dover Sole was even better than the classic French prep. - Dessert: Pistachio Cannoli Napoleon was a perfect crunchy finish and the Chocolate Baci Cake was rich. I guess you can order steak but my rec is stick with the seafood. Overall, I really loved it and it's cool to see a new Carbone concept. Btw, I know everyone wants to sit outside on the pond but I did it once and I did feel mist coming down on me when the fountains shot up. My one note of caution.

Google
Loved every part of my experience at Carbone! We originally planned to dine indoors, but when our table wasn’t ready after several minutes, we decided to upgrade to the Riviera seating and I’m so glad we did! Even with the $175 per person minimum, it was worth it. The fountain show was such a unique touch and ended up being a highlight of the evening. The food was phenomenal as well. We ordered the tortellini and the ribeye, and both were cooked to absolute perfection! Highly recommend for a special night out!

Google
Carbone Riviera is truly a wow experience from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is stunning — elegant Mediterranean-inspired décor with a glamorous yet welcoming feel. From the very first check-in, the service was impeccable. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the menu, which was especially appreciated since it was our first visit. We ended up trying a wide variety of dishes, and every single one delivered. The calamari was exquisite — genuinely the best I’ve ever had. My husband absolutely loved the lobster wrap meatballs, and the Caesar salad is an absolute must-have. He also tried two of the pasta dishes, both of which were outstanding. The dining room itself is beautiful, with views overlooking the Bellagio fountains that make the experience feel even more special. And one final tip: do not skip dessert — the sorbet is an experience on its own. Trust me. An exceptional restaurant all around. Highly recommend.

Yelp
My new favorite Vegas restaurant! I loved Carbone Riviera in the Bellagio -- And the views! Definitely one of the best dining experiences for dinner in Vegas with the Bellagio fountains right in front of you. I'm officially obsessed with CR! We went a bit overboard with our order. No regrets! Started with the cold appetizers - the Tuna Calabrese, Sea Urchin, and Mediterranean Sea Bream are all must-orders. The plating of the Sea Bream was beautiful. Then came the hot apps, and that's when the "Oh my" moments started. The Lobster Meatball "got" our entire table - a must order. For pasta, we ordered three dishes, and surprisingly the simplest one was my fav: The Cappellini Crab AOP was spicy awesome. The Rock Shrimp Mezzaluna was a table favorite and that could become the Spicy Rig that's famous at the original Carbone. We went overboard by ordering a 3rd pasta: Lobster Fettuccine. We'd heard buzz about the Wild Turbot, so we decided to splurge - it's not cheap but it was a wow, it might be one of the most delicious fish preparations I've ever had. Worth every penny. Carbone Riviera has instantly earned a spot on my favorites list. Can't wait to come back to try out the other dishes.

Yelp
Love love love this new Carbone. Went on their opening day and 2 weeks after. Restaurant is so pretty and they have a bigger menu. We ordered family style so we could try multiple dishes. My top items were: -carpaccio -table side Caesar salad -gnocchi with Caviar 1000/10 -spicy rig of course -chicken parm And for desert, just trust me get the Tiramisu.

Yelp
I had highly anticipated dining here, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The biggest disappointment was the poor service and the rude receptionist. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a condescending receptionist who clearly seemed unhappy to be there. After being seated and ordering our drinks, we waited nearly 30 minutes before finally receiving them. Throughout dinner, I repeatedly had to ask for refills, as our server's attention to our table was severely lacking. Even during the tableside Caesar salad preparation, the server dropped a crouton and did not bother to replace it, which felt careless and unprofessional. On a positive note, the branzino was delicious. However, the spicy rigatoni did not compare to the original Carbone location and was underwhelming. Overall, this was a highly dissatisfying experience, driven primarily by poor service and an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Yelp
I had a late night reservation which they could not cancel for me. I had a last minute change and they advised it would be $50 to cancel. So I brought my sick husband to dinner who was coughing up a storm. Food was delicious and service was excellent. We had the calamari, house salad, cavatelli pasta, and shrimp parmigiana. Calamari was slightly spicy but super crunchy. The cavatelli pasta was excellent - from the pasta bite to the depth of flavor on the sauce. The shrimp parm was not good. It looked really good but it was rubbery- like chewing gum but chewing shrimp. Service was excellent and attentive.

Yelp
Carbone Riviera absolutely delivers on the setting. We had the fantastic front row, dockside view of the fountain show, and it's hard to beat that experience. Just note: those seats come with a $175 per person minimum, so it definitely sets the bar for what you expect from the meal. The service was a full 5 out of 5. Our captain, Jose, was knowledgeable, super friendly, and genuinely attentive. Our other servers, Pepe and Jesus, were equally wonderful. We couldn't have asked for better service. Best bites for me: * Lobster burrata: amazing, the standout of the night * Raspberry cocktail: tart but delicious, and not too heavy on the alcohol * Lemon chiffon cheesecake: a great finish The calamari fritti was just okay. The rings could've been sliced a bit thinner and cooked maybe a minute longer for more color and crunch. A couple dishes didn't hit the mark for me. The spicy rigatoni was a little too al dente. If it had been cooked just a bit longer, it would've been pretty damn good because the sauce was delicious. The tableside Dover sole also didn't land. It was a little too fishy and not seasoned enough. Overall, the view alone makes it a great place to take friends who haven't experienced it yet. But for the price point, I'm not sure I'd come back with my hubby just on our own.

Yelp
We had the most delicious meal, great service and dining experience with the ladies at the new Carbone Riviera at the Bellagio. The burrata caviar service, table side Caesar salad, juicy tender ribeye and the Cannellini Crab AOP was incredible perfect to share family style for 4.

Yelp
I've always wanted to try Carbone in Las Vegas, but it's been impossible to get a reservation. So when we heard that Carbone Rivera was opening, we booked a table immediately--and I'm so glad we did. The moment we walked in, the restaurant was stunning--sexy, romantic, and stylish. We splurged a little for a patio table overlooking the Bellagio fountains, and it was absolutely worth it. The service was flawless. Their team moved like a well-oiled machine, constantly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Since it was our first time, we went all in and ordered something from nearly every part of the menu: * Tuna Calabrese: Six perfectly cut pieces of melt-in-your-mouth tuna. A beautiful start. * Zucchini & Eggplant Seapece: Shockingly good. I'm not a huge vegetable person, but I wanted this entire plate to myself. * Caesar Salad: The standout was the croutons. Truly unforgettable--garlicky, buttery, and honestly something they should sell on their own. * Spicy Rigatoni Vodka: Their signature dish, and now I understand why. Easily one of the best pastas I've ever eaten--comforting, rich, perfect after losing money at the slots earlier in the day. * Shrimp Parmigiana: Delicious and surprisingly huge. This could be a full entree on its own. Even though I was already full, I kept going because it was that good. * Branzino: Flavorful and beautifully prepared, but by this point I was completely stuffed. Carbone Rivera exceeded every expectation. I woke up the next morning still full and still thinking about how incredible our meal was. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Carbon Riviera has such a cool, White Lotus-y vibe. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. It's mostly Italian and seafood, and everything we tried was spot-on. We didn't sit outside this time, but we'll definitely be back for that amazing view. I loved their menu design and the whole aesthetic of the place. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Vegas.

Yelp
Amazing dinner at the new Carbone Riviera inside the Bellagio Hotel. We scored a table next to the fountains and the yacht from Italy! The service was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the views from our table of the Las Vegas strip and fountain show were unbeatable. We got the famous Cesar salad prepared table side with the giant, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside croutons. We also tried the famous 2-lb lobster fettuccine. Both were done well and lived up to their hype. My mom loved the pistachio cake, Ron loved the ribeye, but my favorite dish was the selection of fruit sorbets presented in the fruits themselves. Just look at the picture of that dessert and tell me it's not gorgeous! And it tastes as good as it looks! It was one of the best meals we've ever have had in Vegas!

Yelp
10/10 Service was exceptional, very attentive. Coltin our sommelier is the best. All recommendations were amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious. Beef carpaccio, tuna carpaccio, gnocchi with Xavier, ribeye and of course spicy rigatoni.

Yelp
Carbone Riviera sits lakeside at the Bellagio Fountain, in the former home of the iconic Picasso restaurant -- and it's every bit as spectacular as its predecessor. Overlooking the dancing fountains, the atmosphere blends classic Italian glamour with timeless Vegas elegance. The view is pure magic, sparkling water, soft lights, and the Bellagio's signature show right outside your window or at the deck side if you can request for it. A perfect setting where old-world sophistication meets modern indulgence. Carbone Riviera at the Bellagio delivers classic glam with every bite. The heart lobster meatball is rich and tender, a true standout alongside the signature spicy rigatoni that packs the perfect creamy kick. The lobster fettuccini is indulgent, buttery, (but it was over cooked); and the refreshing perfectly balanced with a touch of sea urchin for that ocean-fresh luxury. Spicy Rigatoni is must if you love pasta. The veal Milanese was a treat! Pollo Al Limone was solid. And the dessert tray was a show stopper. Pair it all with their crisp, perfectly mixed espresso martini smooth and elegant, impressive wine list, and you've got a timeless Vegas dining experience that's both bold and unforgettable. Exceptional service defines Carbone Riviera at the Bellagio. GM Irene sets the tone with her warm hospitality and flawless attention to detail, every guest feels like a VIP. Kyle delivers impeccable tableside charm, sommelier David impresses with refined wine knowledge and perfect pairings, and Enrique ensures the experience flows seamlessly. Together, they elevate the evening into something truly memorable refined, elegant, and effortlessly world-class. I will definitely come back soon ơn my next trip to Vegas just for Somm David & Miss Irene. Hope I can catch that $3,000,000 boat to give me a ride on the lakeside.

Yelp
Second time at Carbone, first time at the new Riviera location at the Bellagio. My wife was beyond excited for this one -- she fought tooth and nail for the reservation and literally jumped for joy when it came through. (I'm a big foodie, but I'll never match her reservation-game hustle ) Finding it was a little tricky the first time -- we followed the signs, walked right past it, and had to backtrack after asking a staff member. Tiny suggestion: bigger signage would help! But the second we walked downstairs... WOW. Absolutely stunning. Shiny tiled entry, that ridiculous crystal lemon tree -- classic over-the-top Vegas glamour done perfectly. We got seated outside overlooking the Bellagio fountains. Hands-down the best table in the house. (They do mention a $175pp minimum for terrace seating -- we happily blew way past that because everything was insanely good.) The food was flawless, perfect sized portions, and the service was next-level warm. We had a whole team of waiters taking care of us -- every single one was friendly, funny, and spot-on with recommendations. I wish I'd caught their names to shout them out. Truly one of the most magical dinners we've ever had in Vegas. Already counting down the days until we're back. You guys are killing it

Yelp
Ok... I get they just opened.. but everything just seemed OFF. From the start.. which it's fine, we were being girls and busy talking. But bread hit the table before we even had an intro or a drink order. I guess I should preface we're all local and in the hospitality industry. A gentleman not in a server suit offered to take our drink order and he was great, but I'm guessing he's a manager. Then a lady in a server suit came by introduced herself and was great, gave us time to look over the menu. Well a different server guy comes by and we ask for guidance on the menu and it just fell flat. But we went ahead and ordered a couple things we wanted anyways. It felt like they were always trying to take our plates even though we still had food left to prepare for the next course but we really wanted to finish our plates but it just seemed pressured. We also skipped on a main meat dish and felt pressured to get something from the guy server but with the lack of guidance nothing really called out to us. Then my drink was 1/3 full and they asked if I wanted another and I said no, and they went ahead and took it anyways. I honestly was so defeated at this point asking them not to take things. Oh I forgot to add, we ordered a bottle of wine and the somm came by showed us the bottle and said I'll be back I'm going to open it. And went around the side to open the bottle?! That's unheard of and I was just baffled that it wasn't opened at the table. Austin the manager, I think that's his name? I'm sorry I'm terrible with names. Was super kind and let us be goofy and check out the yacht up close, and that was neat. Anyways, food is still great. The service needs some polishing. The patio is spectacular and the view is magical with the right company.

Yelp
You pay for what you get. It depends if you feel there is value in exceptional customer service, thoughtfully designed and executed cuisine, and one of a kind flavors that hit all the high notes. Other than the jaw dropping cost of it, which set a new record for most expensive restaurant we have ever done, we loved the combo of seeing the fountains. In that regard, it was a memorable experience not to be missed. Get a reservation. The curating of exceptional service relies upon it. We got... Tuna, very good. Caesar, very good. Croutons were crunchy outside, soft inside. rigatoni and cheese tortellini. Both good but the rigatoni isnt to be missed. Sole, great. Filet, great. Both types of potatoes. Pistachio cake.

J G.

Yelp
Our servers Daniel and Gilbert were awesome!! I loved being on the Rivera Deck and being so close to the fountains. The Beef Carpaccio and Caesar Salad were amazing. We also loved the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni and the Sorbet. We had the Ribeye and the Octopus and they were good but we wouldn't order those again and rather try something else. We will definitely be back!!!

Yelp
HORRIBLE STAFF! We arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservation (mind you this was a 12 person restauranteur dinner full of hospitality operators) and they told us we could not even step foot in the restaurant until our full party was here. We asked if we could wait at the bar and get a drink, they said no the bar is completely full. When our party was here we went inside and the bar was EMPTY! We were flabergasted. Then when we had 2 late arrivals arrive the same rude host (1 male and 1 female) said THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED IN! I had to leave the dinner table and physically go get them after they were turned away. Mind you we spent over $4,000 on dinner and were treated like absolute trash by the hostess. It's incredibly disappointing considering the food was actually really good. The servers were kind but those hosts need a reality check or this business will tank.I will NEVER be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere to a place that actually knows how to treat guests.
google avatar

Anastasia C.

Yelp
The food was fabulous, the atmosphere on the patio was iconic Vegas, the service from Blake and his team was exceptional!!! From the very first moment everything and everyone was perfect. Your staff is so professional but also warm, friendly, and considerate. This was the best meal and experience we've had in Vegas. Bravo!

Yelp
We have been waiting for this to open up for months and grabbed a reservation as soon as they opened. We opted for a deck table because you MUST get the view of the fountains. Be aware that you must spend a minimum per person - which is very easy to do with the prices. This is not a cheap place, but you are paying for quality and the ambiance. I am honestly not a huge fan of the original Carbone, but this place definitely made an impression on me! We started with the Tuna Calabrese and the table side Caesar. Both were 10/10. The tuna was fresh and the flavors were spot on. The salad and croutons were great as well. The anchovies in the salad were so good! (You can get them on the side if you prefer) For our mains we got the 2lb lobster fettuccine and the bone in NY strip with the side of mushrooms. We requested for them to be brought at the same time so we could enjoy both together, but they ended up bringing them in courses which was a little irritating, but I know they are a new team so we gave them some grace. Besides, the food was amazing! The lobster pasta is probably my favorite dish in Vegas right now and I will be dreaming about the sauce and that amazing lobster. The steak was cooked perfectly which is always tough to do when you order a bone in cut, so we were very impressed. For dessert, the gelato and pistachio cake were delicious. Like I mentioned, this is only their second week open so there are a few kink they need to work out. For example, the servers did not have a true answer on what bourbons were available. And it took quite awhile to be introduced to our server and get the rundown on the menu. Our entire bill was about $700 not including tip, so be prepared to spend some money here, but it will be well worth it. Do I dare say this may be my number one spot in Vegas right now? I might just have to give it another try to confirm in a couple of months after all the kinks have been worked out! Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Eric A.

Yelp
Amazing service. Has your favorites from the traditional Carbone, but with more seafood options. Tomatoes a la Greco, Spicy Rigatoni, and the Lobster Fettuccini were delicious. Busy, but not loud. The grand opening was only two days ago but service is already dialed-in.
google avatar

Ami C.

Yelp
My favorite spot we went to dinner in Vegas! The drinks were fab, I'm obsessed with the tuna appetizer, and I enjoyed just about everything we were served. The table side Caesar salad was so good, the only slightly less-than-perfect item was the croutons which were really oily and soft.
google avatar

Lisa K.

Yelp
What an incredible experience! From the moment you walk in through the stunning archway, it's a magical experience from the moment you step foot into Carbone Riviera. Every course is beautifully presented and the staff is so on top of it. My water glass was never empty. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely stunning and the mosaic work is something else! Don't overstuff yourself with the bread that comes out! It's SO good but will definitely fill you up quickly. The Spicy Rigatoni is perfectly al dente and the flavors are incredible. The true star of the show are the scallops - those things were incredible. The hiramasa tuna caviar appetizer was delicious as well, especially with the pickled veggies. For our main, we ordered the Dover Sole. The butteriness was perfection and so was the flavor of the chimchurri sauce that accompanied the fish. We were stuffed by the time we got through all of these dishes and didn't have any room for dessert but the rainbow cookie was the perfect way to cap off the night! Thank you to our captain Carl and his assistant Gilbert for their hospitality.

Yelp
we came here for a birthday dinner really excited to try it because we are foodies and tried the one at the aria. we got the bread service 1/5 , the Sicilian shrimp 3/5, $175 2 pound lobster 4/5, the spicy vodka rigatoni 4/5 the ribeye 1/5 and the scallop potatoes 2/5. clams 1/5 had no meat and all tomatoes, Dirty Martini 5/5 they gave us extra olive brine on the side, The caesar salad was out of this world and absolutely delicious best caesar i've ever had hands down 10/10... the food overall was OK and forgettable. The service was slow. It took forever to get our bread and drink drinks. I definitely prefer the Carbone at aria.

Megan W.

Yelp
Walked in for late dinner at the bar and it took 25 minutes to even order a drink which would make sense if I wasn't 1 of 2 people at the bar. One bartender was completely overwhelmed making drinks for the whole restaurant, the other took 10 mins to pour a glass of water. One bartender handed me a menu and said "sorry, I'll be right with you" then clocked out and left. I thought I was being punk'd. Took 2 hours for dinner at the bar. Food is mids and definitely overpriced for what it is. Hoping it's just new restaurant struggles but I think over all that carbone is over-hyped. $260 for dinner and 2 drinks for 1 person.

Yelp
Everything was great! the Caviar gnocchi was amazing and or server and busser were fantastic. Sitting outside is a must!!

Yelp
Was really exited to try this place, but it was underwhelming. Food was mediocre at best. Service wasn't anything special for a fine dining establishment. My biggest tip for this restaurant is DO NOT get the Langoustines.

Jessica H.

Yelp
An amazing experience dining on the water, seeing the beautiful water fountain show while eating delicious cuisine. Wonderful service and the most delicious Caesar salad made table-side by our captain's assistant Gilbert. Who if you'd ask me would be an amazing captain to guide you on a wonderful evening full of delicacies served amidst the beautiful backdrop of the water, fountain show and Las Vegas strip. Truly felt like being in Europe for a moment while dining on the rivera and viewing the Eiffel Tower. The food however stole its spotlight.

Yelp
Amazing food, service and ambiance! We had most of the menu and everything was delicious! I'll be returning soon!

Yelp
I've lived in Vegas for years, eaten at all of them and I've been to Manhattan four times this year. Hands down, it has some of the best food I've ever eaten. On top of that, the restaurant was beautiful, and the deck where we ate made us feel like we were on the Mediterranean coast in Italy. service was great too. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Subpar at best. Let's start with the staff: Carbone at Aria is notorious for 3 exceptionally rude and angry receptionists. When this location opened, I was so happy to be done with them. Wrong. This location had a disrespectful woman who started the night off gaslighting me telling me I didn't have a Riviera Deck reservation and to pay attention when booking next time. I quickly pulled out my phone and showed her the deck reservation while asking for the manager and she quickly spoke into her head piece and no manager came out. Big shocker. No apology. No smile. Disgusting. Oh, but she made a point to announce that we would have to spend 175 per person three times which I had agreed to when I made the reservation anyways. Finally, 22 minutes after our reservation start time we were taken inside to our table. Not on the deck, in the empty patio leading to the deck and of course deck tables "were spoken for." Again, I asked for the manager, who was nowhere to be found and they sent me to the bar to wait another 20 minutes for a seat. Heard the same song and dance about the 175 per person to eat on the Riviera deck from two other employees. Mind you I was dressed in a suit with a blazer. Do they not have any quality control when hiring? Or are these union hires? Honestly, though, I'm visibly pregnant and it's actually concerning they didn't call out the manager for me. Finally sat. Liam who sat us was lovely. I forget our captain's name, but he was also lovely and gave us a good review of the menu. THE Good: the espresso martini (according to my husband), the hamachi sushi and caviar, the lobster pasta dish. Of these the raw caviar dish was the winner of the night. Skip: the Caesar (I know but it's lacking next to the original locations and our table next door agreed) and the shrimp Parmesan. Their focaccia to start wasn't great, but the bean dip, pickled vegetables and sesame sticks were lovely. View was also great but their staff outside the restaurant left a horrible taste in my mouth. I don't know if I would return. Definitely not worth paying $500 for two and being disrespected by a girl on a power trip with no apology.

Yelp
Carbone Riviera is absolutely stunning, what a beautiful addition to Bellagio! From being greeted right outside the venue, to all the staff welcoming us, to Sonia the manager checking on us throughout the dinner I couldn't be more satisfied. Sonia went above and beyond, she recommended us some of the best dishes. The lobster fettuccine being one. We are regulars of Carbone so I was very thrilled to see the beef carpaccio on the menu as this is a staple for us every time we dine at Carbone. We will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Yelp
Such a great experience. Loved this place, nice view! Fresh seafood, cozy vibe, and the kind of pasta that makes you do a little happy dance at the table . Super friendly staff too. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Food is okay, not anything out of the ordinary. Service was also okay, it was our anniversary which we stated on our reservation and said to the waiter but they kept greeting my boyfriend and I happy birthday which was pretty funny (they didn't know who's birthday it was so they just kept greeting the both of us lol). Ambiance was amazing, wouldn't come here for the best food or service. They replaced our utensils on our table when it was still dirty and got our new utensils dirty. Was expecting the level of service to be a bit better, hostess' upfront were also not the most welcoming they were all just starting at us because we asked to wait a bit longer because we wanted to wait for our original reservation on the deck not inside the restaurant. They weren't too happy to hear we wanted to wait for the deck we reserved lol.

Yelp
From the moment we walked in the experience and food were breathtaking! Reserved the deck and it did not disappoint with the views of bellagio fountains felt like I was on Italian coast. The lobster pasta is a must, lobster was soft and delicious and pasta was house made.

Yelp
Food was delicious, and the service was immaculate. I think there was honestly 1.5-2 waitstaff per patron. The setting was romantic and the fountain views, decor, and lighting were all impressive and memorable. The ambiance was superior to many of the finest restaurants in both Vegas and our home of Manhattan, NYC. We ate the following dishes: Tuna Calabrese, Lobster Meatballs, Vodka Rigatoni, Linguine Vongole, Pollo al Limone, Broccoli, Fungi Mismi, and Tiramisu. Every dish was phenomenal. The Tuna cuts were superior to some of the finest sushi we've ever had. The lobster meatballs were orgasmic. No other "meatballs" will ever compare. The pastas were exquisite. The clams had perfect texture and taste, and the rigatoni was savory and delicious. The chicken was exquisite, but I don't know why I let my fiance order just a chicken dish when the seafood is the real star. This will soon be the most desireable dining venue in Vegas...if you can get a reservation. The soft-launch was a 10/10, but some kinks still have to be worked out in terms of the timing of the dishes; our meal encompassed over 3hrs of dining, with a lengthy wait between apps and entree. The staff were extremely apologetic for the wait, and volunteered to comp our desert and a side dish, which we found both fair and pleasing. Try to sit outside (weather permitting) for the fountain views when you dine here. Carbone Riviera is (in our opinion) far superior to Carbone NYC.

Yelp
Carbone Rivera is located inside the Bellagio casino Las Vegas. The staff was polite and experienced. The food was nicely cooked and truly tenderloin without any extra meat/fat which doesn't belong to tenderloin, my medium cooked filet mignon was the nicely cooked. The only concern/imperfection was that I wish my 2nd glass of wine was pour in to the clean glass instead of put over my dirty glass.

Yelp
The most disrespectful receptionist. First day of opening and they are already acting so bad. The restaurant has a lot of room, but they acting that they are so special and They don't have a space and is reservation only, we asked since it's a new restaurant can we just walk around and see what kind of restaurant is it and they said no The receptionist all she knows is only NO anything you say she only NO.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant with excellent food and an incredible view! Service was 10 out of 10 and we had a great experience over all. We had Carbone's famous spicy rigatoni along with other new dishes that are unique to Carbone Riviera. We really loved the branzino and the table side Caesar. The wine suggestion that the sommelier recommended to be paired with our meal was the cherry on top! Highly recommend if you're looking for a new place to try in Vegas.

Yelp
Robert was our server and made it a memorable experience. Calvin was our Som, great wine selections. We started with the carpaccio and then had the shrimp pasta. 10 out of 10! Lives up to the hype, ask for Robert and Calvin. Amazing gentlemen

Yelp
Well first i came for my wife's birthday and they knew it was her birthday. The 3 tables surrounding us all got a birthday dessert with a candle and my wife got absolutely nothing, not even a happy birthday from the waiter. Whats the point of asking if we are celebrating a special occasion if you're not going to do anything for it. To the food, place is just ridiculously expensive. 1 appetizer, one pasta, 1 entree and 2 drinks, 1 dessert = $450 with tip.. the clams casino were basic clams casino, the spicy rigatoni was great but just really small portion for $40. We got the ribeye 16oz and there is no way that was 16oz. Half of the steak was super chewy. We ordered the potatoes and those were really good. We ordered the chocolate dessert with the nuts and it was really bad. Probably one of the worst desserts we've ever had. The place is nice and the view is nice but the service and food doesn't equal a $500 meal. Thanks again for doing nothing for my wife's birthday. She was really bummed about that as she wanted a picture of her blowing out candles.

Yelp
Visited Carbone Riviera during opening weekend and it was everything and more! The restaurant was gorgeous and the ambiance was perfection! Lucky to have snagged a reservation on the deck overlooking the Bellagio fountains-absolutely beautiful! The food was stellar- Caesar salad, baked clams, calamari and spicy vodka rigatoni were amazing! The tiramisu and espresso martini were the perfect end to a perfect meal. What took our experience to the next level was the kind and attentive staff who made us laugh throughout our meal! Shout out to the best sommelier, our waiters- Joseph and Robert/cappucino/"stanley", and the friendly managers who walked around the restaurant. We can't wait to come back!

Yelp
The staff, the food, the ambiance 10/10. This place is a new favorite of mine. Sonia the manager that was on duty that night was wonderful along with out waiter. Good service is hard to find and they have perfected that. This place is a place that focuses on a lot of fish so if you're a fish lover this place is for you!
