Carbone Will Debut Seafood Restaurant Carbone Riviera This Fall at the Bellagio | Eater Vegas

"Debuting November 7 in the former Picasso space at the Bellagio, this seafood restaurant will feature a dining room overlooking Bellagio’s iconic fountains and will begin taking reservations October 9. Created in partnership between MGM Resorts International and Major Food Group co-founders Mario Carbone, Jeff Zalaznick, and Rich Torrisi, the menu centers on a tableside whole-fish program—salt-baked branzino and grilled Dover sole—plus a two-pound lobster fettuccine with spicy tomato sauce and rich lobster stock, spicy lobster meatballs, and, of course, the spicy rigatoni vodka." - Rebecca Roland
