Chi Chi Vegan Review - Druid Hills - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"Chi Chi Vegan opened Atlanta’s first vegan taqueria on Moreland in 2020. Their success spawned a new, larger location in North Druid Hills, where they upgraded from a mostly grab-and-go spot to a sit-down place. Their massive, chic dining area with black, white, and pink trim has faux marble tables and leather booths, so we can eat our faux meat in style. For Tex-Mex-loving vegans who want to run wild with choices, Chi Chi is absolutely the place to be. In addition to their tasty plant-based taco options (like the falafel drenched with tzatziki sauce), there are nachos, chimichangas, and quesadillas. " - Juli Horsford

**5/6/2022 **Let me start off by saying this is a very tough review for me because I typically don’t write anything below three ⭐️ . I’m a vegan and foodie! I love patronizing at small cool places like this. The the three stars are really for the food, I want to emphasize the staff were amazing! At the time of this review this place was pick up with two kiosks when you arrive or you can order online. Again, I want to preference that the staff were extremely courteous, responsive, professional and sensitive to my concerns. I had to have my tacos remade twice, first time they were cold second time they were slopped together and missing cilantro and onions. They did get it right, and they did seem under staff - I get it with the pandemic. Let me get into this review based on everything we ordered. Our order came up to $66.02. Mexican corn - delicious on point but pricey $6 for 1 piece of corn Carne Asada Taco - dry, flavored well decent size taco $5 - the sauce I got on the side was super spicy, I like a little spice, but I couldn’t enjoy it. It came out cold so I sent back and they gave me a warm one. Fish Taco - Meh got sauce on the side dry $5 this was also served cold. I sent this back and they made a fresh one for me. Veggie Chimichanga with vegan beef -my husband said was good $16. Rice - don’t waste your money 4oz of dry hard rice for $3.50 over priced and disgusting. Beans didn’t try at the time of the review 4 Oz $3.50 over priced. Chips and Gauc - chips were not fresh and guacamole was super salty and I love salt, this was expensive for what you get 4 Oz of gauc and small bag of chips. Pico - okay nothing special Queso - spicy and salty taste like a bean base vegan cheese I would not order Mango frozen drink - our girlfriend enjoyed but it was $9 for 12 Oz or so the drink very beautifully presented and described as delicious. I’d honestly like to think that this place was having a bad day, but for all the issues I had I’m left to think that was the not the case. I hope others have a much different experience than I did, I’m not sure I would give them another try. To the owners: I understand I’m a small business owner, so please know I empathize with you, but I hope my review along with others will help you think about improvements. I would recommend higher quality food for the price, served hot, list portions for the rice and bean (there is a photo but it’s hard to gage size). Please mention that the spice part for your sauces and cheese because it was more than mild. I hope this review is helpful, and encourage any reviewer to try for yourself, you may love it (especially if you read this review a year later).

Google
Cute little place, I had a hard time choosing which tacos so I got the fried fish, mushrooms and falafel tacos. Next time I'll get the mango drink with chamoy and chili lime! The tacos were delicious but my only issue was the mushroom one had so much chipotle crema on it I couldn't finish it my mouth was on fire and it was on fire for like 10 min after LOL that falafel taco was HEAVEN. Next time I'll get the fried green tomato one. Everyone there was so pleasant I will definitely return! The parking is in the back but it is limited.

I'm a vegan and love trying new vegan spots wherever I go. Found this place on Google maps. Went for dinner on a weekend. We ordered tacos, guac and chips and tostada salad. The tacos were good and delicious with good portions, very filling. The guac was fresh, the tostada salad was interesting, very flavorful with beans and rice at the bottom, the crispy tostada was delicious as it is. Great Spot for Vegans.

Google
My experience here was exceptional because as soon I walked in I was greeted and offer help with the menu. She made recommendations and explained everything. All of the food is vegan which is amazing and have quantity taste. It’s freshly made as ordered and doesn’t take long to finish. The place is clean and neat along social distancing enforcement. The vibe is good as well, I wish they offer regular water to drink only because I’m not a soda person. That’s the only thing should change, it’s my official spot for vegan and everyone should try it.

Google
I ordered the vegan steak tacos(carne asada). Also vegan Mexican corn. They were so good and had the same authentic taste of Mexican tacos. It was feelings and delicious. The food is big on flavor and the service was fast. I will be back again with more of my vegan friends

Google
First time eating vegan and I was not disappointed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Pleasant atmosphere and the food was awesome! I had the fried green tomato tacos and the Mexican street corn along with some Peace Tea. I was very satisfied and will be a repeat customer.

Google
*UPDATE* Excellent service! Great atmosphere! I forgot to make the accommodations to one of my tacos, nevertheless, I took off what I couldn't eat and enjoyed the rest❤️ So I have to honestly say that I never hear of this spot until Tabitha Brown's video this morning. When I search for vegan restaurants this one never came up. So I had the Fried Green Tomato and Mushroom Taco. They both were good, my most favorite hands-down was the Fried Green Tomato Taco. I WILL be back!!!

Yelp
No complaints about the taste. Food is delicious, free parking, plenty of seating inside and out, plus quick service. The only drawback is the portion size! I came a few years ago and the portions were much bigger. We paid almost $70 for what seems like a kid sized meal. I overheard some other customers clamoring about removed menu favorites as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Very cute space! Not that much seating but if it's just you an another person it's perfect. The fish tacos were amazing and was really what boosted the review alongside the mangonada. The nachos were pretty mid. When food is just veggies it's important the flavor is there and honestly it just wasn't there. The peach chimichanga also was bland and needed more brown sugar or cinnamon. We also tried the "queso" which wasn't close to queso at all it was closer to a gravy in flavor and texture. It wasn't terrible but definitely wasn't queso. Overall would definitely got back for the tacos and mangonada.
google avatar

Erica K.

Yelp
The food and the ambiance are top tier. I wish more people would try this spot out. The tacos are a little expensive they could be a dollar cheaper but it's all very good. I would recommend the carne asada tacos or quesadillas the corn and a beverage.
google avatar

Danielle L.

Yelp
I'm not vegan but these tacos were definitely a hit! I had a Chik'in quesadilla and the mangonada drink. The quesadilla was delicious and if I hadn't already known it was vegan, I wouldn't have known the difference! The mangonada was a bit thick but also delicious. The street corn was great as well. The service was good, as the employees were attentive and helped me pick out what dishes to buy. The portions are a little small and so is the restaurant. But overall, a great restaurant.
google avatar

Enna J.

Yelp
The only complaint is the seating. It's a very narrow and small establishment. You have to order at a kiosk that is situated directly next to the seats that can't be moved. That all being said parking is free (in the back of the building) and the food is delicious. Probably the BEST vegan tacos I've ever had. The street corn was just ok.
google avatar

Brittany M.

Yelp
A friend of mine suggested we try here. We both got 3 tacos a piece. I had the Carne asada, chik'n, and black bean tacos. All flavorful. I'm not even Vegan but it was definitely something I'd partake of again! I only wish parking was a little better. They have a small tight lot and some street parking. I'd still come back
google avatar

Brionna R.

Yelp
Great service and great food. I would not get the mushroom asada taco again simply because it was drenched in some liquid that made the texture odd. The 'fish' taco was incredible and the chip and guacamole was great! Although the peach chimichanga was tasty, the peach to tortilla ration was little much for me. Although I did not get photos of the restaurant, it was beautiful!! I went to the new North Druid Hills spot and the amount of natural lighting was refreshing and the music was great.

Yelp
My partner took me to this spot this past Saturday. The establishment was small but intimate. Upon walking in, we ordered our food on the flat screens. Our order was placed as to go order but as we sat down , we had the opportunity to speak with others who were dinning in. My food was excellent. It was sooooo delicious and was everything that I needed. I'm not from Atlanta but when I return this will be my go to spot. Can't wait to try more on their menu. Please stop by and try a taco. Even if your not vegan you would enjoy.
google avatar

Yelp
Chi Chi Vegan never disappoints me! Their mushrooms asada taco is my favorite thing on the menu. It is bursting with flavor and texture. The service is always good too, especially considering that it is mostly self-serve. The ambiance is comforting even though the place is small. They are a must try!

Yelp
Black-Owned Business My Niece put me on Chi Chi & she will always be my favorite Niece for that...the BEST Street Tacos I have tried. I brought my Brother who's an avid Taco (meat) eater to share in my first experience here. We both were overly satisfied with not just the Vegan aspect, yet the culinary creativity each Taco possesses. Other menu items include Nachos, Chimichangas & Quesadillas. We got two of every Taco: Al Pastor Pineapple, Baja Fish, Carne Asada & Crispy Avocado...with the Baja Fish & Al Pastor being my favorite two. To my surprise, a former 300lb All-Pro Offensive Tackle could & would not stop raving about how the texture & taste was on point. & we know Street Tacos due to our West Coast upbringing. Six Tacos, Chips/Guac/Salsa, bottled water/Jarrito's & a Mango Sorbet was $60...I'm still eating my leftovers. This charming, quaint, natural light & plants filled environment is relaxing & refreshing. The sole Unisex Restroom is extremely tidy as with the entire eatery, the C-19 precautions are still present. They offer a Rewards Program & community events such as their upcoming Brunch in the Park (ing) Lot, an interactive plant-based event offering free Food, Drink, Swag, Games & live Music...sold out. Parking is available on the street with a few spaces in the back & a mini sidewalk patio with a table & a couple of stools. Customer Service is 100%, the food is worth every penny & most enjoyable in trying a new place with the ones you love. Mercedes your customer service was simply phenomenal.

Yelp
I ordered the chimichanga and my friend ordered the nachos (to go). The chimichanga was very bland, no flavoring/seasoning. There wasn't any fajitas filling, no veggies, it was just rice and beans without any flavor. The pico was not my preference, it was very chunky without flavor again and the did not provide enough for the huge portion. Cheese sauce was probably the best thing about this order. The nachos were better than the chimi but not the best imo. I will give this place one more shot with ordering their tacos instead. Quick note: they no longer sell topo chico or Jarritos sodas.
google avatar

Shadai L.

Yelp
This taco place was greaaaaaaaaat I ordered 3 tacos ( Pollo and Pineapple, Falafel Taco , and the Fried Green Tomato taco ) and they all had their unique twist and flavor. My favorite would be what the waitress had recommended which was the falafel.. Um Um GOOD. I also ordered the Mango Sorbet which was sweet with a hint of spice but it really worked and tasted great. Great place.
google avatar

Sheena G.

Yelp
Cute little taco spot!! I stumbled upon this and I am so glad I did. So many options and friendly service. The prices are reasonable for what it is and everything is perfectly prepared and definitely worth it! I had the chimichanga with vegan steak and was satisfied. A tad on the salty side (the "meat") but so delicious! I can't wait to go back and share this experience with a friend
google avatar

Yelp
Good vegan bites. Good place for vegan food. It wasn't great but I would definitely return. I ordered quite a bit of food and enjoyed them all. Their house salsa complimented the dishes well. The only reason they do not have 5-stars is because: 1. I think the pineapples should be diced smaller so you can appreciate their flavor more and make it easier to eat them and 2. Their drinks options are super high in sugar except the water. If they could add healthier drink options that would be great! *pics included
google avatar

Lina B.

Yelp
Insaaaane vegan tacos. I could eat here every day!! Especially the Carne asadas. Sad the other location closed
google avatar

Erika H.

Yelp
I only have tried this place one time and their food did not disappoint! Really good veggie chimichanga!
google avatar

Yelp
Visited the new Druid Hills location. I ordered the crunch wrap. WELP that was the best decision I made all week. It was sooooo good. It was heavy, flavorful and just overall great. I will definitely be back just for that. I would not recommend getting it to go if you are here for the actual crunch. The juices will soften the crunchy part. It was so good i'm not even exaggerating. Whew. Okay.
google avatar

Juliet S.

Yelp
Really cute place off Moreland. Limited seated but if you come on a weekday, there's space. The food was yummy but I found the prices to be a bit high. For example, my bean burrito was 16 dollars.
google avatar

Alex M.

Yelp
First time visiting spot and it was amazing! I tried Vegan Chicken Taco and Vegan Shrimp Taco, both were good but the Vegan Chicken w/ pineapples were the BEST! Small location but ambiance was nice!

Anona W.

Yelp
Love! Had a crunch wrap, puffy tacos, chips and guac. One of the best vegan spots I've tried.
google avatar

Yelp
I wanted to love this spot so bad. I try my best to support everything Vegan in ATL, but this place is dropping the ball in so many areas! First of all it is waaay overpriced for what you get. Spent around $45 for 2 and still left hungry. I ordered 2 Pastor Chickn Tacos, the Chimichanga and some chips and guac. The guac was actually amazing, but its $6 for a tiny container of it w/ chips. Their meat substitutes are soy based which i am not a fan of at all. The Chickn tasted artificial and there was barely any in the Taco. The Taco shell itself was really good though but after eating a $5 Taco I was higly disappointed with it's size and what was in it. The $16 Chimichanga is the straw that finally broke the camels back. It was just a shell fried with about 70% rice, 25% beans, and 5% veggies With some vegan "cheese sauce" on top. The sauce tasted nothing like cheese but it was actually good. SIXTEEN DOLLARS for a fried shell with rice and beans and no meat? Its an additional $3 to add the soy meat. It makes no sense why everything is so expensive. You can go to a Mexican restaurant and get the same exact food, minus the soy meat and cheese sauce, for way less. Customer service was good, the chef (dont think he knew he was doing it) was staring everyone down (including us) as they were walking in. That's a little awkward but again it was probably innocent. I will maybe give it a try again if some things are adjusted but I have absolutely no desire to eat there again. As I wrote earlier, I really wanted to love this place. However.... To be fair When I went to the coffee shop next door to get a snack after being still hungry, the lady gave rave reviews about that place. Maybe it's different strokes for different folks. If you don't mind the ridiculous prices, Give it a shot and see if you like it.

James G.

Yelp
This is the second time i tried this place and it's just not my speed. Service is slow. Customer Service is blah. Food is just ok. Recently i ordered the chimichanga (rice and beans). The chimichanga literally was 90% rice and barely 10% beans. So yea, i won't be going back.
google avatar

Yelp
Chi Chi Vegan Taco Shop is so cute! I grabbed brunch with a friend this Saturday at Chi Chi and had a great experience! The interior of Chi Chi is adorable and (as a meat eater) I was really satisfied with my meal. I ordered the chorizo tacos and the waffle. The tacos had a great flavor and the ingredients used were fresh and appetizing. The waffle was delicious and very cinnamon-y - perfectly sweet. I do wish my waffle was a little crispier but the flavor made up for it. My friend got the Mexican hot chocolate which was bomb as well. I would recommend Chi Chi to ALL my friends (meat eaters included). I can't wait until my next visit! Chi Chi serves brunch from 9-12 am every Saturday.
google avatar

Parnika B.

Yelp
Beautiful, cute little place. Unfortunately, we could not dine-in. We ordered vegan tacos, mexican corn, and chimichanga. The mexican corn was fresh, hot, and delicious. Perfect amount of spice and cheese. The mushroom vegan tacos were good but the onion chunks were huge and so had to separate them manually to avoid the overpowering onion taste. Chimichanga was great, it just took a lot of time to cool down! Everything was freshly prepared and the ingredients were delicious.
google avatar

Emily C.

Yelp
Incredible!! Cannot wait to go back. I have missed eating at taco trucks since going vegetarian and this really reminded me of that. I got tacos al pastor and carne asada--both were delicious and I joined the clean plate club. My boyfriend had the quesadilla and said it was delicious but the cream was better with the tacos than it was with the quesadilla. Can't wait to go back to try the other tacos and the street corn! Staff was friendly and attentive and the restrooms were very clean and well-stocked. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Ilana W.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious food. I had the fish taco and the mushroom asada taco. Both bursting with flavor. My friend had the chimichanga and it was so good I finished his dish when he got full. Highly recommended. The servers are super sweet and the locale is great.
google avatar

Alessandra V.

Yelp
i love trying vegan places so of course had to come here. it was good i just dont think i would come back. its nothing really special and some stuff wasnt good at all. i reccomend getting the quesadilla over the tacos. a lot of my taco bites were super dry and needed some sauce. the chips were horrendous so salty i barely ate them. the queso was not for me it tasted like gross mushed beans. i even heard someone working say that the queso didnt look right haha. the flavor combos were good though and we sat inside which was nice and empty. they said they only have bottled water no tap so come prepared if you want to dine in. also was sad they didnt have the oreo cheesecake when i went.
google avatar

Vicente F.

Yelp
Before I say anything else or I forget, GET THE CORN, it's worth the trip no on its own. You know how sometimes you feel like you just may of not ordered the right thing to fully understand what the restaurant is doing well? That's how you will feel if you don't get the corn!!! The other killer item they had that will prob not make it to your lips while ordering, lucky you because now you know, is the falafel taco!!!! Generally I would say "who goes to a taco spot and orders a falafel? A person who wants to have a crappy falafel and taco that's who." But I would be terribly wrong. These are some of not the most tasty falafel balls in the ATL. I also really enjoyed the mushroom taco packed with flavor. My one request for anyone that has the power to make a menu change is add a corn tortilla option. It's automatically gluten free and some of the tacos would have benefitted from the mild sweetness provided by a corn tortilla.
google avatar

Kendall R.

Yelp
Awesome food but no where to sit & long wait. Was super excited to go here based on photos of the environment but all those seats were gone. Also we asked for our drinks early but they said no. After a long flight that was pretty disappointing since both drinks were bottled drinks. Full wait time was 24 minutes. Still great food.
google avatar

Azlenna C.

Yelp
The shop was super cute , and the tacos where cute too! i got 2 steak and 1 chicken taco with a side of corn . The corn was the best dish. The tacos tasted really good for the first two bites ! The meat on the steak was very mushy, but the steak tasted better than the chicken! I'm giving 3 stars for the cleanliness/presentation and the taste of the corn !
google avatar

Lauren E.

Yelp
Chi Chi Vegan is cute and that's about it. Your going get better food at chipotle or cooking at home. Bland Bland Bland is the best description. I had the shrimp taco which was hard and rubbery. Al Pastor and Fried Green Tomatoes taco. I might order the fried green tomato taco again. It took the food way to long to come out. We also order the Mexican Street Corn which tasted liked they marinated it lime. The Chimichanga was literally white rice black beans and red bell peppers stuffed in a tortilla. No one crumb of flavor. Then the tortilla was doughy. The chimichanga came with a side of queso which didn't not slightly mimic the taste of queso. The food and experience was subpar. If I'm paying $5 for a taco I expect it to taste worth something. A lot of effort went into the decor and not the food
google avatar

Dee C.

Yelp
Love! Love! this spot!!! Well my husband is vegan, I'm vegetarian and the kids still eat chicken. Let me tell you that the entire family enjoyed their food from Chi Chi Vegan. Last week we went back again to try the nachos and they weee delicious, this was our 3rd time visiting. We got them with everything on them and the vegan chicken. What I love was the presentation we got the food togo and the vegan cheese was placed on the side in a container I truly appreciated that because when we got to the house we were able to reheat the cheese and boom!!! They were gone
google avatar

Amina A.

Yelp
Great tasting food, clean friendly atmosphere with like minded people, good service, love the nacho cheese deep.. this was a fave of mine, and I can't wait to come back to try more. I will become a regular lol. I love they have GF & SF options too. Thank you for providing vegan friendly & allergen friendly restaurants like yours.
google avatar

Yelp
(date of visit was 8/6/2021) I ordered here and took the food to eat at home because of the small space and COVID. A 20-minute drive later and it was still delicious. Maybe it wasn't as warm but I can imagine how great it would've been if I ate it right away. I am vegan and LOVED being able to have great tacos like these. I added some hot sauce to my tacos to top it off. One star off because of the price. Each taco was 5$. I'd probably still do it again though since it's one of the few true vegan places I've found in Atlanta.
google avatar

Lia R.

Yelp
This place is sad. Attitudes left and right. Food is wet and soggy. I cannoooooot. I tried to support, I can't do it. I just paid $80 to throw everything in the trash...$80.
google avatar

Camille B.

Yelp
Super cute restaurant but the atmosphere is about it. Everything we got was lacking flavor and felt unfinished. The nachos were very expensive and were very hard to eat. The cheese sauce is so thin (and did not taste cheese) and all the toppings were dry so it didn't have any if the melted cheese with toppings feel of nachos. Tacos were also lacking in any seasoning, which is really the key to vegan cooking. The elote had an overdone steamed corn cob instead of grilled so it was pretty unappetizing. It's a bummer because the venue is so cute - definitely instagram worthy -but just not great food at a really high price.
google avatar

Lavinna K.

Yelp
We came here for the Brunch in the Park(ing) Lot community event. I had no idea this spot was here and I can't wait to return during normal business hours. The "chickn" and waffles were delicious. Both my son and mother in Love, who are not vegan loved it. There was a breakfast taco that was pretty good also. My husband really liked it. We got to meet Chris before we left and she was lovely. We will definitely be supporting this business.
google avatar

Morgan C.

Yelp
I haven't even eaten the food yet, but felt the need to review this business. For starters, they made us order to go even though this dining room was open, claiming it was because they closed in an hour (a whole hour! It's not like it's an elegant elaborate restaurant. It's fast food). We ordered at 7:10 and she said they stopped indoor dining at 7. Seriously!? No where on their site does it say that the dining area closed early. This would be a great detail to note so that people can plan accordingly. She also did not say this until after I paid for my order. This would have drastically changed my order had I known I would need to cart it 20 minutes home to eat. She was very cold not sympathetic at all to the tremendous inconvenience they caused. She did not make eye contact at all, not once. Then proceeded to ask us to wait for outside. I understand social distancing, but there was only one table with customers. And another customer went inside and just sat down to wait for their order and the employee said nothing to him. Very disappointing to be excited to try an awesome looking vegan spot, and have such an awful experience. I don't think it will even matter if the food is good. The business is nasty. PS our food took way longer to prepare than quoted too.
google avatar

Julie K.

Yelp
Y'all this is by far one of the best tacos in town, and the fact that it's vegan is crazy because it doesn't even taste vegan and my meat-obsessed husband even loves it! Literally have had everything on the menu and you can't go wrong. And the drinks they have - the mangonada I believe - will make you feel like you're well, not right off of Boulevard. The prices are a little expensive (I assume that's bc of all the plant-based la-dee-da), and it def takes a bit to get your order, so call in your order ahead or be ready to wait a bit. But for someone who's as impatient as they come, it's worth the wait. Also it's outside is all millennial pink, so you OTPers can come get your insta pics here, and pretend you're outside Paul Smith in LA.
google avatar

D B.

Yelp
Super cute atmosphere and the vibe was exactly what I needed! I would've given five stars had they had soy free options but I was left with only queso and cheesecake as my only options. Both were worth eating again! Bonus points for the queso and dessert being made in house.
google avatar

Ashley H.

Yelp
I was really excited about trying this spot. I ordered the mangonanda and the epic nachos online. My nachos did NOT have guacamole!! Ugh!! So upset. For the price I paid ($28 for two items AND gratuity), I would like all the ingredients advertised. Especially since the guacamole is on the menu for $6. Such a disappointment. The nachos were just okay. The mangonanda has a kick and a unique flavor. Nothing I necessarily need again. In terms of accessibility, it was pretty simple to park on the street and pick up my order. If you are eating inside or plan to order at the restaurant, I believe there is parking in the back.

Yelp
Everything about my experience eating here was great. The staff here was extremely friendly, and when I didn't know what to order, they were super kind and helpful with recommendations. I got 3 tacos, and they have got to be some of the best tacos I have ever had. No kidding. I'd definitely eat here again if I'm in the area.

Yelp
I've always wanted to try this place when I seen it on Instagram. I'm not vegan but I do try to make better eating choices. Anyways , I came here with my bf who has been vegan for 8 years and we both though the tacos were very lackluster and bland. The vegan Carne Asada had a bad after taste and they were out of a lot of things at only 2 PM like guac. Overall I wouldn't return or tell anyone to visit.

Yelp
Great food. Get the veggie chimichanga. Great food. Get the veggie chimichanga Great food. Get the veggie chimichanga (Theres a character minimum on here that incentivizes over-expounding and fluffery and km not playing the game lol)

Yelp
Super cute hidden vegan taco shop! Excellent flavor, but slightly overpriced. Limited/short menu, but each item looked very enticing and it was hard to choose. Very friendly staff!

Yelp
This place has good food, but rude staff. We came here on cinco de mayo and the owner working the counter was just rude. The menu online didn't match the menu in store. The menu in store didn't match the menu on the kiosk. Then, she got an attitude when I had to show her that the three didn't align. Would not recommend.

Yelp
We flew in from out of state and made this our dinner stop on the way to our vacation in the mountains. There was no sitting inside allowed in fall 2022, but there are 2 tables outside. We ordered on the tablets and waited outside for our food to get ready. It's a small operation so you do wait a bit for the food. But it's worth the wait!! While waiting we used the restroom(just one), and then chatted with others waiting as well. We weren't the only one from out of town who made the trek to eat here!! Of course the rain started coming down and we ended up eating in the car. We enoyed everything we ate. The mango shake with chili's was simply fantastic. I still think about that drink. We got a variety of tacos and all were excellent. The mushroom, baja fish, and fried green tomato tacos were good, but the star is the vegan carne asada tacos. Absolutely amazing flavor! If we are ever in the area again this is a top pick for a great meal.

Yelp
I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for months. I get excited to see a new vegan restaurant in town. I'm so glad this one did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I tried one of each of their tacos and the nachos. They did not disappoint!!! The tacos were delicious, my personal favorite was the Philly cheese steak. The nachos was also delicious and large enough to share with my daughter. My daughter who is not vegan loved the food and added it to her new favs. I also brought tacos home for my non vegan husband and he loved them. I will definitely be back and add this restaurant to one of my new favorites. Oh how can I forget the delicious frozen drink. I can't remember what it's called but what a treat. I felt like I was laying on the beach in the islands with every sip Excellent work Chi Chi thank you for being in Atlanta

Yelp
This spot is right off Moreland so you could miss it but once you pull up to it, it's it's own character, a very adorable spot with great street tacos %100 vegan and a array of other food item as well. Their mangonadas look amazing too, but they were out the day I went. Oh well next time!
