"Vegan taqueria Chi Chi Vegan Taco Shop opens Saturday, September 5, at the renovated 1 Moreland Avenue complex, according to a post on Instagram. The restaurant, owned by chef Chris Hodge, serves tacos, nachos, burritos, and rice bowls free of dairy, eggs, and, of course, meat. Atlanta magazine reports the counter-service restaurant features a 20-seat dining room with the option to order food for takeout or delivery. For now, Chi Chi opens for lunch and dinner only.
