The 15 Best Filipino Restaurants In SF - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"The Sizzling Sisig sautéed in a citrusy “special sauce” and topped with a barely fried egg is why you’re at this Daly City restaurant. It pairs best with a quartet of the cigar-sized lumpiang shanghai. And whatever you do, save room for dessert: the crunchy silvanas with a creamy center come from House of Silvanas just a couple of doors down—swing by after you’re done to find more flavors. Our favorite is the buko-pandan." - gabi moskowitz, julia chen 1, patrick wong

The 17 Best Restaurants In Daly City - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"One of the best parts of Daly City is its vast array of Filipino restaurants, and the excellent renditions of the classics at Chibog, a low-key, comfortable place, adorned with posters of ’80s movies and old boxing matches, stand out in the crowd. The sizzling sisig is the must-order dish—crispy, citrusy, and packed with flavor—but the lumpiang Shanghai (fried pork spring rolls) deserve just as much attention. And save room for dessert, because the colorful silvanas (a Filipino cashew-based macaron-buttercream cookie sandwich), sourced from House of Silvanas two doors down, are unmatched." - gabi moskowitz, patrick wong

The 8 Best Filipino Restaurants in Daly City, South San Francisco, and Colma | Eater SF

"This casual local favorite serves some good Filipino comfort food like lechon kawali (fried pork belly), bangus (milkfish), sisig (a sizzling meat dish), and pancit (stir-fried rice noodles). The menu is full of classic dishes done reliably well, including a great version of short rib sinigang, a savory and sour soup flavored with tamarind — a wonderful dish to share on a cold day." - Elaine Wu

Anytime we are in the area we make it a point to have lunch here. It's all about the amazing food. Good size servings and fairly priced. I highly recommend 👌

Google
The sizzling sisig was filled with flavor and was very delicious. It was big enough for 2 people to share.

Google
amazing and authentic filipino restaurant with massive portions and reasonable prices, chibog satisfied all cravings. be prepared to wait for a table and put your name on the list inside. overall, would come back and bring friends to share the plates family style. laing: really tasty and flavorful. wish it was a little spicier tho. lechon kawali silog: perfectly crispy and fatty pork and the garlic rice hot the spot. don’t forget to dip it into the mang tomas chicken sisig: tasty and flavorful. a little salty ensaladang talong: refreshing and tasty halo halo: large portions and all the toppings, enjoyed

Google
Really good filipino food in the peninsula. We dined in Saturday morning right at opening. We ordered had their garlic fried rice, palabok, Lechon Kawali, Tucino, bangus sisig, calamansi juice, and ube shake. All of it was delicious. I recommend getting the palabok as it was full of flavor and something I would definitely get again. Staff is super friendly and attentive. As for parking, the lot is shard amongst other businesses in the area. While we got there at opening, maybe half an hour in, a wait started to form at the door, but I can see why :) I would come back here again if I am in the area.

Google
Everything we ordered was delicious. They served our food quickly. They did rush us out even though they have customers waiting to be seated.

Google
Service and food were so good! We got the chicken sisig and pancit canton.

Located in a.strip mall, behind a car dealer. This place has lots of free parking. Limited indoor seating with no outdoor seating. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bistek was delcious. 2nd visit: I tried their beef tapa silog, and it was good. Service was quick as always. Staff is helpful as always.

Google
My family frequents this restaurant because of their chicharon bulaklak!! It was the girst thing ordered before we sat down and another order before we left!! So good!! Service is patient and respectful and kind. The food is always amazing. My mom and Tita especially liked the tocino because it wasn't hard. I favored the porkchop inihaw. Lechon kawali is always on our table too!! We love to eat and Chibog makes all of our family favorites so accessible without having to cook them ourselves. The Filipino food is always on point here!! We spent over 150 dollars because we like to have options eating together. Otherwise it's a very affordable place for any silogs-- all under 17 dollars!!

Yelp
Came in with no wait on a Saturday afternoon and we loved the food here! Chibog is tucked away in a small Daly City plaza and is homey, mom and pop style Filipino food with attentive service. Our waiters were helpful, friendly, and quick with our drinks. We ordered the bbq chicken and pancit bihon. Ordering the chicken a la carte was great-- plenty of meat and came with a side of vinegar sauce. For $2 less you can also get it silog style with garlic rice and two eggs, but we opted for a la carte since we already ordered another carb. Pancit bihon was excellent and came with a slice of lemon for some extra acidity. Would love to come back for halo halo and some kare kare! I noticed for the halo halo you can order ube or mango ice cream and was a huge portion and lots of people were ordering the kare kare.

Yelp
Chibog is a good Filipino food place and feels very familial. The food comes in large portions and will definitely stick your bones. For me, this is the place I go if I want hearty, greasy Filipino food. Their Chicken sisig is something I could eat all day! Silogs are my go to here and definitely worth the wait if there is line to sit inside. Restaurant isn't the fanciest but has great food! They move pretty fast thru the waitlist, so you don't wait too long. You will definitely have leftovers and a full stomach when you leave. Might need a nap afterwards.

Yelp
Heard about Chibog while reading a blog post from The Infatuation of their favorite restaurants in Daly City and was excited to finally get to try it during my first visit to the area yesterday considering how big Filipino cuisine is there. At around 1-2PM there was a few people waiting out the door with the restaurant at full capacity (they had a sign that said 49 max capacity but there probably was only 15ish patrons who took up all the seating so its not really a large space. We waited around 15 minutes to get seated. The menu items can look pretty pricy, but are completely justified when you actually see them come out. The portions here aren't explicitly "family style" but definitely feel that way - seeing a few of the dishes come out made us decide to only order the one entree we had been looking forward to: the sizzling sisig + a large serving of garlic rice. For two people, even just ordering those two were more than enough - we could only finish 2/3 of the sisig and less than half of the bowl of rice. Really good bang for your buck here. The sisig was really good and met the hype. One of the best things about it was the inclusion of a hefty portion of chopped peppers which gave it a nice kick. The pork was also very meaty compared to other restaurants' sisig, which tend to be more on the cartilage-y side which can be good if you like that style of sisig. However, the one downside was that it wasn't crunchy at all - some spots will have either chicharon or some other pork crackling which provides that incredible contrast of flavor and I felt it was sorely needed here. There was a bit of crispiness and char but left a bit more to be desired. Overall a really solid choice for Filipino cuisine in Daly City and glad to have tried it!

Yelp
Service 5/5 Greeted and were seated fast and this was around 11:30am Ambiance 3/4 Typical Filipino cafe. No crazy decor. Maybe could add Filipino culture displays Food 5/5 Had the Pork Tocilog (have to pay extra for additional egg now $1.50). Portions were plenty and the food tasted perfect.

Yelp
If you're craving for some home cooked Filipino food with generous portions, look no further because this place delivers! My brothers and I came here on a Sunday morning before the rush for our Super Sunday Feast. We ordered a little bit of everything for the three of us to share, and everything was amazing and freshly made. My personal favorite is a toss-up between the Kare-Kare classic and the Lechon. Honestly, everything we had was a hit. All the dishes paired well with the big bowl of garlic rice that came with our meal. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. The staff was very welcoming to us and throughout the meal, and you can see how hype they are to serve their delicious food. Just be prepared that you may eat so much that you'll fall into a food coma like we did. There is plenty of seating inside (about 30-36 seats), but the place gets filled quickly because of its popularity. They also have a decent sized parking lot that is shared with another popular restaurant.

Yelp
This place was really good, and the food was comforting. However, it was one of the more expensive Filipino restaurants I've been to. Service was friendly and kind! I had a good time.

Yelp
Family friendly restaurant! Filipino food here is so authentic. My son loved the Sinigang with pork and rice with his lumpia Shanghai. The waiter was accommodating and attentive. My glass of water was never empty for too long. I personally enjoyed the Inihaw Liempo (pork belly) with garlic rice and spicy vinegar. The halo halo was good with the Ube ice cream, don't forget to grab a bowl so you can mix it with the jelly and shaved ice. Will come back again for the Lechon Kawali!
google avatar

Hazel L.

Yelp
Chibog is my go-to whenever I'm craving lechon kawali. I've ordered both takeout and dined in, and I definitely recommend eating there -- the lechon kawali comes out hot and crispy, way better fresh. The staff is quick and efficient, and the food usually comes out pretty fast. I've also tried their calamari (only available on weekends), lumpiang Shanghai, Filipino-style spaghetti, pork spare rib sinigang, and relyenong talong. Everything's been tasty and hits that comfort food spot. It does get pretty busy on weekends, and parking can be a bit of a headache since it's in a small plaza, so just keep that in mind. Overall, if you're in the area and craving Filipino food, Chibog is a solid choice. Nothing super fancy, but it gets the job done when that craving hits.

Yelp
If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't believe the sign, they say service animals are welcome, but I was just refused service because of my service animal. I even explained the situation respectfully to the manager, trying to do the right thing, and was still denied. I came all the way from Las Vegas, genuinely excited to try this place. To be treated like this after making that trip was beyond disappointing, it was humiliating. If you're going to post that service dogs are allowed, follow through. Otherwise, you're not only misleading people, but violating basic rights. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

Yelp
Food was fine. Pricey, but fine. Was shocked that one of the dishes fit in a medium to go container and was $24 though. The sizzling sisig needs to have a piece of foil underneath it so this doesn't happen to someone else. We dug in less than half an hour after pick up so imagine commuting and having this happen (refer to pic). It was also in a produce bag, but who wants to eat out of a bag after the box has a hole burnt through?
google avatar

Yelp
My go to for bangus sisig. Very overpriced in my opinion so I only get it once in a while. $30 for bangus sisig. A little salty today but still good. Got a side of garlic rice for $10. Service is great. Super friendly & made sure our waters were always filled. Family dynamic.

Yelp
The food was excellent, the service was courteous and polite. The ambiance was pretty relaxing.
google avatar

Yelp
The food quality was not as good as I remembered it. Definitely overpriced for small servings and taste. The meat in the pancit appeared leftover and recycled meat. Not coming back here for sure. The restroom was super filthy- looks like it hasn't been cleaned for days.

Yelp
My MIL placed a takeout order yesterday from here we got kare kare pinakbet and sinigang and a bowl of rice for under $100!! The food portions were enough for 4 people we had leftovers. Everything was hot and fresh when we picked it up 20 min later after calling. The kare kare is legit with oxtail and the pinakbet was sooooo good. Perfect amount of sour and salt for the sinigang and you can't go wrong with hot fresh white rice. This is probably my new favorite filipino restaurant in their area and will be ordering from here more. I will also try to come in person sometime. 10/10!!!!

Yelp
When we're in the SF area, we try to pitstop here. But, we've also made the trek to just eat or pick up party trays. We've introduced this place to many friends and they too, make the trek when possible. Our experience here has always been great. The food is piping hot when it arrives to our table and it's just darn tasty! Staff is friendly and attentive. We did have a delay with one of our dishes, chicken tocino. They apologized it took so long so they removed it from our bill. That was nice of them to do. The portions are generous so we have leftovers for dinner. I heard they were going to close because Mercedes is expanding. I asked our waiter if this was true. Good news! They are here to stay! They'll be renewing their contract for another 5 years. WHEW! Parking was a little tough since the church group in one of the suites was having an event.

Yelp
Came to Chibog for some Filipino food and was not disappointed. Restaurant is in a secluded strip mall with decent parking. We were quickly greeted and seated in the sparsely decorated dining room. Low key but that is fine with us. We ordered their Sizzling Sisig Combo chicken and pork, the Pork Binagoongan and a bowl of the garlic rice. First thing is the portion size is fantastic. For me you need to feel like you get your moneys worth. Food was fresh and had great flavors and seasoning. The Sisig had so much meat with onions and the fried egg on top. So good! My favorite was the Binagoongan with "chunks" of fried but soft and moist pork belly, eggplant and bell peppers. Loved this! The garlic rice "bowl" was huge!! Not crazy over the top garlic (like garlic fries) but just a hint of garlic flavor that keeps you interested. Will go back again next time

Yelp
Wooww their tapa is sooo good!! It had so much flavor and paired perfectly with the garlic rice and egg. I also really appreciated how fast and attentive the server was. They made sure we had all the sauces, water and everything we needed and they were super polite too. The inside was pretty spacious and clean. And there were plenty of parking spaces around the restaurant.

Yelp
Food is alright. Service is horrible and they automatically charge a service fee for them to sit down

Yelp
Filipino cuisine [Daly City CA] We decided to dine here while we were in the area. It wasn't too busy on a Saturday evening at peak meal time and we were seated right away. The restaurant is small and cozy. Hubby was hankering for some soup dish which is perfect comfort food especially on a rainy day. We ordered the Beef Bulalo (menu description: tender beef bone-in shanks with assorted veggies). We ordered garlic rice with it. The soup came in a huge bowl and looked appetizing. The sad part... the meat was not nearly "tender" and the bone had hardly any bone marrow in it. The veggies was baby bokchoy which was not a generous amount in the soup. The soup was tasty though and good with the rice. We ordered halo-halo with my choice of Mango ice-cream on top (not Ube) and that was delicious! Customer service was great... love the Filipino hospitality. "Chibog" in Tagalog means "eating time." One gender neutral bathroom and they need to check it often and clean it. Review #3636
google avatar

Mike L.

Yelp
Authentic Filipino food with generous portions. We ordered the sizzling sisig (combo) and kawali lechon with garlic rice. The lechon kawali had the right balance of crispy skin, tender meat, and just enough fat to keep it flavorful. The sisig was packed with flavor, with a strong vinegar taste that might not be for everyone but is great if you enjoy that classic tangy kick.
google avatar

Yelp
When it comes to Filipino food, chibog is my go-to spot. When I have friends who've never had Filipino food, this is where I go. It's solid, tasty, and big portions. Chibog has my favorite pork sisig, it's a good mix of crispy and soft pieces. The crispy short ribs, unmatched, especially with the soy sauce/vinegar sauce, chefs kiss. On my latest visit I stopped in for a quick lunch. I got the lechon kawali silog. It came with a generous serving of deep fried pork belly, hefty mound of garlic rice, and two over easy eggs. For $22 after tax and tip, it's well worth every penny. The staff here is so nice, and treats you like family. It's a smaller restaurant so there can be a wait, but during lunch time it's usually easy to snag a table. Long story short, if you are craving Filipino food, this is a spot worth checking out
google avatar

Dan B.

Yelp
A very established Filipino spot that always satisfies when I'm hankering for a teslogs, or noodles, maybe a pork dish, definitely a bbq stick or two, etc, etc, etc. Service is prompt and friendly and helpful. I overheard our waiter help the table behind me with what dishes on the menu were good introductions to the cuisine. And as for the ambiance, much like the food, it's no nonsense comfort and cozy.

Esp C.

Yelp
Very friendly. I noticed there were alot of to go orders, so i knew this place must be good. Yes the food was amazing especially the bbq chicken. I will definitely return here!
google avatar

James Y.

Yelp
I was pretty disappointed with my last visit to this place. To sum it up, it's service without a smile, and that's to put it kindly. As for the food, it really is just middle of the pack. I've had quite better tasting Filipino food around the South Bay and Easy Bay. I visited Chibog because of its feature on KQED. I was really hoping that Chibog was one of those hole in the wall hidden gems I would enjoy exploring, but I'm quite disappointed. We had the Lechon Kewali, Dinuguan, BBQ Chicken (ala carte), and the Halo Halo w/ Ube Ice Cream. Lechon Kewali was okay, but the rest felt like they missed the mark. The Lechon Kewali was comparable to other places I've visited. The Dinuguan just wasn't "rich", nor was it "chunky" with the good meaty, fatty, rich parts. It felt lacking and with too much vinegar. The BBQ Chicken was completely disappointing because of the amount of burnt-ness on the chicken, making large portions of it uneatable. This was very disappointing. The Halo Halo felt fine. It wasn't special. Small location with a small private lot for parking shared with other establishments. Chibog gets good traffic, so it gets busy--good for them. But there are other places that serve better tasting Filipino food at more affordable prices, but you may have to come to the South Bay (Pinot BBQ ATBP) or East Bay (Toppings Too) for them. I know we didn't try the Sisig, but nothing about Chibog would make us want to return even if we were in the area again.
google avatar

Isabella R.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite Filipino restaurant in the area! I've ordered from here several times and it never disappoints. Recently, my family ordered food for a family gathering - we got kare kare, bulalo, crispy pata, pancit bihon, bangus sisig, and pork sisig. Everything was SO good and I kept getting asked where the food was from! I will definitely be back! Thanks Chibog :)
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
Service was ok. The place wasn't as clean as I would have liked, but the food was generally good. A few things stood out. The lumpiang Shanghai were quite good. One of the best i have had locally, with a crunch on the outside and very moist on the inside. The sinigang was very tasty. The lechon kawali was good. The skin was crispy and the meat was moist. The only real let down was the sisig. Sisig should be the whole pig's head chopped up fine and fried crispy, served with a squeeze of lemon and an egg cracked right on the whole with a sizzling plate. In this case I could only see what looked like the lechon kawali just chopped up finely, which isn't the sisig that i understand is the original and typical. It was good, but wasn't the expectation i had.
google avatar

Lana C.

Yelp
Came here on a Wednesday evening for an early dinner; had to be early since they close at 6pm. Place is clean and spacious, nothing fancy. Service is quick and decent. Portions are large. I don't know if it was authentic or not but everything was quite yummy. The fried pork belly was crisp, juicy and meaty. The garlic rice was flaky and had just the perfect amount of garlic and seasoning. It was so good and one could eat it with nothing else and still be happy. The green beans with kalabasa had a creamy coconut sauce that was delicious. The sizzling sisig was fried perfectly. We enjoyed everything. We will be back and do recommend.
google avatar

Myphuong L.

Yelp
Wow oh wow. The best Filipino food we've ever had all at one place. We're from San Diego and sure, we've tasted good Filipino food but never all of our favorite dishes from one place. -Pancit palabok -Oxtail Kare kare -Sinigang - bangus belly -Sizzling sisig -Garlic Rice I am usually not a fan of kare kare. It's either too peanuty or too thick/runny. It's just perfect consistency and taste great here. The sisig is also crispy and not too salty. The sinigang had so much fish. Everything was delicious and food came out fast.
google avatar

D. M.

Yelp
The food was tasty but had way too many onions that I recooked because they were not fully cooked and the amount of of meat (sisig) was minimal. I was very disappointed! I have never received such a small amount of food for $24. Dear Chinog reduces the amount of onions you add to the sisig and add 1/4 th more meat. Thanks
google avatar

Andre S.

Yelp
I've been coming to Chibog for a while and the food quality has really gone downhill compared to last year. It used to taste fresh and authentic but lately it feels like they've stopped caring about consistency or quality. The meat quality is honestly garbage now... Their tapa is tough, fatty, and just poorly prepared. Filipino favorites that used to be flavorful now taste bland or overcooked. Ever since they've had those issues with being threatened to close down, it seems like they've completely stopped caring about maintaining the standards that made this place good in the first place. Really disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite spots. If you want diabetes and high blood pressure or don't give a fuck about your life, then come eat here.
google avatar

Tessa V.

Yelp
Classic and yummy Filipino food! Great silog options. Their tofu sisig is really good! Popular place so you may have to wait a little bit to be seated, but definitely worth it!

Yelp
Oh man, I was craving Filipino food and was meeting a friend over the bridge so decided to check out Chibog located in Daly City. I am Filipino so every time I go to a restaurant like this, I'm going to be critical. Upon walking in, you are hit with the aroma of Filipino food and there were so many people in the restaurant. This is always a good sign but wow it was so hot. So this is a rare occurrence in Daly City as it is mostly foggy and cool weather. Well, we happened to go during a heatwave so that's on us. Granted, the restaurant did have a huge fan going and left the doors open so that made it a bit tolerable. I was mostly craving silog which is a dish of meat, rice and egg. We ended up ordering Bangsilog (fried fish), Tosilog (sweet grilled pork) and Lechon. It did not disappoint. I definitely got my fix and I would give everything a 4/5. The Lechon was good but the skin wasn't that crispy which I was a bit disappointed in. Service was excellent as Tito (uncle in Tagalog) kept coming around with a big smile asking if we needed anything else or would fill up our waters. I am kicking myself for not ordering halo halo when he recommended it. It would have been a nice cool treat but we were so full after our yummy meal! Definitely will be back to try the sisig and halo-halo.
google avatar

Lorenzo R.

Yelp
We were pleasantly surprised! Food came out quicker than we expected. We also ordered immediately on a busy day, but it was hot and delicious! We ordered the bistek, bbq pork, and Pork Tosilog. I would recommend all of them.
google avatar

Anh T.

Yelp
This place is always filled with people no matter what time of day I go. Most recently, I ordered to-go on a Sunday evening. After 40 minutes, I was able to pick up in my order in the packed restaurant with seating for around 30. The setting of the restaurant allows for the focus to be on family and friends; there are no major decorations or fancy seating. I ordered the Fried Lumpia and Pork BBQ Silog this time. Trying the Fried Lumpia for the first time, I enjoyed the crispiness and texture of the lumpia. The silogs are always so flavorful, and I am unable to finish one in one sitting (possibly due to its grease, but delicious nonetheless). It's hard to find good Filipino food in San Francisco. When I have the craving, I have to make my way to Chibog in Daly City to satisfy it, and it truly satifies my craving every time.
google avatar

Annabelle R.

Yelp
Ordered the bistek silog and pork bbq a la carte this past Friday around dinner time. Was quoted a 20 minute wait for takeout, but it was ready in just 10 minutes. These dishes had decent portion sizes, good for 2-3 meals. Lots of flavor too, the bistek a tad salty and could have used a little more onions, but it was still quite tasty, and the pork bbq somewhat sweet and smoky, with tender meat, which I enjoyed. The restaurant interior was simple, nothing particularly inviting about it, but offering a good amount of tables and seating for a casual dine-in experience. Also, friendly service and ample parking out front.
google avatar

Randy C.

Yelp
My go to place for chicken tocino silog as most places have this version in pork. There is a wait to sit down but well worth it. The downside is that you walk out smelling like Filipino food. But that's okay.
google avatar

April L.

Yelp
The portions are pretty big here which reflects the higher pricing for similar Filipino food so it's recommended that you come with a larger party or with family. I got the beef sinigang as takeout and it came in two tall soup takeout containers. It was just OK to me. It definitely was very sour but I wished there was more meat compared to the stewed vegetable ratio. Also the beef was not as tender as we would like and it was quite chewy. If you have a stomach that gets unsettled easily, I would not recommend sinigang. We also got vegetable lumpia and it came with only four for about $11.25 so a little more expensive per lumpia than I am used to seeing. It was quite oily. Service was quick and there are a lot of seating options available if you wanted to stay and eat at the establishment.

Yelp
Hidden gem in Daly City for some authentic Filipino food It is tucked away behind the Benz dealership, so keep an eye out on the turn into the plaza! We ordered the following to share family style: -combo (pork and chicken) sizzling sisig - got a whole mound of meat and it sure came out sizzling -kare kare with extra veggies and bagoong on the side - note the bagoong is an extra charge, along with extra veggies. The oxtail was very tender and the peanut sauce wasn't overly peanut-y -bam-I- combination of vermicelli and canton noodles -garlic rice bowl - the garlic was very subtle, so it's good if you don't like strong garlic flavors -Laing - taro leaves cooked in coconut milk; I was told this was on of the few restaurants that served this so I had to try it. The taste wasn't what I was expecting, and it had a very earthy taste. I'm glad I tried it, but it wasn't my cup of tea. It is a small restaurant with plenty of seating. My friends and I went on a Wednesday during lunch and we were the first to be seated. There is plenty of parking in the plaza, so don't need to worry about that

Yelp
On our way to the airport from SF, craving Filipino food. CHIBOG came up on the search. Highly recommended. Food is so good. Quality traditional Filipino cooking. Service is super fast, staff is accommodating and friendly. Just be cautious on ordering portions are huge! Not necessarily a negative though when you're hungry

Chibog is a no thrills Ambiance which meant they were all about the food. Filipino restaurant Mecca in my opinion lol I had Longanisa Silog Plate with garlic rice. The sauge was just the right balance of sweet and savory and the garlic rice was a hole in one paired with it . The Lumpia Shangha which was Like a taquito filled with pork Goodness crispy and flavorful. The Sizzling Sisig which Was chopped tender pork with onions, bell peppers and jalapenos and various spices. It was delicious dish they didn't miss. The service was fast and responsive & the portions were massive and the prices were on point. I would definitely want to visit there again

Yelp
Came here on Sunday at 12:30pm and there was a 20- ish mins wait for my party of 4. Parking was pretty full but people came and go so it wasn't bad. Chibog is a small family run cafe and it's not the place if you're looking for nice ambiance.. ventilation was lacking but food was wonderful ! We Love the pork sizzling sisig-- it's a MUST if you dine here. We ordered both garlic rice and white rice to eat with it. It's super flavorful, savory and tangy. I could eat so much of it with rice BBQ chicken a la Carte: just like what it is-- bbq chicken! It's not a healthy option per se as the chicken breast was pretty charred. It's little too sweet to my liking. Pinakbet--- another dish I highly recommend. It's a dish made with shrimp paste and veggies like bitter melon, squash and beans. You do need some veggies after all with all these meats option on the menu right ? I'll definitely come back to try their other dishes. The server was knowledgeable and owner friendly. Good job Chibog!

Yelp
The food is a little different, the karekare should be a little creamier ., maybe more peanuts in the sauce. The bagoong was extra .,The Crispy Beef Tadyang was delicious crispy outside and tender inside. The Garlic Rice was tasty. The portions are generous. The place is older now so its a little dated. The server was informative and helpful. A lot of the places around has closed even Kamameshi will become a Korean Place

Yelp
Loved the food the few times we've ordered takeout but just went to dine in at 5:30pm on a Sunday (hours online say they close at 6pm) and were told they were closed by the multiple employees sitting around doing nothing. The door was also wide open. If they want to stop serving at an earlier time, they should probably change their hours.

Yelp
The place is small and has no ventilation. Sometimes the place can be stuffy and clothes end up smelling like food once coming out. Their sisig is my favorite and coming back from out of state this is the first thing i crave. The staff has always been welcoming and very friendly.

Yelp
Great Filipino food. We usually come for the Sisig and Kare Kare, but many of the other dishes are good. My biggest complaint is that it's on the pricey side- just those two items are $60. Minus one star for that.

Yelp
I absolutely loved their pork-chicken combo sizzling sisig, lumpia shanghai, and halo-halo topped with ube ice cream! My friend recommended this spot when I mentioned I was craving Filipino food (there's no Filipino restaurant in my area). The crew are also very accommodating and the place is very clean too. I love the music that they play, reminds me so much of my time in the Philippines. I'm so glad I stopped by before my flight back to Oklahoma.

Yelp
Do Not Waste Your Time Here! This place is filthy. One of the employees was observed licking his fingers after he delivered a meal to the customers. The same employee then went on to handle the utensils without washing his hands and wear no gloves. Our order was given to another table and was partially eaten and they tried to give it to us. Yuckkkkky!

Yelp
The food here is AMAZING. The service is great, all of the staff is very friendly and quick. It is a small restaurant so I would recommend calling ahead for parties bigger than 4-5.

Yelp
I ordered their lechon kawali with garlic rice off a delivery app and it was so good. Hefty serving for the price point, the pork is crispy yet still soft in the middle. The serving alone is good enough for two people.
