The over-the-top takeout spot started in Astoria, and now it has second location on the Lower East Side where you can grab some chopped cheese empanadas, loader tater tots with hot honey and ribeye, and a cornmeal-crusted fried chicken sandwich oozing spicy mayo and blackberry jam.
