"The dining team at FedEx Field wants fans to feel extra full for the upcoming Washington Redskins football season, with plans to serve five-pound burritos and hefty helpings of nachos topped with half-smoke sausage and chili. The NFL team’s newly announced eating and drinking options for the fall include fresh ingredients from local farms and waters. A Maryland crab grilled cheese comes with Old Bay lemon aioli, while D.C.’s iconic mumbo sauce gets slathered on the sizable barbecue chicken and waffles order. Fans can double fist drinks with featured craft beers hailing from the tri-state area (Devils Backbone, Port City, DC Brau, and RAR Brewing). The Redskins recently expanded their partnership with hospitality company Levy Restaurants to cover food and beverage across the entire 90,000-seat stadium, wiping away the days when Johnny Rockets was strategically one of the only options inside (team owner Dan Snyder sold the chain in 2013). Carnivorous options are aplenty this year. There’s a Pit Bull foot-long beef hot dog with horseradish mustard sauce and giardiniera and a “PBLT” sandwich with crispy pork belly, lettuce, tomato jam, and black pepper aioli on sourdough bread. A new cotton candy stand uses natural ingredients to whip up cookie dough and Fireball-flavored concoctions. The team didn’t have pricing information available but says season ticket holders receive concessions discounts this year, with half-priced popcorn and up to 30 percent off other fare." - Tierney Plumb

Great experience. Lots of fun. Easy access from the metro line. Felt safe. Most everyone got along and had fun with each. Big Rivalry game with Dallas. The facility just needs to be updated.

FedEx Field owes me nothing. The parking was great and easy to navigate, the facility didn't feel overwhelming like some of them can and as a Washington Football Fan it was great to come home. The bathrooms were clean and the concessions were quick and easy as well. And the seats! I've sat in many stadium seats, I enjoyed the quality of these. Definitely can't wait to do it again!

Google
We had a great time at the football game. Parking was $50 cash or $55 if you use your card for Lot 4. But once you get inside the stadium everything is on a card they DO NOT accept cash and that sucks. And they're Stella artos tallboy cans are $18

One of the more run down stadiums I’ve been through. But the game was awesome! Week 17 Dallas Cowboys are 2023 NFC East Champs!!! 🏆 #CowboysNation #EaglesSuck

ATTENDED THE 49ERS @ COMMANDERS ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2023 (Happy New Years, ya’ll!🥳🎆🎊) What an awesome way to spend New Year’s Eve! As a gift for my husband’s 🥳Birthday/Christmas🎄, he purchased tickets 🎫 to the game aforementioned above. We’ve been to FEDEX FIELD before but I never thought to review. DUH! (came here before to watch the same teams play and a Metallica concert many, many moons ago!) Anyway, like most people, you look forward to attending the event but you dread the 🅿️ drama before and after. In our case, research makes for smoooooth 😉😏sailing! While on the way my husband began searching for parking and checking the traffic. Obviously, at any sporting event you will come across major traffic🚦because patterns have been changed and roads/streets blocked off. It can be frustrating. My advice, get there 2-3 hours in advance to avoid such matters. We found 🅿️ at an old shopping center. The parking people directed us where to go based on how we were paying. For us it was contactless. Also, they they were friendly. But like most sports event 🅿️, you will pay handsomely. It was $40. But a small sacrifice! We parked about a 1/4 of a mile from stadium. Not a bad walk after a 1-1/2 hr drive. Wow, our energy was revved! The stadium is old but the excitement of watching a football game trumps the visual! Another bit of advice, if you are not tailgating be sure to consume enough beverages of choice and food b4 entering unless you want to leave your paycheck at the stadium🏟️😬. And not allowed in the stadium. Also, small clear bags is all you can bring in along with blankets for cold weather games. However, if you can manage it you can sneak in pretzels and possibly a sub😲😏😉. They don’t pat you down. All the workers from the ticket attendants to the ushers were pleasant and friendly. The bathrooms were clean but sadly the paper towel dispensers broke from excessive use. The entertainment before, during & after was great! Much to be desired to walk around and see but the marching band is awesome! Music is dope! OVERALL: NINERS GET THE W! We had a great time!!! 🏈👏🏼

Google
Our first time at the stadium! Although we were 49ers fans every one was super polite and kind. The food was amazing, and the hospitality was excellent. The atmosphere was great, very clean stadium. I definitely recommend if you have the shuttle option at one of the local hotels, go for it. It was such a great option. ❤️

Google
FedEx Field isn't as bad as everyone says it is. My only gripe was that the speakers were terrible and you couldn't hear anything other than music. But then again I may have just been in a good mood cause my 49ers owned the stadium for the day.

Google
Don't get seats past row 15 in the 200's section, its obstructed really bad. You'll see the quarterback throw the ball, then it disappears, you won't see it again until the receiver gets it or drops it. Pay the extra 50 bucks for better seats.

Yelp
I recently went to a concert at Commanders Field, and Overall, it was a great experience! Getting to the venue was easy, the parking lot was large with a lot of space (perfect for tailgates!), security was quick, and there were many drink options (including seltzers and ciders). We sat in section 324 - it sounded amazing and we had a great view! But, the womens bathroom lines were very long (definitely not enough bathrooms), leaving the parking lot at the end was a bear, and I didn't love the food (I got chicken fingers that were just fine). In all, it was an awesome show and I'll definitely go back, but there's certainly room for improvement!

Yelp
This venue was built in the 90s and they haven't done much to maintain it since. If you want to park it's $60 per car (not a typo) so taking the Metro and walking the mile to the station is your best bet. This place has okay food options but as you'd expect everything is redic overpriced ($50 for two beers and two bottles of water). The club seats were comfortable at least with cushioned seats and cup holders and the club is nice to walk through if you get hot or cold since it's indoors and climate controlled. My wife said they were running out of toilet paper in the club area after the concert which takes a special kind of talent to be that incompetent. I came here for a Kenny Chesley and Zac Brown concert and had an awesome time but this venue is subpar and needs an upgrade or replacement. I'll come back here if there's something I want to see but not the best venue.

Yelp
This is one of our go to stadiums during football season. Compare to M&T, I have to say they are about comparable. Even though M&T is newer, but certain things are not as convenient just like Fedex Field. Following are my reviews: Location- surrounded by tons of residential complex, its not the easiest to get to. Parking- even though the HWY signage tells you parking H exit 15, E exit 17, etc but once you exit all traffic have to wait in long lines to be routed to 1 exit road. Once you get to the road leading to parking, lines are marked by parking lot color and letter, if you are not familiar with how the parking is arranged, you will be doing some line changing by squeezing btw the crowded vehicles. Food & Drinks- all the typical stadium food options are covered here. Pretty good. Tons of stands and bars you can buy alcoholic drinks, they normally run $10-$12 per can. Shopping- there are on every level and 1 on each side of the stadium. Commanders' Gold and Platinum club level membership offers a lot freebies, for instance: free parking, free foods, discounted merchandise, etc. Even if you are not a club member, you will enjoy each visit here as well. It's a thumbs up from @winedinenvacay

Yelp
Been here for several football games and concerts, most recently for the Morgan Wallen concert. It was the perfect place to house this large of a crowd. The stadium was completely filled as it was a sold out concert. It was the perfect place to tailgate without feeling overly crowded in your area. I was in the party bus section with plenty of room to mingle, play games, etc. Love the modern look of the stadium from the outside but the inside needs updating, especially the chairs. They're old and worn down. Definitely not ideal for sitting for a long period of time, but luckily I stood the entire time singing/screaming my heart out. Our seats were great, we were in section 321 and had an awesome view that was close to the stage. I feel like wherever you sit in the stadium, you still have a great view of the field/stage so you really can't go wrong. Bathrooms are always clean and the lines are short. I think this is because there's multiple on each level which keeps the lines down. There were several porta potties set up throughout the parking lots. I feel like there were more than usual which was nice. Food and drinks are overpriced but that's to be expected. Not sure if the booze was doing it's job or if the popcorn was just that good but it was heavenly and had the perfect amount of butter. I finished my bucket in seconds. Already checking ticketmaster to see when I can attend my next concert here.

Yelp
I love that the parking lots are very close to the stadium the walk wasn't far at all. Great concert venue ... we were in the 400s due to getting our Beyoncé tickets 3 hours before showtime at a huge discounted resale rate ... after getting over the height freight of the steep stairs ... I enjoyed it ... the bathrooms were humid and smelled like pool bathrooms .... But clean nonetheless...food and drink pricing were the usual ridiculous rate. I would return for a concert. I've been for the redskins but this here post is for BEYONCÉ!

Yelp
This review is for the Sunday night Beyonce concert only. It was raining heavily. This was the most disorganized and lack of care event space I've ever been to. Ever! No direction, no order and seemingly no one in charge? No one communicated with ticket holders the entire night except for Beyonce who was gracious. Otherwise, dead silence. The only reason I was there was to see her. It was pouring rain and we were kept out of the stadium. We were told to return to our cars --all without explanation. I had just walked a mile to get there so I was not about to walk back. Then they let us into the concourse and were thousands and thousands of people jammed in the hot, no air circulating, wet steamy concourse. The number of humans wedged in that space had to have been illegal. An 80 year old woman (Doris) was there by herself and was feeling faint. There was nowhere for her to sit (no seats anywhere.) Someone gave her a beer keg or something to perch on while she held her head. And, it slipped from under her and she crashed on her back to the concrete. I asked someone on staff to assist her and they didn't. She literally went into the bathroom and sat on a paper towel lined toilet. I hope she's okay. Folks were falling out and ambulances were rolling away with ticket holders all-evening. Once the 8 pm show finally started at 10 pm things got better. Up until then No bueno! An all around negative experience from this venue. You couldn't pay me to ever return. Update: Just read in the WashPost that there was a shelter in place emergency due to lightening in the area. Had to read the paper the next day to know this. Thousands were outside forced to stand in the storm itself. (You can't return to your car if you caught the metro or were dropped off). Those of us inside were in an airless inferno.

Yelp
I enjoyed the game but man was it was hot!!!! This stadium is definitely poorly built and needs a dome so we can get some air pumping through there. It's literally hotter in that stadium than it is outside lolol. To make matters worse the seats are extremely uncomfortable and super small! Everyone was sweaty and tired lolol. The heat definitely kicked our butts! Please be advised that parking costs just as much as tickets lol. Anywhere from $25-$100+ so be fully prepared for that. Lots of options to eat and drink. They make sure they have plenty of people walking around to serve cold drinks as well. They gave out some pretty cool gift packs with the tickets and the half time show was decent. This is a preseason game against the Ravens so I wasn't expecting too much. I did like how they brought all their players onto the field. Looked like a war was brewing lolol. Also, get there early to tailgate. Plenty of people out there having a good time before the game. Lots of fans and food. Lol.

Yelp
My first time at FedEx Field for an NFL game: Commanders vs 49ers. Arrived an hour before the game... getting to parking was a mess, but thankfully I reserved at a lot. They were very thoughtful about putting porta-potties throughout the lots for those that had a longer walk. We were seated in the 400 section. I wish I was directed to a better way up to that section because we had to push through huge crowds. It was a beautiful day for a game, there was a helicopter flyover and Doug E. Fresh was the halftime show. The line for the Sandos was very long so we opted for the wings instead and that line was shorter, but those wings were legit!! I was thrilled to see my home team 49ers win!

Yelp
Came here for a Washington Commanders game. Super dated stadium and now I can see why the owners are potentially looking to relocate in VA and build a brand new stadium. I Ubered to the stadium, but took the Metro going back home knowing surge prices would be ridiculous. The designate drop off spot was in the middle of a parking lot, just before where everyone was tailgating. The nearest Metro is about a mile walk. Most major stadiums would have a designated station on the grounds like the Nationals stadium in Navy Yard, but instead a hoard of us have to walk past people homes, which I feel bad for every event that happens at this stadium. Typical overpriced beer, cocktails, and food. $20 for a tall can of beer and food is at least $20 for chicken tenders and fries. One of the time I got beer, the entire beer was frozen. It didn't help that I got it towards the end of the 3rd quarter, when it was last call.

Tiffany S.

Yelp
We were here to see our Bills play the Commanders and honestly this review is more for everyone there. While the stadium is old, it's not dirty or rundown. Everyone there was so friendly, even though we were the away team. The fans were so nice, the tailgating was awesome and we had the best time! The only thing was that the food/beverages were crazy expensive, but I think that's at all stadiums now!

Brian V.

Yelp
I came here as part of my quest to visit every single football stadium. I thought the facilities were clean and nice, and the people were friendly. I guess as long as you're not cheering for the opposite team lol. But this was a fun visit for sure. I will say though, I do like the stadium because of its accessibility from the public transportation. My cousin and I took a train in and had a relatively short walk to get to the stadium. It was very convenient. Especially when you consider what I have to go through to get to a sporting event in Los Angeles, ha ha. Team performance and other outside factors aside, this is definitely a fun place to watch the game and the infrastructure is there for you to visit without huge problems.

Yelp
We had an absolutely terrible experience for day two of the Beyoncé concert. I understand that no one can control the weather but the weather should not make everything fall apart. My biggest complaint is in regards to the parking. I prepaid almost $100 for parking, just for there to be no attendants in the parking lot to scan tickets and people parking for FREE. It was chaos. They made such a big deal about the type of bag you could bring in for there to be no one at the first security station to even check the bags. It was actually ridiculous. Ticketmaster emailed me and told me that someone from the stadium was reviewing parking refund requests and was supposed to reach out. I haven't heard gotten a response and this is after emailing them twice. I do not recommend anyone attend an event here.

Yelp
I had to come here to see my girl Beyonće for #TheRenaissanceWorldTour on August 6, 2023. A night to remember. Come rain or shine "The Show Must Go On"! I had an amazing time Singing and Dancing all in the rain. The food and drinks were good. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable! I had an amazing time at the home of the Washington Commanders. Rest in Peace Sean Taylor! XOXO

Yelp
This stadium was just ok. Ok... ok... Probably one of the worst I've ever been to to be honest. I was told this was the new field built about 10 years ago so I thought it would be a little newer. I think the field was only new to the football team but already existed. Getting onto the property is no problem. I really value the employees that were working outside guiding traffic and pedestrians to the stadium. That was top tier. Now, the janky parking lot attendants, different story! They were charging anywhere from $40 to $125, to park a car that you still have to pay for! I thought that was quite trashy. I must say, I did like the actual viewing space of the stadium. There is no bad seat in there. It made me wish I didn't pay as much for my tickets because clearly I could see from any seat in the house. Bathroom... the bathroom as well as the rest of the premises were clean but just outdated I mean rust everywhere. I felt like I needed a tetanus shot. Food & beverage vendors galore. Impressed w the variety offered from italian sausages and pretzels to meatless options and fried chicken. More updates to this property will get it the 5 Stars it needs from me.

Yelp
TERRIBLE VENUE FOR A CONCERT. I have never been here for a football game, but I was here on 06/24/23 for Ed Sheeran and it was a cluster. First of all, traffic was backed up on 495/95 for MILES. There are three different exits indicated to get off to go to the stadium. We followed signs for the last exit, which indicated our specific parking lot was accessible via this exit. It took easily 45 minutes to get from the merge off ramp to the physical roadway (central avenue/route 214). We noticed several cars were going up to the light and making a right towards the stadium instead of using the right merge lane. We chose to stick in the merge lane which was standstill for atleast ten minutes. Once we finally made it to the next light at the intersection of bright seat road, there was a sign that said the road did not connect to the stadium. While this isn't directly fedex fields fault as most GPSs probably directly people to go this way, at least have a sign up on the interstate telling people so the traffic jam at this intersection could be avoided. Once we finally got past this intersection, we turned right onto Garrett A Morgan Blvd which leads to the stadium. As we got closer to the stadium, there were dozens of employees with vests that said parking attendant either standing in the roadway or sitting on a guardrail. Most were useless and helped in no capacity. We finally approached the parking lot we purchased a $75 ticket on Ticketmaster. There were at least five employees standing in a circle at the entrance. I did not see a single employee checking tickets at all. We got into the lot which of course was full and we had to sit in traffic for 10 minutes to wait to get back out. As we exited the parking lot I told an employee, who directed me to the next lot. I drove to the next lot, which an employee rudely told me it was full and to try and the next one. Luckily, the one lot had plenty of parking. The overall inside of the stadium was average. There was a rotten apple core in the drink holder in front of me so I could not put my water in there. The prices are outrageous to be expected of a stadium. Most of the employees working concessions appeared to be teenagers with zero social skills and personalities of a brick wall. While leaving after the concert, staff are incompetent and tell cars to go from parking lots at the same time they tell cars on the main road to go forward. This stadium needs an extreme look at its parking procedure and employees. I know I'm not alone when I say I will never come back to this stadium for an event. Complete joke of a venue with sloppy employees just collecting a pay check and no proper training.

LeAndra M.

Yelp
I enjoy a FedExField every time I attend an event there. However, the stadium is definitely due for some upgrades to compete with some of the other stadiums. I will say the bathroom have plenty of tissue, and limited paper towels. I would recommend there being more in between cleans to address any issues in the restrooms. The food vendors were very nice and got things done very smoothly. Everyone was very helpful, and the event went off without a hitch. I would suggest getting better parking. it took us over an hour and a half to leave lot a which is positioned very well but the exit strategy is not so great. Parking is expensive but that's anywhere you go now in The so it's hard to complain about that. For anyone who does not want to drive there is a metro stop right at the stadium just a little bit of a walk, but doable for most people.

Michael F.

Yelp
I thought getting rid of dan Snyder might lead to some improvements. I was very wrong. 3 metal detectors and 3 ticket scanners at the main gate. For thousands of people. Use some of the $70 parking and $10 pretzel money to buy a few more. the parking is still awful. Takes about an hour to get from the beltway to the parking lot. US Soccer needs to have any future games in Baltimore or College Park. Much better Gameday experience.

Tanya B.

Yelp
This was my first experience attending an NFL game so I was excited to say the least! Let's start with trying to get to the stadium, of course it was traffic and parking was wild lol but we got a decent parking spot and we had to walk a little but it was ok. We knew it was going to be cold so we were prepared. This stadium is outside so it was definitely cold for us in January. I had hand warmers inside my gloves and I dressed in layers. The seats are really close I felt like we were seating on top of each other. I did have a wine that came in a small can. I didn't order any food because it was too cold and too tight to try to eat anything. I pretty much had to stand up the whole game because the ppl in front of me was standing and I couldn't see Overall it was a good game the Cowboys won and the Washington fans were hostile I'm not exaggerating I saw at least 2 fights smh just for the Cowboys to lose the very next weekend smh ‍ anyhoo for more adventures with me follow me until next time SYOY!

Becca H.

Yelp
Not a good concert venue. Came here to see Beyoncé 8.6.2023. There was a lighting strike in the area so we had to shelter under covered areas, which is understandable. What was not understandable, though, was why we had to shelter for 2 hours when the lightning was done within 30 minutes of when it started. Then the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, there were random leaks from the rain in various parts of the stadium, and the traffic to get out of the parking lot was horrendous. You would think they'd have people directing traffic out of the parking lot. Instead it was a free for all and it took us a solid 30-40 minutes to get out of that lot. It was a disaster. The show was great, but I wish it had been at M&T.

Mike R.

Yelp
Dan Snyder has destroyed a once proud franchise. Also there's a reason, other than the team, why this is the worst NFL stadium. Kind of fitting it fell apart during a game last year. Hey Danny, since you don't behave as one would expect, your hotdog, pretzel, and Pepsi being $27 is ludicrous! All know you'll get owned by a sports team for food, but this is beyond outlandish. Think the Commanders aren't very commanding. Don't drive in here. Metro is the best way. There's quite a walk to and from the station, but a lot less headaches. The WMATA has improved. Unfortunately Dan Snyder owns what's left of this franchise. Best bet is going to a real team, and have a far better experience. Until there's a new owner, will absolutely rip this stadium up here and elsewhere. Eat it Dan.

Neleh H.

Yelp
Y'all. I have never experienced a venue this disorganized & unsafe before. Let me count the ways...NO ONE was manning the metal detectors, we all walked ourselves through, kind of confused. Some staff had detector wands & waved 'em around us later but still folks were coming in w umbrellas & all sorts of large objects. There was nobody ushering! Staff told us wrong directions- one whole path was closed w no notice nor reason & folks were packing in there- after 30+ minutes of sweaty stampede-danger conditions we pushed our way out & found staff had told us the opposite of what where we should have gone. Then we all waited 2 hrs in the rain- like no one can blame venue for weather but there were no announcements nor updates & no ponchos. People were literally getting soaked to the skin. Finally the show starts & Beyonce is amazing. Then another nightmare- there's not enough time to safely get to Metro even w the 1 hour extension ( we started 2 hrs late) then there's literally thousands of people all trying to get rideshare simultaneously. After an hour of being unable to get through network of Lyft & Uber we literally negotiated through window w a random carload of people $100 cash to to take us back downtown ( by this time rideshare surge price was 5x standard rate so already a hundred bucks anyway). Fortunately our random driver & riders were not serial killers & we made it home at 2:30 am. We felt bad for the thousand people still waiting when we left, probably many running low on phone battery & maybe not able to fork out $100 for a ride. NEVER coming here again.

Yelp
The Beyonce concert was my first and last experience at the Fed Ex Field. We arrived at 5 pm for an 8 pm show so we could avoid any possible s**t show. Parking was a joke. None of the attendants knew where the Lots were. We had excellent parking passes and they would not direct us to where we were supposed to go and just told us to park anywhere. When we figured out what lot we had access to versus where we parked, we felt some annoyance to say the lease. It was extremely frustrating. The Will Call personnel seemed to have no idea how to process the Lexus employee VIP tickets/bracelets and it took 40 minutes and 3 different employees just to get our tickets. We promptly headed over to the gate we were told to go to and the tickets would not scan. Not one single employee at the gate knew how to handle this issue. We had 4 different VIP/Lexus/Renaissance bracelets to indicate we belonged there and this was the SECOND night of the tour so it's not like they didn't have these tickets the day before, but nevertheless back to Will Call we went. It took them over an hour to "reprint" our tickets which also took 5 different employees to do so. We finally got into to the Lexus VIP tent and picked up some (lousy) food and drinks and they closed the tent 10 minutes later due to the impending weather. 60,000 or so people waited nearly 2 hours in the concourse of the stadium with no air circulation and ZERO communication from employees. The vendors were yelling at people for getting too close, but there was no place to go so people were yelling at the vendors. Everyone was hot, miserable and yelling at each other. No one knew where they were supposed to go or what was going on. Ambulance carts kept trying to get through the crowds because people were collapsing. Again, zero information relayed to the customers waiting in the concourse. Finally at around 9:30 pm they started letting people head to their seats in the rain. We had AMAZING tickets right at the base of the stage. These tickets had a value of over $1000 a piece. This should have been an experience of a lifetime. However, it was pouring down rain and not one single vendor was selling ponchos. There was zero communication about when Beyonce would actually go on. By this point, the experience with Fed Ex Field was so beyond terrible. we just decided to leave We had been there for nearly 5 hours at that point waiting in the heat and the rain for Beyonce with the most incompetent workers on the planet. A few overhead announcements to keep people informed would have been useful and would have calmed people. None of the staff knew where to direct people, no one had any experience, no one knew the layout of the stadium to help direct people, the bathroom toilets were clogging up because the rain was impacting the plumbing. It was just a disgusting experience. No musician on the planet is worth conditions like that so we left before Beyonce even came on the stage. I read it was a good concert, but I will NEVER EVER EVER go back to this venue for anything. Not a concert, not a game, nothing. The staff obviously has had no training in how to take tickets much less deal with an emergency situation if one were to occur. Train your employees Fed Ex Field.

Dan W.

Yelp
Very little traffic control. No one checked my parking pass. I could have parked anywhere for free. No one working the metal detectors. Anything could have been brought in. We had to wait 30 minutes at the ticket scanner to be let in. When a few people would be let in, a huge group would rush through; it would have been possible to get in without a ticket. Security was disorganized; had no clue what was going on. While thousands of people were crammed in the concourse, employees turned off the escalators. Took 90 minutes to get out of the parking lot after the show.

Michele L.

Yelp
We came here for an Ed Sheeran concert and we really weren't sure what to expect. First of all, it started out rocky because we never were told there were passes to buy to park until a few days before, then all of these emails came through about getting parking passes at the field. Those passes were about $100. We were not going to pay that much when we could probably take the metro. We ended up finding a cash lot to park at earlier in the day, but when we came back it was hard to find and the people directing traffic (though nice enough to try and help), kept directing us to the wrong lot. We ended up driving in circles for a bit until we ended up at a different cash lot. It worked out because it was closer than the one we found. Getting in to the stadium wasn't bad at all and getting out was fairly easy. Compared to the Panthers stadium where I saw Elton John, exiting was so much less stressful. They had people directing traffic so it was a smoother exit. The concert itself was so great! Acoustics were fantastic, though the concert crew had Rosa Linn's volume too loud so it was a little hard to hear her at times. The show was absolutely amazing. If you're going to be there a few hours, I recommend bringing something to put in your seat because the seats are wildly uncomfortable. My back and tush started hurting about an hour and a half in. They don't take cash here so be sure you have your card and only clear bags that are a certain size. They were very informative sending us all the info we needed multiple times ahead of time. All in all id probably come back here for a show again, but parking was just so frustrating.

Yelp
I'm convinced the 4 and 5-star reviews for this venue are from those who were incentivized one way or another offline to give it that high of a rating. Because it does NOT deserve that high of a rating. Maybe back in 1997 but definitely not now. Go online and search for lists of the worst football stadiums in America, this one will consistently be in the top 3. USA Today ranked it as THEE worst football stadium in 2022, Sporting News also rated it as #1 worst stadium in 2020. This is the place where the railing gave way back in January 2022 sending some fans tumbling towards Jalen Hurts. It is falling apart and no facelift can save it. It should be put out of its misery and made a relic of the distant past to be forgotten. The only reason why I tarried to this pile of metal junk surrounded by parking lots and industrial buildings SOLELY for a concert. A wonderful show that I'll never forget, but no thanks to the venue itself.  Parking Trash. Don't bother buying parking in advance because the staff doesn't even check it. Just pay for parking when you get there.  Metro-Accessible My Ass Don't listen to the website that is NOT an easy walk. It is a journey of almost a mile on sidewalks through dark, suburban roads that weren't really designed for high foot traffic. Also, even though Beyonce paid for the metro to be extended, given the distance (and generally how long it takes to leave a concert venue in general) you're not going to make the last train unless if you leave when the encore starts. And even then it'll be a close call. Rideshare Don't do it. Or if you do, pack your patience because it'll take forever to get a driver and the surge pricing will rival that of Ticketmaster's gargantuan fees.  Venue I was in the 200 level and could see and feel the age of the venue, but the 400 level seats had the extra "excitement" of their section shaking while they were dancing. The bathrooms have no ventilation. Like most stadiums, the food is meh and overpriced - but that's typical and not unique to this place.  Staff Hit or miss. Mostly miss. They opened the gates late and didn't tell us why. They were inconsistent in enforcing policies - for example, some were made to go back to their cars and put away their electric fans while other electric fans breezed through. A lot of them were misinformed and misdirected folks or had them running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to simply get to their field seats. Some were snarky about answering simple questions and looked like it was a chore to talk to you.  I should have gone to a different city instead of here for the concert. And in the future, if there are any artists I want to see I'll be sure to do that over ever coming here again. I cannot wait for this colossal chunk of concrete to be demolished.

Yelp
The worse thing about FEDEX Field is that Dallas fans feel the need to wear their jerseys here unnecessarily. Like, bro we get it, but we don't play y'all for another 6 weeks. You don't see Pittsburgh fans just randomly popping up at M&T during practice events, or at season ticket events. Just Cowboy fans, and to keep it all the way a buck it really be the women...lol It's one thing to come on game day in an opposing jersey, but nothing says loser quite like being the person who felt the need to be so desperately petty. I grew up watching Washington football, and I enjoy coming here for games. The stadium is easy to navigate and it's a great place to tailgate. The teams had it's ups and a lot of downs, but the true fans stay loyal while others bounce on and off of the bandwagon. This is one of the few places in the league that doesn't turn into UFC 122 after every game. They show up, show out, and go home. Though I'm sure there will be a Dallas fan in my messages because they won't read this far, and I'll point them back to this last sentence. Petty!

Yelp
FedEx field is always a fun place to go to with the fellas or the family. The seats aren't bad seats, even if you sit up in the 400 sections. But I will say the price of going to football games are outrageous, you can go to a baseball game for a tenth of the price. The stadium itself is showing its age, but to me the location couldn't be more perfect, you can drive their from dc, md or va. You can even take the metro, but it's kind of a far walk from the metro. Unfortunately due to COVID they didn't have all the concessions when we went, but I assume by now it's probably a lot better.

Yelp
Terrible stadium. 1) staff from parking to concessions are clueless. No one knew where to direct parking. They just shrugged their shoulders. 2) concessions were totally clueless. Food is terrible and over priced. 3) before the game the men's toilets were clogged and overflowing. Won't say what it looked like. 4) trying to get out of the parking lot after the game , complete chaos. No traffic control. Sat in the parking lot over 30 mins just sitting. Impossible. 5) Would never ever purchase tickets for this stadium again. .

Yelp
We came here for a special event and to watch a Commanders/Eagles game. The venue was clean and the food was pretty good. I was surprised that the club level didn't have a lot of people in it. Maybe it's because that area needs to be beefed up a little! I think that with all of the money that Dan Snyder has--it's time to invest a little into making the fan and employee experience a better one. C'mon, Dan--it's not too late to make your legacy a little more positive!!!

Yelp
Family has had season tickets for 42 years so I went to the home opener. It was packed and fun! And best of all we won!

Yelp
First and last time here for a concert. We attended Beyoncé weekend- we lucked out getting tickets for the Saturday, 8/5/23 show that did not include rain. Beyoncé was incredible. FedEx Field is NOT. Most of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful in our experience- with the exception of a male employee that entered my wife's personal space while looking her up and down and trying to run game when we asked for some help with directions. Noooo sir. When he found out we were married he got into both our personal space and made us feel pretty uncomfortable. And mostly annoyed. Utter lack of professionalism and manners in general. Anyhow. FedEx Field is NOT set up for the amount of people that attended those concerts. We called for a Lyft just after midnight, opting for the wait and save ride option @$35. Quoted us a 25-45 minute wait, and with the size of the crowd, we figured it was worth saving the $30 increase for the standard choice. LOL. We weren't assigned a driver until around 1:40. There were literally hundreds of groups of people waiting for their ride shares still at this point. FedEx Field closed down the main entrance to the field for rideshares, and our Lyft driver refused to go around to where all of the other drivers were picking their people up. He wanted us to walk a mile and a half to where he was parked on the main entrance road. He wouldn't cancel, either. At this point the pricing had shot up to $100+ for a standard Lyft. At about 2:30, we were part of maybe 10 people left from the ENTIRE group of concert goers who had yet to be picked up. Taxi drivers had pulled in and were accepting riders at the highest bid. We lucked out with a driver who accepted CashApp and wasn't weird or predatory. Finally got back to where we were staying (25 mins away) at 3 IN THE MORNING. The concert let out at ELEVEN. Mad unacceptable. I will neverrrr come back for a show. I'd rather make a longer drive to a different venue or fly to a different city. Would highly advise against attending concerts here.

Yelp
Updating my review due to the most recent experience I had.... Spent 2+ hours trying to get to the field sitting on side roads and in horrible traffic while the "police" standing at the lights to direct traffic did little more than tell jokes and watch - at no point did they try to clear the intersections from being blocked or do anything to alleviate all the traffic backing up. We sat at one red light trying to go through and intersection .01 miles from the turn into the Orange Permit lot for 30+ minutes. Due to this, we missed kickoff. Super frustrating. When we finally did get into the parking area --- it was a madhouse and no one was checking anything for permits or anything at that point - it was all find a spot and park. When we asked for help no one knew the answers or how to point us to where we were going. Really? Don't you work here? Inside, little better... long lines for everything, max capacity, no COVID measures (should've assumed - it's NFL on Sunday, so my fault) and the food was expensive and sub-par. We couldn't find anything at all that was decent or special from this particular stadium. Sometimes they'll have a signature that is theirs and theirs alone - unless we missed it - we didn't see it! We settled for hot dogs and cold pretzels and cheese for $40. Yum. Some goods - the stadium is well-marked and the restrooms were clean.

Yelp
I attended the Beyoncé concert at FedEx Field on August 6th. The concert itself was amazing, but the venue and venue staff were horrible. -There was no crowd control, either in the parking lot or in the stadium. This was especially dangerous when the venue staff made everyone wait in the hallway due to weather conditions. -The venue staff kept scanning tickets even though there was no space for people to move. I saw four people pass out. -The venue did not provide any updates about the situation. -After the concert, there was no one to direct people or cars. I am disappointed with the way the venue handled the situation. I hope that they will take steps to improve crowd control and communication in the future.

Yelp
preseason at FED EX field with the skins almost getting beat by bengals deep bench players.

Tania M.

Yelp
I attended the Coldplay concert on 6/1/22. The FedEx Field was the best part, not only did it complete the overall concert experience, but they have the best security and guest service staff. Everyone was very friendly and you can tell they enjoy their job, especially at 11 pm on a Wednesday night. I lost my wallet in the beginning of the concert. I reported it to Guest Services without much hope to find it. Chavonne Chase wrote down my information, she called me once they found my wallet that same night, and followed up the next day to make sure I got it. I want to thank you the person who returned my wallet, the people involved who returned it to me, and particularly Chavonne for going above and beyond!

Yelp
Came here last night for the Commanders vs Giants game Parking is expensive and the stadium itself is kind of a mess. Their bathrooms aren't kept up very nicely and to leave the stadium, it's often more than 30 minutes of sitting in your car trying to get out. Workers are friendly. The stadium food is expensive and that's to be expected. $15 for chicken fingers and fries, which I honestly don't mind paying but the food was cold!!

Braydon K.

Yelp
You couldn't pay me to come back to this shithole stadium. It's pretty awful. Traffic and parking is a DISASTER. VERY small parking spaces. The stadium's configuration is bad too. It is hard to navigate around, staff is unfriendly, and the seats are very small and uncomfortable. It just felt dirty and outdated.

Yelp
Great memories from my Fedex Field visit a few years ago with my son. We are big Dolphin fans and the opener was Fins and Skins. This was my second visit. I got tickets for the October game in April for my sons birthday. It was a long time to wait, but worth it. We stayed in the area the night before and drove in early. The several mile stretch was filled with Redskin fans. A car approached us at a light asking if we had a parking pass which we did not. They had an extra VIP lot close to the doors. Once we finally got there we found great parking. A family beside us was tailgating and throwing a ball. We joined in with them and had a nice time. Once the gates opened for spectators we grabbed dogs, popcorn and drinks. The selections were great, the prices highway robbery. The staff was nice. Upon walking to our seats if paying attention you can see the deterioration. Steel beams with rust. The stadium is not new, but not that old either having been built in the late 90's. It was a beautiful warm Fall day game. The sun lit up the field which is turf. We had great seats on the 50 yard line close. We could easily see the Dolphins since we were on their side. It was exciting to see my sons smile was he watched his first NFL game. I would not be opposed to going back, but for me it was a 5 star memory, but 3 star experience. The negatives were ticket pricing, flow in and out of the stadium and concession pricing. Also as mentioned the infrastructure is showing age. 3.5 rounding down.

Yelp
I used to work security here back in the early 2000s and later, my wife and I would attend preseason games here because we don't care for the crowds but still enjoy the event itself. Plus with club level access, it was almost as much fun just walking around and hitting the little bars and eateries that inhabit that inner ring. With that said, it has been several years since we'd been so a couple weeks ago we decided to catch the last home preseason game. We noticed they have new vendors and that isn't necessarily a bad thing but half of them were either closed or cordoned off in some new members only area; that's fine but the lack of options for food and drink sorta took away from the whole experience. Not to mention the normal array of condiments weren't available and maybe its just me but it seems to have gotten more expensive, without offering anything more or better than it was before. All in all, it wasn't that enjoyable a visit and we left much earlier than we normally would have. Not to mention, the new team name is terrible- I could come up with a half dozen better options off the top of my head! Thankfully, my wife's the Washington fan, not me.

Yelp
We bought tickets for the commanders: Eagles game Oct 29, 2023. Could not find our tailgate and security told us it was a scam. When I called the next day, talked to Emma Fortune who was not helpful at all. Said she would call me back and did not. Horrible experience

Yelp
Usually I come here for tailgating or too see a particular team lose, for concerts or to workout. Its a nice stadium BUT overpriced!!!! The price for parking is highway robbery... Uber is a must!!! Do not bring any bags or purses!! They dont play!!! Food is expensive so eat at Jaspers before coming. Traffic is insane so plan ahead and have patience when its over. Concerts::this place is perfect for concerts. Their sound system is insane. I went to see Coldplay and Beyonce and no other place could do better than Fedex. All staff that I encountered were friendly and customer service oriented. My 3 stars is mostly for their outrageous prices.

Angela W.

Yelp
Attended to my first Football game (Preseason) the stadium and vendors were okay. We had great seats so no issues there. You can tell the stadium is a little outdated but it's close to me so that's a bonus!

Jon L.

Yelp
The Rolling Stones on 7/3/19. Real challenge with the traffic as to be expected. They have no advertised way for Ride Share like Uber to drop off/pick-up. It's an OK stadium for a concert as far as the sound system and sight lines go. I did like the tight security and crowd control inside the stadium.

Yelp
Coming to "FedEx Field" marks a momentous occasion. Coming here means I've visited every stadium in our Giants Division. Normally the saying is, you save the best for last, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Getting to the stadium is plagued with road filled with red light and speed camera's. So pay attention to your speed and don't blow lights. Once you finally get to the stadium they break down exits based on the color parking pass you have. It was pretty simple. Outside the stadium, you can see it's not that impressive. It's actually the least impressive out of the stadium's in our division. And inside isn't all that much better. It looks old and kind of outdated. The seats a cramped and uncomfortable. The drinks a grossly overpriced. And I feel Washington fans are the worst I've seen. Couple that with rain and a Giant defeat, you got yourself a underwhelming experience. Hopefully when they build their new stadium, they make the seats more comfortable. It's not like you go there to watch a winning franchise.....what is the teams name by the way?

Erin K.

Yelp
Went to the Commanders/Browns game and had a great time, despite the loss! The lines were not long and our seats were clean. Staff was very helpful and I didn't have any problem navigating the stadium, thanks to all of the signs! It's not the cleanest stadium I've ever been in, but it's old so expected. It was nice that they had the option to order ahead at some restaurants on Grubhub to avoid long lines.

Mark C.

Yelp
Parking is plenty is this venue. However, traffic is such a mess. Dedicate at least 2 hours to deal with traffic if you come here for a sports / concert event. If you come here for a Redskins game, please note that the visiting team fans WILL overrun the venue. This stadium is a dream location for visiting team fans as you will feel as if the Redskins are playing an away game. There are tons of food options here, however expect to pay expensive prices. Unlike the Baltimore Ravens stadium where you can bring outside food into the venue, FedEx field does not allow outside food into this venue. Also, they do have strict bag policy so plan accordingly. The stadium has tons of seats and the closer you are to the field, the better. They do have restrooms throughout the venue, but expect long lines especially for popular events. There are some water fountains hidden throughout the stadium in case you don't want to pay high pricing for drinks here. The staff here can be either hit or miss. Seems like the owner here might strictly focus on gaining revenue as pricing here is expensive. Be sure to plan according to the weather as the stadium has an open top so it's not a dome as other venues. Overall, this stadium

Kelly L.

Yelp
I've come to FedEx Field for years now, mostly for Redskins games. I like that there is ample parking at the stadium, and that it's less than a mile/about a mile from a Metro station. The tailgating is always fun, and there's always a good amount of people there. I feel like the food at FedEx Field always is hit or miss--I wish that they would take a page from the Capital One Arena's revamped arena (formerly the Verizon Center)--now THEIR food and decor is amazing! We have club level seats and season tickets, so the lounges upstairs are pretty nice. However, I feel like the plush burgundy seats that near the TVs are often kind of sticky and not as clean. I would like to see more staff monitoring to ensure that the areas are clean for the next guests. Getting out of the stadium at the same time everyone else is leaving can be a pain, so either leave before the end of 4th quarter or plan on staying back for an hour or so to avoid sitting in terrible traffic.

William V.

Yelp
Came here for a Sunday afternoon football game. This was our first time here and I didn't realize that the tickets I got were under an overhang. There are a good amount of seats that have obstructed view. We couldn't see all of the monitors on the side of the field. So it was a little hard to see everything on the big screen. There were smaller TVs near our seat but they were on a delay. Other issue was the inability to see what was going on when you left your seats. Why aren't there TVs everywhere showing the game? When you go to the bathroom there are speakers playing the game but that is it.

Yelp
Nightmare. Waste of money. Never ever again. Getting to the stadium was a nightmare with the traffic and lack of organization in the parking lot. We purchased red zone parking tickets but after waiting an hour to get into the lot we were told it was full and to park anywhere. Getting to our seats was a nightmare. This is a completely closed stadium that is very inaccessible. We walked up 4 levels of ramps to get to our seats. Getting food was a nightmare. We actually didn't get any food because the lines were not moving and to give an estimate would be an hour long wait. Fights, fights, and more fights. Unsafe and a nightmare. 100s of event staff with yellow jackets were visible but on their phones or smoking and not paying attention. I had to get the attention of security and police officers for a brawl that everyone was videotaping instead of trying to break up. It was a terrible experience, completely unsafe, and we left the game early!

Yelp
In the words of Taylor Swift," Look at what you made me do.....". You made me drive out to Fedex Field for your Reputation Concert. The concert was incredible, with fireworks, amazing music, and great dancers. Taylor Swift was fabulous! But, the stadium, not so much! Parking ran from $30-$60 and it needed to be cash. So, we opted for the $30 parking and ended up walking 1/2 mile each way. Traffic was fiasco getting to the stadium. It took over an hour to get through the traffic. The stadium is showing its age and needs some work. The people running the venue did a great job and were all pleasant. We got in quickly, got drinks, and were helped to our seats in a jiffy. Now, be prepared to pay $10-$12 for a drink and $6 for a bottle of water. Also, ladies you could only bring a purse that was between 4x6 inches. So, beware or you are hiking back that 1/2 mile to put your purse in your car. They were no joke about that. All that being said,"Would I go again?" In a heartbeat, or to end with a Taylor Swift song, "Don't blame me....". It was a night to remember!
