4.99/5 Room is really nice, as the hotel is really new. Several good things to mention: 1. Water fountain(unlimited filtered water). 2. Night light in the restroom is very comfortable, not too dim, not too bright. 3. Bathroom and restroom are separate. 4. Shampoo and body lotion are great. Service is excellent! We asked for a microwave and it was sent to our room pretty quick. One thing need to mention is, weekend and weekdays have different breakfast and lunch time. We didn’t realize it turned to weekday when we about to check out so we miss the breakfast and don’t know where to spend the given $50 credit. But many thanks to Kenny at the front desk who helped us with this, as we received a bottle of shampoo as a gift! One small thing is the blinds shutter is hard to pull up and fix. Overall, it was really a nice stay.

We arrived to the Conrad, New York downtown on Christmas Day 2024 in the evening. Check-in was smooth and they were able to combine our two separate reservations (one with cash, one with points) into the same room so we wouldn’t have to check out and then check in again. The restaurant was open under. It’s normal operating hours, which was great because it allowed us to have a stress free dinner as soon as we got there. ||We were on the sixth floor in room 626, with a Hudson River view. Let me tell you that you need a Hudson River view room. Every night we laid down in bed we left the curtains open and stared out the window with an unobstructed view of the New Jersey skyline. The shower was cavernous but a little bit dark for my preference. The water pressure from the rainfall showerhead was excellent and had an outstanding amount of water flow. This hotel is truly five stars every step of the way. Every night they provided an ice bucket and every time I went to grab a glass from the mini bar, I was able to have a cold and refreshing glass of water thanks to the in room, water filter station. This is the most underrated feature in a hotel room and it needs to be EVERYWHERE. There is nothing worse than having to ration an 8 ounce bottle of water each day or needing to go to the store to buy bottled water every night.||We ordered breakfast every single morning to the room because the quality of the food at this hotel is top notch. The blueberry pancakes and potato medley are to die for. I feel spoiled now because they take good care of you at this hotel.

This hotel is amazing. Every room is a suite that is very modern and has a lot of space. The purified water dispenser with free water bottles is a really nice touch. The shower has awesome pressure and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The atrium is very beautiful especially at Christmas. It is in a great location with nice shops and restaurants. The area is also not very crowded. It's right next to the river so you can go for a walk or run with great view of the Statue of Liberty. The only downsides is that it doesn't have an executive lounge or spa. I'd give this a 4.5 star if I could but still highly recommend staying here!

We spent my first mother's day weekend here. Since becoming a parent, the things that matter to me at a hotel changed dramatically. I guess all my reviews from now on will be based on how family friendly it is. If you're traveling with young kids (aka still using stroller), I'd highly recommend this place. The room was spacious and a crib, a fridge and a microwave -- all came upon request. We had a blast [re]visiting our neighborhood again with our newborn and I loved how accessible everything is here — the Brookfield Place and the Oculus Mall. We were also able to take a nice stroll down the westside highway to the Whitney and the Little Island. Of course, it is very quiet with calming water view which you'd appreciate it if you bring kids on the trip!

Excellent room with the good view of Hudson river. I’m impressed that they provide private water filter machine in my room with complimentary stainless water bottle which are great for environment. Love the Mojave Ghost scent amenities here. I had egg benedict as breakfast, it was tasty. Overall service was excellent.

Great stay, early check in and late check out were accommodated as a Diamond with 0 issue. Breakfast was really good with very large portions (order the fruit plate and it was basically a fruit platter). Rooms are also very large (considering this used to be an Embassy Suites) and requests for anything were quickly handled. The water dispenser in the rooms are a nice touch but the spigots could definitely use a good cleaning. Also it was a little difficult to find ice and I had to call and ask where the ice dispenser was located

We stayed at the Conrad NYC over New Years holiday. The upgraded room provided large living spaces and modern amenities that are unusual even in luxury hotels. For example, the in-room filtered water dispenser and travel bottles were greatly appreciated and saved us from buying plastic water bottles. The service was top-notch, and the expertise provided by Concierge Michael exemplary. The in-room dining for breakfast was delicious and promptly delivered. The restaurant Atrio served tasty food, although a bit over-priced in our opinion. The location of the hotel is very conveniently located for points in FiDi and within a short walk of the subway. The ferry stop across the street from the hotel offers additional travel options. We highly recommend this hotel and will return.

I am a Diamond member so I never expected to hear these dreaded words at check-in - sorry, we are sold out and do not have a room for you. However, this is exactly what happened when I arrived at the Conrad after a long day of travel. Initially, I was told that my only option was to go to a property, not nearby but all the way uptown. While I called Hilton reservations for assistance, another party checked-in without issue. Finally, after 15 minutes trying to talk with Hilton reservations, the front desk manager showed me a room where the shower had just been repaired and that had a strong smell of cleaning products. Either that or go across town. No apologies was offered or a small gesture like sending a treat to the room. I reached out by e-mail to share my experience with both the General Manager and the hotel's guest relations team and I have not heard back anything. I wish the property was still an Embassy Suites like it used to be when it opened. I am convinced I would have received much better service.

To Whom It May Concern, During a recent stay at Conrad New York, I encountered an issue when attempting to use my Diamond/Owner early check-in benefit. Unfortunately, due to a wedding, the hotel was unable to accommodate my request. While initially disappointed, I was soon assisted by the Guest Relations Manager, Mrs. Martinez, whose professionalism and kindness turned my experience around. Mrs. Martinez went above and beyond to explain the situation, offered complimentary coffee, and ensured all my questions were thoroughly addressed. Her exceptional service and dedication to making guests feel welcomed left a lasting impression. Mrs. Martinez embodies the brand's values and truly understands its clientele. She is an outstanding leader, and in my opinion, would make an exceptional General Manager. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Mrs. Martinez for her exemplary service and professionalism. I look forward to seeing her continue to excel and hopefully have the opportunity to lead her own property in the future. Thank you.

After staying at Conrad in London a couple of months ago, I had high expectations and was very let down by this hotel. We arrived around noon and chose to valet park the car and allow them to hold onto our luggage because our room was not quite ready. We were told we would receive a phone call when the room was ready so we elected to walk around the city. I had my service dog with me and by check-in time at 1500-we still had not heard anything but returned to the hotel anyway. The room still was not ready, however we were placed into a different room. Check-in was very rushed-with me just being handed my room key without explaining what was offered or where things were. (I got a tour in London with a welcome glass of wine) The room was fine, however, the water filtration kept falling off the wall and broke one of the glasses. When we went down to report it, they did offer to fix which we declined. The bed while being advertised as a King was definitely not. We have a King bed at home and this was not even close. At that time, there was a manager nearby who noticed my dog and asked if we received a bed and bowls for him, which we had not. She apologized and had them sent up to the room for us, which was really nice. The most disappointing part of the trip came when it was time to check out. We went on a morning walk and got back to the hotel a little before 1100. I spoke to the valet and let them know that we wanted to leave at noon, and asked to have the car here as well as to have someone come up and assist with our luggage. I told them it could be anytime between then and noon, as we were already packed. At 1215 we went downstairs and saw our car was there, however, nobody had come up to help us with our luggage. I informed them of this and received no apologies. In comparing London to New York, there is no way I would ever believe this was a 5-star hotel as that is not how we were treated. The staff in London was very attentive, asked why we were visiting, and made sure they went above and beyond to help us celebrate and enjoy our trip. I did expect the same in New York, especially with it being my birthday weekend and I was sadly disappointed. For $600 a night or 90,000 points; I could have stayed somewhere else.

It doesn't look all that big from the outside but the service is friendly and the rooms are really nice. I got room service for breakfast and recommend the pancakes.

I was in New York for the Fast Company Innovation Festival and this was the perfect spot to stay nearby. I was really impressed from check in on during my five night stay. Not only was staff friendly and helpful at check in, the continued to be for the remainder of my stay. The door man walked me out to an Uber several times with an umbrella when it was sprinkling, which was such a kind touch. I ate at the lobby bar one night and my food was delicious, although very pricey. The bartender/server was absolutely slammed with a crush of patrons but was still so warm and personable. I think that's really special and honestly pretty rare. My room had a view of the Hudson River, which was beautiful especially at dusk. My favorite part about the room other than the view was the water refill station that was built into the wall. I'm big on staying hydrated, so I took full advantage of having this awesome refill station. They even provided a refillable container. Such a helpful and classy addition to my experience rather than just having a few plastic bottles of water waiting. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again!

Had the opportunity to attend a live Witality experience! The experience was absolutely incredible. The event was sold out, highly recommend this event if you are interested in breath work.

Everything with well. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious. The sofa bed very comfortable. The restaurant's food tastes outstanding. The presentation is top tier as well as the taste. Everything was fresh and delightful. Will definitely return with God's blessing!

My boyfriend and I stayed here one night so we could be closer to Chinatown for lunar new year and it was a wonderful experience. Our room was very spacious and we were very impressed by how many amenities were in our room. There was an original Nespresso machine with pods, and a water filter station to refill our water bottles. In addition to the water filter in the room, other green initiatives the hotel has taken is normal sized shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower instead of lots of little sample sized ones. It was also a nice quality shampoo and conditioner too, which is usually not the case for hotel toiletries. All of the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. We also really enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel's restaurant the morning we checked out. This is an excellent place to stay in Battery Park.

My friends and I had a good stay at the Conrad Hotel. We were a group of four that came for Labor Day weekend. We stayed in room 1137 which had a king bed and a queen pull out couch. It was a pretty big suite. We appreciated that we were able to close frosted dividers between rooms, however it would've been nicer if they were solid for light that spilled through them. Our biggest complaint was the bathroom situation. The toilet had a frosted door that didn't latch so you could hear everything. For a big group it was a bit awkward to use the toilet. It also had a frosted glass that bled into the room with the queen sofa bed, so if you were asleep in that room, the light from the bathroom would wake you up. I did appreciate that they had two sinks. One in the toilet space and one outside of it. The shower was separate and had a rain feature and handheld feature. It took me a long time to figure out how the temperature worked on the shower. For that room the top shower handle turns on the rain showerhead, the middle shower handle turns on the hand held shower head, and the bottom shower handle has temperature numbers on it. To make it hotter, you'll want to follow the arrows with the bigger numbers and vise versa for colder. The hotel was fully booked for Labor Day Weekend and they were a bit short staffed. On our first night there, they had to send someone to give us bedding for the sofa couch. It took over 30 minutes and it was already past 1am. This was no one's fault and the gentleman who brought it for us, although stressed, was very kind. I was sharing the bed with a friend so wanted my own sheet and blanket, this was really hard to get. It felt like they didn't want to give me the extra sheet. The next day, even after I turned on the privacy button, they took my sheet.. It felt very hard to keep the extra sheet I wanted. The sofa bed was comfy. I was grateful that it was firm and there were no springs poking at us. The guys enjoyed the king bed. The best part of this hotel is the Loopy Doopy rooftop bar and the $50 credit you get daily. My friends and I adored the rooftop. We had an amazing view of Jersey City and the Statue of Liberty. We loved our Poptails (a cocktail where they put a popsicle in it). They were so refreshing and such a great way to close out summer. The lobby in this hotel is stunning! Everyone here is professional and accommodating. I had a late flight home and was able to leave my baggage on my checkout day. I'd recommend this hotel.

As with most Hiltons; the staff is their hallmark. The Conrad Hilton notwithstanding. I'm a Hilton Honors "Gold" member who needed a hotel in the FiDi district of Manhattan due to having medical procedures at Weill-Cornell downtown. My wife and I enjoyed a sybaritic 3 day sojourn. Hotel is deluxe. Staff are kind, friendly, personable, professional and competent. Doorman and valet; reception and bell staff; bar and restaurant wait staff service was seamless. Thank you: Tio (bell staff); Lori (reception); Carlos and Aura (lunch and breakfast wait staff); Danny and Fernando (evening bartenders) and Terry (engineering as we had minor room issue). Can't wait to return.

Staff was really nice. A lady at the check-in was friendly to my kid and upgraded us to a room with the river view, which was wonderful. We had requested a pack-and-play for my toddler upon booking. We also made sure the request went thru upon check-in. We still did not get a pack-and-play so we had to call and ask for the third time. The room size is okay. The shower stall was nice and big with good water pressure but there were some hairs....yuck. Not really acceptable for a luxury hotel. You could hear loud banging noise from upstairs and the furniture showed wear and tear. The bed was really comfortable and I loved the in-room water server and free reusable water bottles. Overall, not a bad experience but definitely could have been better for the price tag and being a 5 star luxury hotel.

Love the rooms here with Nespresso machines and ROCEAN filtered water in your bar area. Immaculate rooms and comfy beds await you. Can't wait to come back and stay again...

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it! The hotel is very modern. Staff was friendly. Rooms were great. We had a suite room with 2 different sliding doors to separate the rooms. Things that stood out to me: The refillable water station in your room. This was super handy and prevented people from paying for those annoying $8 water bottles in your hotel rooms. The room's sensors and light controls. Very modern to the touch. The privacy button next to your door which you could light up if you needed something or wanted no service. Very large shower for NYC standards and the water pressure was amazing. Room itself was very big for NYC standards. The hotel is also connected to a regal movie theater (11 screens?) which was a nice touch. Could come in handy, especially if you have kids. There was a shake shack down the street from the hotel which is convenient too. We liked the street that the hotel was on because it wasn't too crowded when getting picked up by your Lyfts. Cars would often stop in the middle of the road and were fine. This was convenient when checking out and valet had to get your car too. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay downtown and be in a more quiet area.

My most pleasant surprise of a fantastic New York hotel! First off, the people were amazing! They were patient, friendly and helpful without exception. The room was great. Incredible view. Good controls. The world's best shower! It is a great value. And for me, the location is ideal. I'm definitely coming back here. Every chance I get.

Spent a lovely extended weekend at the Conrad. We were able to check in early, staff was accommodating in letting us know our room wasn't quite ready, but we were upgraded as a result (kindness counts folks). Stored our few bags and then went about our day. The space is beautiful and the incredibly atrium feels super grand. Room was clean, well equipped and the staff very friendly. We also valeted the car and despite the 30 minute disclaimer, it was out earlier and ready to go upon our departure. We had a lovely time at the bar, cocktails (espresso martinis, palomas, smoked old fashioneds) were great and the pizza and burger were awesome.

I wanted to love this place, but it was hard. Here are some important details: 1. Rooms are much bigger than the one in Midtown and was really happy that I was upgraded to a higher category suite as a Diamond. 2. Requesting for toiletries took quite a while -- anywhere from 1-2 hours. 3. Seems like the Conrad Bull is never in stock. Same situation with Midtown and was disappointing. I mean how could you not have such an essential in stock? I don't know. 4. There's no rain shower. With how the shower is set up, the floors are easily flooded after a normal shower. I'd say this place is much better than Midtown, but still left to be desired. Don't get me wrong -- it's a beautiful place. Would I come here again? Maybe.

We loved our two night stay at the Conrad. The location is ideal- our kind one bedroom suite had a gorgeous view of the park and river. Our 8 year old said that it was the most comfortable pull out she's ever slept in- high praise from a seasoned traveler. Our bed was super comfortable. Beth was so kind to our girls during check in. Dinner in the restaurant was tasty and convenient. The room service for breakfast was wonderful. My favorite part of this hotel is the atrium/light well. It's extraordinary. We would gladly stay again.

Beautiful Hilton property with top-notch service. The view of the skyline from room 1025 is breathtaking. The entire property is spotless, beds and pillows are very comfortable and the surrounding area is cute and safe. We had dinner at the restaurant and were treated like royalty. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad. Location and facilities were amazing. Check in and bell hop staff were super nice, helpful, and friendly. The room size is amazing especially considering this is NY. We had no issues with noise in our room. Love that they provide Byredo toiletry products. Makes the time in the large shower spa worthy. They have valet parking if you opt to drive however there is no in and out privilege. The location is amazing as you are literally a block away from the Oculus train station as well as the 9/11 memorial and observation deck. My deduction for the one star is we had a very helpful bar hop that instructed us to park our vehicle out front after coming in very late one night. He stated he would place cones to block the car and stated we were fine parking there for the night. The next day we get approached by a different bell hop asking if we placed the cones out ourselves. He was very nice and informed us that we basically were given incorrect information and we were at risk to be towed. He explained the other gentleman was new and he would speak with him which we appreciated as I would hate this to happen to someone else and they actually get towed. Overall the Conrad was great!

A fabulous hotel! You really couldn't ask for a better location. We were able to easily head Uptown to the spots for the wedding we were in town for, but could also easily walk around all of Downtown and Lower Manhattan. The staff were great. The hotel itself is still quite new and has a very modern, clean, and swanky feel. Our room was decently large. The amenities and extra touches were plentiful. Even got turndown service! And the staff regularly checked in on how our stay was going via text and the Hilton app. Would absolutely stay here again.

The Conrad New York Downtown was a great place to stay in NYC for the night I needed it. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious. I had a great stay at the Conrad New York Downtown!!

Loved the huge walk-in shower room with the rainfall shower head and full size shampoo/conditioner/shower gels/lotions. Having the Nespresso machine and high quality selection of teas in the room was a nice touch. My third time to NY but my first time having so much space to lounge in my hotel room. The food in the hotel restaurant was not great but they had a nice selection of wines by the bottle at decent prices. The Asian gentleman taking care of us each night was great and felt nice to be greeted by the same familiar friendly face every night upon our return from trekking around the city. Every little thing we ever needed was tended to promptly as the front desk staff was always just a text away. I would definitely stay here again. It's much quieter and more relaxing than staying Midtown.

My sister and I went to New York our hometown for the 9/11 memorial celebration and we stayed at the Conrad downtown. It was my first time at this hotel, and I must admit, I was really impressed. New York, chic, sexy lounge, amazing bar with very handsome bartenders . . . They were friendly also. Ha!! Great customer service, beautiful rooms and just an up-to-date environment. Reasonably priced for a downtown New York hotel and again very nice. It will probably be the hotel that I stay at when I choose to stay downtown. Easy to grab an Uber or a cab, walking distance to the World Trade Center, and a great bagel spot right around the corner. I am a hotel snob, so my recommendation means a lot! I highly recommend the Conrad downtown .

We had checked in to this hotel around 5-6 dropped off our bags in our room and quickly went out since we were only staying a night. Upon entering the room around 9pm my bf brought it up to my attention that there was dust and hair on the back of toilet seat hinting it wasn't cleaned (be sure to zoom in on photos).. I took a look and took photos and called front desk. They said someone from house keeping could come up and clean the room but it would be up to the house keeper if we had to step out of the room. By this point we were extremely exhausted and ready for bed and didn't want to risk to leave the room. We are Hilton diamond members and always reside at Hilton hotels. We must say, that this is the first time we've experienced this. We did not expect this for a luxury hotel. At least management was kind enough to return our Hilton honors points used. Edit: just took a shower and there was a razor cap for shaving on the shower floor

We stayed here for a while. Nice location, but the service I wasn't happy with. First off, valet is way too expensive for it to take 30 minutes to wait for your car that's parked right across the street - this can be inconvenient but you just have to make sure to remember to call way in advance. We had our privacy light on most days & yet room service barged in our room PLENTY of times throughout the day while the light was still on. So much for privacy, right? They kept saying they thought the light was left on by mistake. While I can see that to be possible, that wasn't the case for us because I work from "home" & it happened one too many times. Also, when room service entered while we're away, each time we noticed they turned the air on 65degrees which obviously we turned off and left it off before leaving for a reason. We ordered room service (breakfast) and they messed up our entire order. Not to mention, it was disgusting. Clearly there is some sort of disconnect in communication because the person at the front desk was telling us something different from the actual person who brought us our food in regards to what was actually on the menu to order. No one ever answers the phone when calling the front desk. We stayed here for a while and the key cards kept going out every couple of days which was annoying to have to keep going back down to the front desk just to get it fixed. The wifi was HORRIBLE! First, for this expensive hotel, the wifi network needs to be secured. We stayed almost two full weeks here & not once did the wifi work. I had to keep connecting to my phones hotspot just to complete work on my laptop. Overall, the rooms are nice and spacious and the hotel is clean and quiet. What kept us here so long was the actual location.

Great stay! It was our first time at a Conrad and I must say, I really enjoyed our stay here. The room is spacious and was set up in such a way that you can close the partitions and have enough space to do work in quiet. It was perfect as this was a working holiday and my husband and I took turns using the office area. The lobby is also really quiet and it was pleasant to work at. Other than this, we had great views of the river and we loved the fact that each room had a water filter station and the fact that they use Byredo products which felt extra luxurious. The fitness center is well maintained and we also enjoyed the restaurant and bar at the lobby. Definitely would recommend to others and we'd love to stay here again!

Our favorite place to stay in Nyc. Close to so many things and readily available access to the subway from the Occulus. This is our home away from home. Entire staff - the Bell desk, concierge, front desk, restaurant, loopy doopy (bar)staff, & housekeeping make it impossible for us to enjoy staying any other place because the attention detail that this team provides is second to none. This hotel is worth every cent. We have never been disappointed at the Conrad NYC Downtown.

My family and I have stayed in many Hotels all over The World and found this place to be one of those gems. If you are planning to stay in NYC this is the place to stay. The setting is contemporary and a pleasure to the eyes. Everything from the staff, rooms, restaurant, lobby and even the housekeepers are top notch. Enjoy a quaint setting that you can get to anywhere on the City easily. Wonderful restaurants and many activities within walking distance or many forms of transportation available a few steps away.

Really sold place Rooms are very nice and clean They have purified water in the room so you don't need plastic water bottles. Restaurant is ok.. separate review for that Staff is very friendly and accommodating Why only 3 stars? It's a bit nit picky.. Housekeeping somehow managed to lose my youngest daughters most prized stuffed animal from when she was an infant. She hasn't recovered:( So not sure how the stuffed animal was lost but the hotel has been understanding but haven't found it yet. So stay tuned maybe if they find it I can up the rating

The amenities here are below, below average. We booked this through American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts. This property should not be listed in that category. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Terrible service. The bathrooms are unisex with no toilet seat cover sheets or kleenex. One smells like sewer. When I asked about getting toilet seat covers they said of course but by the next day it had not been addressed. I asked to speak to the GM and was told that they would notify him. Unacceptable. This property is on par with a 2 - 3 star hotel.

My husband, my grandson and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel over spring break. The concierge staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful schedule for seeing the city and dining options. The front desk staff upgraded us to a beautiful Riverview. Everyone was so nice and the hospitality made this stay so enjoyable. The room was large and comfortable for the three of us. Turn down service every evening was so nice after a busy day. We will definitely stay here again!

Do not book at this hotel. They take your money and do not allow cancellation/modification to the reservation. I just lost $2800.

If you're looking for luxury in Battery Park or just NYC in general, then look no further than Conrad Downtown. I am a huge fan of Conrad hotels and wanted to stay here especially after finding out that they have their own signature Conrad plush toy: Hudson the Bull. (Yes, look it up, it's totally a thing and people collect them!) And yes, the name is totally derived from the Hudson River and of course the charging bull that are both located in lower Manhattan. We booked our stay with points since Labor Day was very expensive but due to this location it's actually much more expensive to stay during the weekday. I reached out to their guest relations team to let them know about celebrating our anniversary and received a response from their Assistant Director of GR, Doris, who had included these notes for us prior to our arrival & also upgraded our room type, even being so kind as to offer to mail the Hudson bull if it was not available by the time we checked in. We hadn't even stepped foot inside the property and already we were impressed by the level of service we were provided. A couple days prior to check-in, we received an email from their Director of GR, Mikey, who also assured us that we would have an excellent stay. Upon check-in, we received our adorable Hudson plush and were also able to check in early around 12pm. Our room was located on the corner with the most gorgeous view of Hudson River and we even had the most adorable welcome gift of prosecco, chocolate covered strawberries, and branded leather luggage tags. What a way to honor your Diamond members! The room itself is definitely big enough to host up to 4 guests. We had a king room with a queen sofa pullout bed in a separate living area. Like most Conrad locations, there was a nespresso machine in the room. BUT the notable difference here is that they recently partnered with Rocean and had installed filtered water dispensers in every single room. This was a huge feature for me and was primarily one of the reasons why I chose to book this hotel. They also provide you with 2 reusable aluminum sealed water bottles as an effort to minimize plastic waste. There are 2 dining options in the hotel: Loopy Doopy the rooftop bar and Atrio Wine Bar & Restaurant. As Diamond members, we had a $25 daily credit per person so we certainly took advantage of it to try these two locations out. The only downside to this location is that it is very far from the subway. It is approximately a 10-15 minute walk depending on which line you're taking but you do get the option of using the complimentary downtown connection bus within operating hours to save yourself the journey. Other than that, I honestly loved my stay here so much and even though we utilized our food and beverage credit there were just so many amazing dining and shopping options surrounding the hotel and in Brookfield Place! I don't know when I'll find myself back in The Big Apple but I do know that the next time I return, I will certainly be booking my stay here again. Conrad NY Downtown can be described in one word- luxurious!! The inside of the lobby is break taking. I visited in December and then again in February, so the weather was cold and windy, but I hear the rooftop experience is amazing and perfect for wedding parties during warmer months! As far as the rooms, they were inviting and beautiful; the linens were plush with a spa-like bathrooms and contemporary living areas. The suites were comfortably decorated with sectionals, upscale bar/water dispensers, and large windows in multiple rooms facing the Hudson River. Another feature I appreciated was the hotels app. This made communicating with the front desk much easier and more efficient. I was able to request extra towels and a fresh robe at 1or 2am thinking those replenishments would arrive later that morning. Instead, my requested items were all delivered in fancy bags along with and a hand written note from the front desk in no more than 20 mins. My pictures just don't do justice! I have videos, but they're not uploading! Either way, I loved everything about this hotel, and I can't wait to stay here again!

Hands down one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at! Customer service was excellent. From checking in early to checking out, the service was consistent. I once asked the doorman about a bandage and he walked me upstairs and provided me with alcohol wipes and all. Room service was also on top of it; something I missed as most hotels stopped room service due to COVID. On another note, the first task the hubby and I always do after checking in is go to the local grocery/convenient store and stock up on LOTS of water. I'm proud to say that we did not have to waste plastic water bottles on this trip. I was amazed about their Rocean, water filter system, they had in the rooms. It was one of the most convenient spots to stay with so many of the best food spots around; all walking distance! We even had a view of the Hudson River which made for a beautiful morning and evening walk. It's honestly the little things that did it for me. I can't wait to come back.

After a day of travel delays, we arrived at the hotel 1-day late from our original check-in date. We booked a 1 king bed with river view suite and to our surprise we were "upgraded" to a corner room. Upon entering the room, we quickly realized this "upgrade" was actually the only room they had available upon checking in and our original type of room was unavailable. This "upgrade" was not only ADA accessible with a much smaller bathoom and shower, the supposed corner room had windows on only one wall, effectively making it no different than a normal room. We kindly requested to be booked into our normal room and to disregard the upgrade. Of course, we had to wait 30 minutes to get booked into our originally booked type of room as they did not have one readily available / clean for check-in. Given all of this, they were still not able to refund for the 1-day late check in despite very clearly being able to rent out our original room and making money off it.

My first though upon entering my room at the Conrad Lower Manhattan was, "I may never want to leave!" I've been here more than three weeks now, and it's more true every day. The Conrad has many of the best features I look for when I'm traveling: a comfortable room for sleeping, relaxing and sometimes working, an attentive staff, on-site food and beverage that doesn't break the bank, and other amenities like a business center, fitness center and even an on-site barber shop. The room itself - which is actually a two-room suite - is huge, especially by NYC standards. The living room alone was almost 12 x 14 feet, which is larger than many full hotel rooms. It has a couch, chair, 48-inch flat screen TV, drawers for storage, and a desk/work station. In-room Wi-Fi was about 15 Mbps according to Speakeasy.net/speedtest, considerably faster than the 5 Mbps I find in most hotels. The bedroom was equally generous, at 10 x 13 feet, and had its own TV, wardrobe closets with fluffy robes and comfy slippers, and iron and ironing board. The walk-in shower and the water closet, both off the hallway area, were each a little less than five feet square. Did I actually use the term "water closet"? I did, because the toilet and sink are in a separate room from the shower - very convenient when two people are trying to get ready at the same time. The shower features a rain showerhead - my new favorite - as well as a hand-held shower wand. High-end amenities include shampoo, rinse, body wash, mouthwash, make-up remover and cotton swabs. The hallway area has its own sink (do we still call them "wet bars"?); a minibar; a Nespresso coffee machine; a system that provides freshly filtered water and two aluminum bottles to use and re-use, eliminating plastic and reducing the amount of stuff that goes into recycling or the waste stream. There is also a safe big enough to hold our traveling electronics. Because my job has me on location for extended periods of time, I like to have a fridge in the room for snacks and beverages. A simple request and one was at my door in literally minutes. The property is close to the World Trade Center and the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, the Irish Hunger Memorial, plenty of shops and stores, a number of restaurants in addition to the on-site Atrio Wine Bar & Restaurant (breakfast and dinner only), stops for several subway lines, and the Hudson River. Its waterfront promenade is especially busy on sunny days, warm weather or cold. But what really sets this hotel apart is the service. It is truly top-notch and an excellent example of Hilton's service standards. Whenever I encountered any staff member, from housekeeping to door person to front desk to the bartenders and chefs, they always acknowledged and greeted me before I had the chance to say hello to them. Many, including bartenders, servers, the food and beverage manager and one of the chefs, remembered my name. One woman at the front desk - with whom I had barely interacted -- even remembered my room number! Impressive, especially for a hotel with over 450 rooms! The Conrad may be a bit more expensive than other hotels nearby ... or perhaps not, depending on when you're visiting and what's going on in the area. Either way, if you like surroundings that provide a bit of luxury and people who pamper, the Conrad is a place you'll love to be.

I come to NY every Labor Day to go to Flushing Meadows to watch the US Open matches, shop, go to museums & good restaurants. My husband & I stayed at the Conrad last year & it was phenomenal! The restaurant on the 2nd floor across from the front desk is great for breakfast & lunch. This year, my husband couldn't accompany me, so I brought my mom. This visit was drastically different. The door dash food we ordered was stolen, our room's carbon monoxide detector began to go off around 1am, so we had to switch to another room & Elliot was extremely rude about it. He wanted us to pack our bags in the middle of the night & then give us the key. I was very upset. So I dealt w/the manager who had just dismissed another upset hotel guest who was asking for new sheets. The manager couldn't seem to control Elliot which is problematic. The room we switched to had only 1 bed, our ordinal room had two. Nothing about this experience felt 5 star & I doubt we'd stay here next year. It's a shame because I love the area, the rooms are roomy, it's on the water & there are restaurants everywhere that are within walking distance. For the price point, I want a smooth & tranquil experience. This was far from that.

Took my wife and 2 kids and stayed at Conrad Downtown NYC for 5 nights (June 24 to June 29th) and could not be more happier with our stay. We checked in conveniently and was assisted by Richard O. Got a complimentary room upgrade for having Hilton Diamond Status The room we were assigned to was 1408 Executive Suite. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Room included drinking water dispenser with refillable bottles. Room also included a sofa bed sleeper which was perfect for our 2 kids. The room was very spacious approx. 700+ SF. Breakfast credit of $50 / day was also included for having Diamond Status. The credit was used at the restaurant Atrio Wine and Bar daily. We received one of the best services by Carlos Martinez at the Atrio. Room is spotless, clean and very spacious. Loved that the room has a separate shower and bathtub area. We also opted in for turn down services and the staff were great. Overall, the Conrad did not disappoint. I was recommended by friends and family to stay at the Conrad Downtown and would not hesitate to book here again in the future for another 5 night stay. I requested for a refrigerator and microwave and Richard O. was able to get that delivered to our room at no additional fees. The property is located very close to the WTC and Oculus. There are also several restaurants available by the ground floor. Director Michael Remo and team members Richard O and Carlos Martinez went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for making our stay memorable. 5/5 Stars!

Perfect location in downtown away from the chaos but allows you to be anywhere in the city within 20 mins. Staff is top notch! Hotel is elegant and clean located right in the heart of Battery Park alongside the river.

Great Accommodations. Comfy bed, spacious rooms, and 24 hr room service however parking is very Expensive if you rent a car.

I enjoyed my stay at the Conrad downtown with my family. I've been coming for a while, and I would return. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond each visit! The reason I give it four stars instead of five is for the location and compared to its competitors, it doesn't have the five-star feel for couples. It has a great luxury feel for families, which is why I don't hesitate to bring my kids here for the night. It's important to note that there's a really nice playground not too far from the hotel. Also, there's grass for picnics if you don't want to travel to Central Park. There are good food options for diverse tastes. Additionally, it's downtown, so it's a lot less congested. The rooms are large with a guest sofa in many of the base rooms. However, if you wish to be near Times Square or if most of your activities are in that area, it's a distance and can be costly if you don't take trains because Ubers and cabs are expensive from downtown to the tourist areas.

Been staying here for years. I feel like this hotel has gotten lazy and it doesn't give 5 star quality anymore unfortunately. It's dark, a little run down. Disappointed in the service I received during my last visit. When you get any Uber eats, they don't have concierge or bellman to bring it up to your door. Instead they leave it by the entrance on a table with no one watching it. I stayed at the St. Regis prior and the service is 5 stars. Conrad is a solid 4 star hotel and that's fine. The hotel is just too big to not be more accommodating

I do not reccomend. My visit was fine even though its overpriced until i encountered the Manager On Duty Matthew Gilbert or Dilbert. It was quite evident that he needs cultural competency training. He's not American so he doesn't understand that Black people are allowed and can afford to be guests at the hotel. His attitude was deplorable, condescending, and down right nasty. His customer service skills were non existent. I experienced this as a loyal Diamond member which was irrelevant to him when I made him aware of my status. I can only imagine what the black employees go through. He should beat the very least stripped of his managerial duties. I'm totally disgusted. #hiltonhonors. He needs to learn from Sandrea who offered up excellent customer service as well as the nighttime security/bellman.

This was Our third stay at the Conrad and it continues to impress us. The staff are very helpful. The decor is super comfortable and the 15 story lobby with interesting murals cast in a purple light will amaze you. Super clean and secure- the Conrad is top notch. The 430 Square foot suite with Hudson River views will mesmerize you. The only complaint I have since last visit was that the River view was partially blocked by new wood blinds. We just called the hotel engineer and they came up and blocked the blinds up in the open position. Love the little windows that open so you can hear the sounds of the city. Great bed and nice linens. Very romantic.

I'm a big fan of Conrad, and the Conrad New York Downtown has quickly become my favorite Conrad in the city. We used to stay at the one in midtown, but we have loved staying near Battery Park the last few times we visited. The Conrad New York Downtown has over 400 suites. Its location in Battery Park and proximity to Brookfield Place, World Trade Center, Oculus, One World Observatory, and the ferry terminal is superb. It is also close to Wall Street, Tribeca, Chinatown, and Lower Manhattan. I love that the Conrad rooms are all suites. In NYC, ample space is extremely rare, even for hotels. Conrad rooms are 430 sq. ft two rooms with a separate living room that has a couch, armchair, coffee table, and work desk. There's also a wet bar with glassware and mugs, an espresso machine, Rocean Zero smart filtration, and a sink. The bathroom has a separate rainfall shower and Byredo products. The suite has two HDTVs, and an integrated one-touch automation system. The rooms feel modern, sleek, and sophisticated. The daily turndown service is top notch. Staying here definitely feels like indulging in a luxury experience. Best of all, we can bring our dog and he'll have just as comfortable of a stay as us. Atrio Wine Bar & Restaurant, located on the lobby floor, is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar, located on the 16th floor, offers cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, as well as a seasonal menu. The only downside to this hotel that I've experienced is that it's a bit of a walk to and from the subway. The closest stations are between a 10-15 minute walk, depending on what line you want to get on. Even so, I would recommend the Conrad NYC Downtown to anyone.

This is my "go to" hotel in the city of my birth, and I see no reason to change. Decades roll by, new hotels emerge, but the Conrad in Battery Park keeps up, pedaling faster as trends come and go. Standard rooms are some of the largest in the city, bedrooms separate from a comfy living room, with a TV in each. The design and aesthetics are timeless, still modern and up to date. Towels are thick, bathrobes comforting, and the powerful shower refreshing. Sometimes the little things make a hotel special, and the Conrad has not forgotten a thing, with a Nespresso Coffee machine, a Rocean water filtering system, leather desk accessories, and a HVAC that works well. It's luxury with comfort in mind, not luxury with image in mind. Service is professional and friendly, there when you want them, unobtrusive when you don't. Housekeeping, a thorn in the side of every hotel these days, was on point and well trained. Bravo! The only aspect of the Conrad Downtown that used to detract was the neighborhood. Yet, the Conrad was a pioneer as Battery Park developed around them. Now the exclusive Brookfield Mall development is across the street, as is the wonderful Hudson River Park, a respite from the grit of the city. Restaurants, bars and shops are steps away, with Tribeca and a subway stop a ten minute walk. A rooftop bar enhances the Conrad's "hip" quotient, and an in-house restaurant and room service are available. The Conrad meets every traveler's need and adds a bit of cachet. I will stay loyal to this Conrad. It has never let me down, and the hotel is better than ever.
