Where to Slurp Fancy Caviar in NYC

"A breakfast spot in the morning that transforms to a champagne and caviar bar in the evenings, this entry into Jean Georges Vongerichten’s Tin Building serves up its crackling hash browns with smoked salmon, Petrossian golden Ossetra, and cucumber yogurt." - Beth Landman

Double Yolk Review - South Street Seaport - New York - The Infatuation

"The concept of this place is simple. You choose a bread (English muffin, brioche, or a roll), an egg type (whole, whites, or vegan), and one of eight “styles” (roast mushrooms with salsa verde, for example). And there you have it: your very own ideal breakfast sandwich (or at least something close to it). Sandwiches run $9-$16, but they’re quite large and come stuffed with a lot of fluffy eggs. Be sure to get a hash brown on the side. It comes in the form of a long stick, with a pomme purée-like texture on the inside." - Kenny Yang

The eggs in the BEC is way too salty. I couldn’t even finished the sandwich given how salty it is. It looks better than it tastes. I looked at other reviews, and this came up quite often. Would recommend putting “lightly salted” in the special request box if you’re ordering takeout. The yogurt is very good.

We had the brunch burgers, which we thought was a metaphor, but it is an actual burger. I think I would’ve preferred this on a brioche bun, but we weren’t asked and it was served on an English muffin, so that was disappointing. I was actually in the mood for an egg sandwich and those looked pretty good, but everything is fully priced in this place. While it is definitely better than an Egg McMuffin, I’m not sure I could say it’s worth the extra 15 bucks… also, I think they could use a little more training on service in this place.

The brioche bun egg with broccoli cheddar n basil is alright(little bit on the salty side), The hash brown has a unique shape, texture is nice, temperature is good but super salty, unbearable, told the staff and she said : “oh I am really sorry“ period…. Bad customer service experience👎🏻$15+ for these… not again

The breakfast sandwiches here are amazing! It’s great spot and the food is WILD. The hashbrown is delicious and you must get it Anyone who says otherwise… well you get the idea. The brioche is soft and fluffy, and the eggs cannot be more perfect. I do think the hot-sauce is off point. Its a citrusy pineapple sauce and this sando needs a more peppery hot sauce. Otherwise 10/10.

Ordered a BEC with an everything bagel. Quality was good, but the only thing that was off was part of the egg, which was a little runny on one side of the bagel. As if 2/3 of the egg was fully cooked through and the remaining third hadn’t finished yet. Otherwise, it’s a good size and bacon flavor was nice

This is a Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a tasty brioche bun done right. Egg was fluffy & the bacon was cooked to perfection. Overall very delicious Breakfast sandwich.
