We went here on a Saturday, surprisingly not busy, the food was prepared infront of you and it was very quick and efficient. They had a very nice table arrangement with burners in the tables. The broths were extremely good and were very flavorful. They also had dessert baos with many flavors such as Ube and vanilla. The strawberry cheesecake ones were exceptionally better. Definitely a must try in Vegas and we will be coming once again.

I ordered the Korean wings and chicken fried rice. The wings were done with piss poor job and did not look like anything on the picture. The chicken in the rice was undercooked. I went back to get a refund and the manager was not there. As far as I know, a manager should always be on shift for any issues. I waited at least 30 minutes just to get a refund. While waiting for a refund, I noticed the workers were using the same glove for everything.

Just visited this cozy ramen bar and it was a delightful experience! The broth was rich and flavorful, noodles were perfectly chewy, and the pork belly melted in my mouth. Service was friendly and efficient. A must-visit for any ramen enthusiast!

This was the best food I’ve ever had in my life!! We came all the way from Ohio just to try the broth on tap and left needing a nap from how delicious and comforting the food was!!!

Noodle 🍜 lover for life ❤️ I had seen this brand on socials for a few weeks prior to my trip out in the area and I was intrigued by the ability to create/customize my own bowl from start to finish—and of course who wouldn’t be excited for broth on tap?! Some friends were staying nearby so we swung by mid afternoon and it was not busy at all. The location has ample seating and I love all the details! We were greeted and asked if it was our first time as we looked on at all the choices! Staff were friendly and patient with us as we tried to make our decisions. The bowls come in 2 sizes, regular and sumo. You pick your choice of noodle or can get steamed rice. I like they also offer shirataki noodles as a gluten free low carb option…that’s what I went with because I already knew the remainder of my trip was going to be full of misc foods. After selecting your noodle, once they cook them you can select your broth. I went with the tonkotsu pork broth and braised pork belly for my protein. Someone in my group got the Hokkaido beef broth and it was giving pho/boat noodle broth vibes for me. They have different cuts of beef including wagyu and ribeye…mushroom, tofu, chicken…again love the variety to please as many people as possible. There are a variety of cold toppings that can be included depending how you like to dress your noods and there are extras that can be added on like black garlic oil and a whole ramen egg. This is one of those places where I would highly recommend dining in since they have the induction table tops…the bowls are made to work with the tops so you can warm up your broth even more to be able to cook the raw/rare beef…or if you become too chatty then you can warm it up some more. I enjoyed the chopsticks had an attached chopstick rest on them…super cute detail to make my dine in experience…although I failed in cracking it off effectively…that was purely user error. If I’m in the area again would definitely try the other options and I wouldn’t mind if they expand to Chicago LOL. Overall pretty tasty and hit the spot for a quick service situation. This is meant to be more of a neighborhood spot so definitely could see this being in the rotation for some variety.

Everything was so delicious! They have a good variety of options for ramen bowls with lots of toppings. Good portion sizes and really friendly staff. 10/10 will be coming here again!

I had high hopes for this place but it was a big disappointment. Everything is premade and lacks actual love for food. I could get the same food at Panda Express for less money. The biggest disappointment was the dessert baos that melted before we even got to try them.

The customer service was excellent and the food was great!!! My kids loved it here and we will definitely be back!!

Service was great. My bowl didn't take long to make, and turned out to be delicious. The price is more on the expensive side, but the quality of the ingredients makes up for it. Basically a fast food ramen shop with high quality ingredients!

Food was gr8 especially the Birria Bao with the Birria soup AND Their wings are Extra crispy, def can suggest less salty spice rub but the crispiness and crunch is On point! And dont be afraid to try the Ghost pepper, can ask half and half as well. Service was on Point, staff Symon was super helpful and explain all instructions and even give out tasting of all broths before deciding. Its btwn the Chicken and Pork brotha for sure. Ambiance was gr8 tone of red/ black and gold. Definitely coming back for their noodle next

Just so bad.... This is like a fast food Chinese food shop but without flavor.... Everything about this was bad. I ordered online - went to pickup and was told they were out of an item I ordered so the we're going to sub it for I'll instead of chicken... you had my number and couldn't call me? Paid for premium toppings.... No flavor at all... no salt no pepper even. This was the first and last time for this chain. After 3 bites of what I ordered it went in the trash and i ordered a take out bowl from somewhere else.. just dissatisfied all the way around here.

The ramen soup was phenomenal, the staff were on point and super nice! The vibe at this place is chill, cool music and the tables are so cool! They have a red glowing epoxy running through like lava and there's a built in hot-plate to keep your soup hot! I'll be back!

The tonkatsu ramen I ordered was delicious, rich and flavorful! I added the braised pork and it was plentiful in quantity and flavor. I would definitely come back to order this! The shrimp fried rice was very generous with the shrimp and the portion. The service was prompt, friendly, and polite. My son got a free Ramune! This was my family's first experience and we hope to be back!

recently dined at Dragon Tiger Noodles, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, perfectly setting the stage for a great meal. The menu offered a fantastic selection of dishes, each bursting with flavor. I tried the signature Dragon Noodles, and they were simply divine--perfectly cooked with a rich, savory sauce that had just the right amount of heat. The ingredients were fresh, and you could taste the quality in every bite.

How fun to hand pick your noodles, broth, and favorite ramen items!! I was so excited to go to Dragon Tiger noodle Company because I saw it on Instagram and have been whining to try it! First place we went to when we pulled into Vegas was here. I was starving and it was exactly what I wanted! Fun atmosphere bright red lights everywhere and the people who work there are so nice. Cool thing is the tables even have little burners so you can warm up your soup if you want it warmer. I love thick pieces of pork belly and they did not disappoint!!

Service was great when we walked in was greeted and since it's our first time they explained how to order . I love the choice of noodles and broths . Saw this on Facebook so had to try. I'm sure it won't disappoint

Beautiful experience! Stunning hanging red lanterns, greeted by kind employees the very instant you walk in and absolute delicious food. Order at the counter and watch your dish come to life through the glass. Let's talk broth... incredibly tasty and poured through a tap. You have to visit and experience this place.

I lost my noodle spot during Covid and been looking ever since. Well I found it. This place is legit.

Let's just say TikTok over hypes everything.. Husband and I were excited to try this place and we came on a Tuesday.. we were the only ones here. Though the staff was friendly, they had a hard time knowing their own menu and kept asking what it was we were ordering, um Dragon Wings? Needless to say, we ordered Ramen, Pork Belly Baos, Dragon Wings and Gyoza.. wings were good but could do less seasoning, Pork Belly in the Baos were dried as can be and was not good at all, Gyoza tasted a bit old and Ramen was an 8/10, good broth flavor and noodles.. We did like the ambiance and how the tables had the heating like hot pot places... oh and the egg and corn for the Ramen tasted sour so we didn't put it in the soup. But try the place on your own as everyone has a different opinion!

Landed late in LV and was starving so my friend recommended we stop by this ramen place for dinner since they didn't close for another hour. We arrived around 9:10ish and were told that the fryer wasn't working so no gyozas for me. Not a problem, we adjust. Ordered 2 pork belly Bao's instead. Pork belly was delish and the bun was soft and yummy. A little too much sauce but they hit the spot! Would definitely order again. For ramen, I ordered the beef broth with waygu beef. My noodles were packaged separately from the broth and meat. I added corn, nori, lime, and mushrooms. If ordering beef for your protein, there's an added cost. For two ramens and the 2 Bao's bill came out a little over $50. Definitely not on the cheaper side, but it was delicious. In a rainy day, the ramen hit the spot. The portions were perfect and the broth was great. It's a bit dark inside so glad we took it to go and ate at my friend's place. I would definitely come back again when I'm in town.

The chicken wings are, hands down, the best I've ever had. They're perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a flavor that's just out of this world.

Have been drove through this restaurant many times from the other locations (St Rose & Rainbow). Just so happened we were at this plaza and found out there one here decided to give it a try. Concept is pretty cool. We did build your own bowl. Everything was fresh and noodle was cook to order. The broth was so cool where it look like a beer tab and super hot. All the toppings were great and lots of choices. I got tonkasu ramen with pork belly and tofu and bunch of toppings they offered. Pork belly was super tendered and flavorful. Tofu was seared in perfection. Ramen was home made and it was really good. Love the texture. Portion size was great. I got a regular and I was super full. My fiancé got the bigger bowl and he was having a hard time finished it. We were thinking getting wings to share but good thing we didn't. Definitely need to come back and try their other options. Service was great. We came when they just opened so we got great service. Not sure if they will get busy throughout the day. But we know for sure we will come when they first open would be perfect.

Passing through LV and wanted to stop by here. Store has a chipotle style ordering system. Staff is friendly and I really like their interior. Would be a fun place to visit in the evening/night because of the aesthetic. Plenty of seating and parking. I ordered a sumo size bowl with tonkatsu broth and braised pork belly. Honestly, it was just ok. Not really memorable and would probably only eat here if I'm already in the area.

The service is amazing and the noodles were great. The mild wings was amazing big chicken person. My wife and kids love noodles. Atmosphere is very clean and inviting.

We love their pork belly and ramen egg, those two are always the star of the show whenever we dine or order in from here. The food is always good, their chicken wings though are not kidding, they're really really fiery so be warned if you ever want to try those. This location is not the best though as the service is horrible the last time we went there, the staff don't pay attention to the customers and they don't clean the tables timely. It's a small area, less than 10 tables and the staff won't even clean it even after the customers have long been gone. There were about 4 uncleaned and uncleared tables when we got there, we finished and none of the tables were cleaned. As you would expect, we never dined there again, just to go.

I was excited to try a new ramen shop near where I lived, but this place was a bit dissatisfying. One of my friends customised his own chicken ramen and thought it was terrible. The ambiance is fairly nice, but there is too large of a discrepancy in brightness. The outside is very bright and the inside is quite dark making it hard to look around inside. I probably won't return since Las Vegas has a lot of good ramen shops.

my boyfriend and I were in the area and stumbled upon this gem. first off, the ambiance is awesome. they have gold walls and a really cool logo and tables. we love the vibe in here and the staff is really nice. they have broth on tap which is actually so cool. i got the yakisoba noodles and they were 10/10. i've never had anything like it! my boyfriend got a ramen and loved it as well and also rated his food a 10. we live in LA and are so sad they don't have a location there. hopefully they can expand out closer to us! we will definitely be coming back when we visit vegas for something tasty and casual.

I've lived near by for quite some time but didn't really know much about this place, until I saw a tiktok... Finally came to stop by and try it out with my mom, & we were not disappointed! My mom is pretty picky about her food, especially noodles, but even she liked her bowl! I love the concept of being able to pick what you want, however I did wish there were more option as far as sides or toppings. But it was still yummy. Def coming back again!

Presently surprised as I haven't heard the best reviews of this spot. I was craving ramen and Dragon noodle is right up the street from my house, so placed an order online. Although not the most professional, the man took my order, chicken noodle with toppings and then fire wings. He didn't ask my name but said he would tell me my total when I arrived. When I arrived the spot was empty minus the workers but they did have a lot of to go orders. Inside was clean. The ramen has good flavor and the regular size is easily enough for two to share. The wings crispiness was on point and they aren't lying when they say fire, had my to blow my nose a few times while eating! I will def be a returning customer.

I had make your own ramen with the house made fire noodles which were the bomb! I added the pork belly and special mushrooms in the tonkastsu broth which were all so flavorful! My husband ordered the pork belly bao buns were so very drool worthy . You can see the giant pasta machine where they make the fresh pasta which was cool. I will be back it was so yummy.

The food was excellent and Mariah's service was even better! We will definitely be back again soon!

As I've read many past negative reviews about this place it's safe to say as of now that the staff and food were both top notch! Many people have complained about the staff but the workers that were creating my order were outstanding! It was my first time here and my first impression is that the place is incredibly clean! Second to that was that I soon realized that it's pretty much a "Ramen Chipotle" in which everything is prepared in a assembly line. A weird thing I've never seen before was how they soup was dispensed like it was beer on tap but other than that everything seemed delicious. The interior of the restaurant was beautifully designed and feels like you're in a little Chinatown with the lanterns and color schemes. Here's what I ordered Beef noodle soup - this looks like pho at first but it definitely was more of a ramen based dish. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the meat was good. I'd recommend getting the rare beef as it cooks with the soup and has more flavor. Soup was well balanced not too salty not too bland. 8/10 Chicken Wings - WOW! this one was straight out delicious. You can forget all the places that serves wings and simply just eat their wings!! It was freshly prepared and it was so juicy, crispy, and seasoned to perfection. These wings are definitely the type to eat with steamed rice and man it was so good. I highly recommend getting the 10 piece. The seasoning is also similar to a Chinese salt and pepper flavor. Overall, I'd come back for more. I feel like this place deserves better ratings! Definitely give dragon tiger noodle a try.

First timer..! The gentleman was very helpful.. I informed him what allergies I have, and recommended some dishes and what is popular.. For a family of 4, my kids ordered the fried rice and yakisoba, my husband ordered the mild and Korean wings and I ordered the build my own bowl.. MILD WINGSSS WERE DELISH, Korean wings would not order again. Everything else was good..

THIS REVIEW IS FROM MAY 2022 The wings here are super good. Think I'll honestly go here just for the wings. The noodles are another story. It's honestly very average. Been here twice and for the price the noodles are just okay. I think if the broth were more rich I'd like it more. Service was good though. So is the decoration of the place. Really really nice interior! Probably will come back just for the wings though.

The food is amazingly delicious this is the second time I come to Las Vegas for School and I end up returning to Dragon Tiger Noodle for the Tonkotsu. The ambiance is very pleasant and the staff are amazing very rapid service and friendly attitude. Definitely recommend Dragon Tiger for your ramen cravings.
