"Chef Jet Tila returns to Las Vegas with a new fast-casual restaurant, Dragon Tiger Noodle Co., serving late in Southern Highlands. The 1,631-square-foot venue features an open kitchen and is located next to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Diners can create their own noodle dishes or choose from 'Chef Jet' ingredient combinations, including house-made ramen, udon, and low carb shirataki with various broths and proteins. The menu includes beef pho, Chinese chicken noodle soup, beef donburi rice bowls, and 'Chef Jet’s dragon wings.' An expansion to Summerlin and Henderson is also planned." - Bradley Martin
