"After being closed since the start of the pandemic, Dusek’s, the restaurant attached to Thalia Hall, is reopening on Saturday May 15th with a new menu from a brand new team. Their dishes will include snacks like pork rinds, and buffalo chicken wings, along with entrees like lamb neck pappardelle and a double cheeseburger. You know what else is reopening? Thalia Hall. "Comfort food is the name of the game at this one-Michelin-starred gastropub in Pilsen. Now on the menu: asparagus and crab salad with tarragon sabayon, croutons, confit egg yolk and lemon dressing; hamachi crudo with green apple, celery, Meyer lemon and Moroccan olive crumble; and English pea ravioli with black garlic puree, lavender whip, heirloom carrot, country ham chip and charred pearl onions."

"Dusek’s in Pilsen is in a huge, refurbished, very possibly haunted building from the turn of the century, and it has a couple of spaces for private dinners. In the basement is the “Beer Cellar,” a private room you access through a revolving bookcase (yep, that’s right)—and next door is the “Tack Room,” constructed over an old stable. Wherever you choose to eat, an event at Dusek’s will get you a lot of history, as well as dishes like pork chops, roasted sweet potato, and mussels.
