"Patio seating and pizza are the perfect pairing for an evening out. Located on the east side of downtown, at the end of a row of red brick buildings, Bohemian doesn’t take any shortcuts when it comes to the menu. Brother-and-sister owners Pat and Amy import flour from Italy and hand-toss their pies before finishing them to wood-fired perfection. They also make fresh pastas, muffulettas, and other sammies are available for lunch, and happy hour brings discounted wine and pizza." - Jess Brent

This place!!! Wow. This was a great experience. The meatball pizza was amazing & will be in my memory for quite some time! Will definitely definitely return. *Left off one star only because we were seated right next to the door when the temperature was 20 something outside. Otherwise it's a lovely atmosphere.

BLUF/SUMMARY: Hands-down the King (or Queen) of pizza and pasta in the Tulsa metro area. Other places are on a different (lower) level. Best balance of crust, cheese, topping amount, and flavor - all blended in with great (character) ambience, service, drinks/cocktails, and dessert. If in Tulsa area craving any of the above, look nowhere and go nowhere else. DETAILS: Y’all probably know that I don’t give out 5 stars that often - but this place deserves it from me. Admittedly, we didn’t have high expectations coming here but based on my wife’s research of must try places, we had to. We were greeted with smiles and walked through to our seat. Great decor and vibe, perhaps just a tad too tight and a little bit dark. Waitress was very good - friendly and personable, offering information and answering questions cordially. Stars were definitively the pizza, pasta, and drinks - all homemade from scratch. The Margherita pizza was the best I’ve had in a long while. Balanced, right amount of toppings - tomatoes and basil, all perfectly cooked on a crispy crust. The pasta was homemade, and my boys enjoyed it immensely. My wife’s and my drinks were very good - I don’t like sweet drinks, and my spicy grapefruit (forget the name) was superb. Dessert was also pretty good but our kids enjoyed that more than we did. Overall, simply the best pizza/pasta in the area. We will gladly make the 20 minutes to come here again. I actually compare other new places we try to East Village Bohemia. This is the standard.

Google
The food was really good. We got the caprese salad, lasagna, Tre P pizza, affogato for dessert and it was all really good. The place is small and hard to get a seat, they forgot to text us when our table was ready. But the food and service more than made up for the seating mistake. Will go back.

Google
Excellent. Love everything about this place. Beautiful outdoor seating. Best pizza I have ever had, and I've tried a lot from all over the US. Fresh, quaint, and delicious. Fairly priced for what it is. We will definitely be back! (need to try their pasta) Thank you so much, Lauren, for all your recommendations & help. FAIR WARNING: Their jalepeno tequila is no joke. Only order one of those drinks if you realllyyy like spicy drinks :D

Google
Wow, so as far as allergies go this place goes above and beyond. Our waitress was amazing. We have Dairy, Egg, Peanut allergies with our boys, and I have Celiac and Alpha Gal. When I say this is literally the best gluten free crust. I've tried hundreds. It's phenomenal. My son ate so much, he raved about how good it was. My husband who does not have allergies but who is extremely picky loved it. Absolutely worth it. We were from out of town and I'm going to probably have withdrawals 🙈 everything was so good. The atmosphere is beautiful. The food is where it's at though.

Google
Love bohemian. This is a great place for groups with a variety of dietary needs. There are awesome vegan options, making it easy to order off the menu. Swap vegan cheese and add (optionally) vegan pepperoni for some smaller up charges. Overall, the atmosphere is kind of classic dark-wood pizza place. they have a great outdoor area but — it’s got some bizarre green instagram wall that is so jarring when juxtaposed against the rest of the restaurant. It encourages people to walk through the tables to take pictures in front of it, which I personally don’t love, but what can you do! Servers are — in my experience — well-educated on what menu items go with different diets. I wanted to order a bruschetta app, but when a server noticed I ordered a vegan pizza, they let me know that the bruschetta was only vegetarian, not vegan. I ended up getting the crispy brussels sprouts which were amaaaaaazing. I don’t go as often as I like because it’s a little out of the way for me, but when I do, I never regret it. I’ve had the fungi pizza, which I really really enjoyed, but the thing I always come back to is the Isle of Capri with vegan cheese! I’ve had it with and without the vegan pepperoni — it’s great both ways. This is easily the best vegan cheese I’ve had on pizza. I highly recommend this spot. They also have a rotating menu of awesome frozen drinks, too! I went on my birthday and had a STRONG, but very pleasant cocktail.

Google
Loved everything about this place! The artichoke dip was super garlicky and wonderful. Our pizza was fabulous! We ordered the MOJO and added honey to it. Sooo yummy!!

Yelp
1. The food is great, you can tell it's freshly made even the noodles are home made 2. The ambiance in the outside patio is awesome (video added) 3. The service is always great, we always ask a million questions and they always have the best suggestions and check up on us frequently throughout the meal 4. Great date night place, me and my girlfriend's favorite place to go on dates. Good food, good drinks, good service, and good environment.. love it!!

Yelp
Food is excellent but if you are a big group they will literally hang up on your reservation request and refuse to serve. They are very popular, likely because the ambiance is fantastic and food is equally good- we had a bunch of different pizzas and each was excellent, along with kid meals. Only issue is a big group can't come, likely because they are successful enough they do t have to.

Ryan M.

Yelp
We came here at lunch for sandwiches and appetizers and it did not disappoint! The hot Italian beef sandwich was perfectly balanced with the hot giardiniera and au jus. The Italian muffuletta was dynamite! The bread on both was soft but sturdy. The Italian meatballs app was some of the best meatballs I've ever had. We sprung for the s'mores calzone and it is HUGE and extremely rich and decadent. Our server was fantastic and friendly and the setting downtown was terrific.

Hana C.

Yelp
This bruschetta pizza was so good! So much tomato on it and the sauce is so flavorful! The vibe of the restaurant is so nice and such a good place to hang out!

Molly B.

Yelp
I hadn't been here in years, but it was our pick for a girls night. Our server was so patient and friendly and gave great recommendations. We ordered the Baked Spinach & Artichoke Scarpetta as a starter, and it was so good that we honestly considered ordering a second one. My friend and I shared a small Mama Kay's Caesar Salad, and it had great flavor. And we all shared a Bruschetta Pizza and a Pesto Chicken Pizza to share between the 6 of us. Everything was delicious with such fresh ingredients, and it was more than enough food. We had the best time, and the hostess even offered to take our picture, which was so sweet. This is a Tulsa gem!

Sara S.

Yelp
This restaurant is genuinely underrated. I went with friends a few weeks ago for lunch, as this is one of my friend's current obsessions, and I gotta say, I loved it. It is a small place so if you are going I recommend reservations. We had reservations, were sat immediately, & drink orders/food orders were promptly taken. The drink menu is fun and we sampled a few different items, loved them all. Very well-made. That's the tone for the rest of the meal. The appetizers, salads, and pizzas were all delicious. Highly recommend this place!

Gary M.

Yelp
Finally had their brunch pizza & it's something I'd get again and again and again. Comes in 4 slices. Packed with Italian sausage, a sunny side up egg, jalapeños, pancetta, herbed olive oil & English cheddar. Flavor on top of flavor. The egg was perfect. I really liked the olive oil & the calabrese drizzle. Plenty of sausage & pancetta (I love pancetta) that just brought everything together & had me thinking about the next time I'd get it. Our server was efficient, did a great job.

Ashley D.

Yelp
Such delicious food, and what a cute restaurant both inside and outside! The spinach and artichoke dip was a filling appetizer, and I really enjoyed splitting the spaghetti and meatballs with a friend. Some of the prices seemed a bit high, but the pizzas looked great and I'll have to be back to try more of their menu!

Emily G.

Yelp
Always great. The food is high quality and we have never had any hiccups while dining here. I do recommend making reservations as they're usually very busy. Their pasta is always impeccable.

Jenna L.

Yelp
What a cool concept. I was not "wow'd" although I thought the two different pizzas I shared with friends were good. I want to go back and try other options too as there are SO many pizza combinations that you are bound to find a favorite. They have sparking rosè, and that's not common to find in Tulsa, so it was a bonus! Tips - If you want to sit on the patio (highly popular), call to make sure it's on your reservation. We were seated inside because we didn't note the patio on our reservation, but there was no option for the patio when booking online. So, call to be safe and make a reservation no matter what as it's a small place. - Pay a couple of bucks via mobile app to park in the gravel lot across the street to the NW if you don't find parking right next to it (very limited) Needs Improvement - We waited almost 20 minutes before our first round of drinks arrived. It was almost 10 minutes before our waitress appeared, and we only saw her three times during our two hour dinner. - The cooked brussel sprouts appetizer was bland. The cheese on top was delicious, but the brussels lacked flavor otherwise. They are not charred nor crispy like you experience at a nice steakhouse (and that's ok but it means they need even more flavor). - The bruschetta appetizer was a bit tangy/sour, different from regular bruschetta. - The two stall women's bathroom was awkward as there is a major gap in the doors and quiet, little privacy feel. This is important for those of us with small bladders!

Yelp
Best pizza in oklahoma. Service is always phenomenal. Theres something i miss about new york places. A vibe of bohemia. A chill place to meet friends of deep italian roots and go to a protest after. Its the kind of place where you feel upscale without pretentiousness.

Gabrielle V.

Yelp
Best place to get vegan pizza in this entire city. I quite literally dream of East Village's offerings. I always get the same thing so I've really got to branch out, but when a restaurant offers something as wonderful as this, the Isle of Capris, you might find yourself a little stuck, too (lol). Everyone loves BP, kids and adults alike. I don't have a great pic, but the frozen drinks are worth a gander, too. They have a (delicious) rotating menu. The restaurant is very cute both inside and out! eating outside on a nice spring day is such a treat. Probably better for smaller parties. Service is prompt and the servers are well informed about what food/s can and cannot be made vegan. Every time I've been they've been wonderful with finding any answers they may not have. 4 stars only because I'd love for them to have more vegan appetizers.

Emma C.

Yelp
Best pizza in Tulsa! Great atmosphere everything I've ordered has been delicious! Great place for a date night!

Toni H.

Yelp
Very friendly service, prompt and knowledgeable. Shrimp pasta was very tasty and my husband loved his pepperoni pizza.

Jami E.

Yelp
So good!!! Love the atmosphere! The BBQ pizza , Pesto Chicken Pizza and 3 P's pizza are exceptional! All started with Spinach Artichoke dip that was spot on! Loved that they were able to seat us without a reservation on a Saturday afternoon! Great place to relax with family and good food!

Yvonne H.

Yelp
One of my favorite Italian places in town! I love pasta, and I am so excited they serve cacio e Pepe. It's divine! The place is pretty eclectic and adorable. Service has been reliably good, and normally the orders don't take long to come out. The bruschetta is a great appetizer though I do order Andolini's antipasti dish.

Jimmy D.

Yelp
Love the pizza & apps as well as the cocktails. Great vibe in & outside. Service has always been very good. Great patio when weather's favorable. EVBP is often on our rotation when it Tulsa.

Jamie S.

Yelp
This place is so tastefully decorated! And the food is top notch. Drink prices are really reasonable too! I don't think you can go wrong with anything choice on the menu. And service was quick and attentive. There's a reason this got listed in that yelp top 100 list a year or so ago. I've been wanting to try it forever, and it was well worth the hype.

Tina T.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots for pizza in Tulsa. Conveniently located downtown, the ambiance inside is nice and welcoming. However, it's not that big inside and it gets busy so be sure to make a reservation if you're planning on dining during peak times. There is a decent little bar area for those looking to complement their meal with a drink. They also have a lovely patio where you can enjoy your meal outdoors, particularly when the weather is pleasant. Service was friendly although a little slow at times. I really enjoy the flavor combinations of their specialty pizzas. So far I've tried the Margherita, Amalfi Coast Fig, Angry Bee, and Mt. Vesuvius. All were tasty with interesting topping combos. The crust is a standout feature, striking a balance between crispy and chewy. The attention to quality here is evident, a must-visit for delicious pizza and inviting atmosphere.

Noah L.

Yelp
This was our first visit here. This place is deep in downtown Tulsa. When you walk in it has a very dark and cozy atmosphere. The vibe is intimate and romantic but not too romantic. (Cute casual). We were starving and started off with a "Caliente Margarita" and a "surprise cocktail" the Margarita def lived up to its name as "Caliente" the infused jalapeño tequila is very strong and spicy. The salt on the rim of the Margarita gives it even more of a kick. A great drink to sip while waiting for your food. For a starter we got the spinach & artichoke dip... this we both said "this is the best we've ever had" 10/10 Then we got the fettuccine pesto w/ chicken & queen margarita. Pasta for the pesto was light and made perfect. She did not like the tomato's in it and was something we had never seen before. Could have been more creamy but overall was good. 7/10 Margarita was good and unique flavor. I asked for well done but it seemed only the crust was well done and the center still had a lot of flop. The big roasted tomato's were very flavorful and added the "unique" flavor but there were so many it was too overpowering. Less is more I feel with those. But overall good. 6.9/10 Ice cream sandwich was perfect for sharing. 10/10 Service was great 10/10

Lynnet P.

Yelp
Is it wrong to start your review before you get your food? We just LOVE this place! Its been awhile & the service is great now!. It doesn't hurt that we are sitti outside, it's balmy, fun atmosphere and the music's playing (but not too loud) and the wine is good. The pizza is bomb. I usually don't eat the crust but ate every single bite. Had the Mt Vesuvius and it had a nice kick and tons of flavor.

Chaim M.

Yelp
No idea what Bohemian is but the pizza is fire. Bundle up if you're sitting on the heated patio on a cold day, but the pizza will warm you up just fine.

Yonne C.

Yelp
This gem of a Pizza & Bar in Tulsa made it feel like I was somewhere in Paris in 1899, the only thing missing was Nicole Kidman with Ewan Mcgregor singing a part from Moulin Rouge. Brick oven pizza was delicious, simple yet tasty!!! The service was top notch and very friendly. Great spot to break up the city scape!!!

Joanna M.

Yelp
There is limited street parking in front of the restaurant so you will likely be walking a bit. For dinner, you will want reservations especially if you have a group. Be prepared because we had a reservation at 7pm for 5 people and weren't seated at our table until 7:35pm so if you have something else going on afterwards this might not be the place to have dinner beforehand. There also isn't space for people to wait. The checkin should be outside in front so people are crowded in the small entry and right on people seated at the tables. I have been here a few times because the food is good but each time the customer service/management piece has been missing. We have had something weird happen with to go orders in the past. Everyone in the group enjoyed the food, several pizzas and a pesto pasta. Once we were seated, our waiter got our orders going right away and we didn't have a long wait to get our food. My pizza was great (good gluten free crust and vegan cheese) but the wait even with a reservation and general experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Amber B.

Yelp
We also had the roasted artichoke hummus, in addition to the pizza and drinks. The hummus was delicious. I also had a strawberry fields forever. Gypsy rose is more sweet with a slight tough of tart added to it. Strawberry fields forever is along the lines of a Moscow mule in my opinion. This is a place to expect a slower dining experience. If you're in a rush, perhaps try for lunch or to-go. I do recommend making a reservation in advance if at all possible. Otherwise, you may have a long wait or be unable to get a table if you don't go early. We went on Sunday night around 5:30 (with a reservation) and there were open tables. The pizza is always delicious. I had the Isle of Capri, which has a much crisper crust than my boyfriends Mount Vesuvius. The environment of the restaurant is much more intimate than some other dining options. They have 3 small dining areas - the patio (with warmers and blankets for the colder months), and two inside dining areas. Limited staff so you may not get assistance as quickly as you would in other restaurants with large staff.

Barb O.

Yelp
I was on the hook to bring appetizers for my monthly dinner group. We were having Italian and I wanted an antipasto plate. OMG!!! This place made the best antipasto appetizer I've had in Tulsa. Great variety of meets, cheeses, olives, etc. and perfect amount for four people to share.

Belinda E.

Yelp
I was a part of 7 and we came on a Saturday night at 5:30. We started with artichoke hummus, a bottle of cab and a lavender gin drink. Then we all ordered a pizza. Note, one pizza serves two, we had plenty of leftovers lol. The service was outstanding. The drinks were small though. The pizza was good. The atmosphere was excellent. We are on the patio.

Debra K.

Yelp
It's been a while since we've been to Bohemian. I always think Sunday afternoons are the best here. The staff is amazing, from the hostess to the bartenders to the kid bussing tables. We both wanted a half salad but the server told us we should just order the full salad and split it. It was cheaper. We also ordered the Paloma Picasso which had just the right amount of bite. We also ordered a pie, Craigie's Angry Bee (Canadian bacon, San Marzano tomato sauce, pepperoncinis, calabrese peppers, Dutch fontina & topped with a honey drizzle.). Totally delicious. I have never had a pizza here I did not adore. We won't wait so long before we return. Maybe it won't be 100 degrees and we can sit outside.

Priscilla R.

Yelp
Went to Bohemian pizza place recently, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately drawn to the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The multiple sections of the restaurant added a sense of intimacy, making it perfect for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. The menu at Bohemian is a pizza lover's dream come true. I opted for the QUATTRO FORMAGGI pizza with an additional Canadian bacon topping, and I was not disappointed. The ability to completely customize the pizza to my liking was a definite plus. The presentation of the pizza was impressive, with each slice looking like a work of art. But it wasn't just the appearance that impressed me; it was the taste that truly blew me away. The flavors of the pizza were perfectly balanced, with the richness of the cheese beautifully complemented by the fresh rosemary. The combination was a symphony of deliciousness, leaving me craving more with every bite. What sets Bohemian apart from other pizza places in the area is their commitment to offering unique and inventive pizzas. The menu boasts a variety of options that are sure to cater to every palate. I appreciated the opportunity to step out of the traditional pizza choices and try something new and exciting. One thing that stood out during my visit was the quality of the ingredients. The freshness was evident in every bite, and it made a noticeable difference in the overall taste. I can confidently say that I would choose Bohemian over other local favorites without hesitation. The service at Bohemian was impeccable. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. My pizza arrived in a timely manner, piping hot and at the perfect temperature. Would love to go back and hangout on their very cute patio.

Mandi M.

Yelp
I AM A VEGAN! I DON'T EAT MEAT! I DON'T EAT CHEESE. East Village Bohemian Pizzeria is very accommodating to my diet. Several of their pizzas are vegetarian to begin with and they have vegan cheese. It was very easy for me to find something to eat there. I even got to enjoy dessert because they had dairy free limoncello sorbet. You just made a customer for life.

Maxwell S.

Yelp
What an exquisite restaurant! Recently my husband and I had the pleasure of dining here on the beautiful patio. We Absolutely love the Spinach and Artichoke Scarpetta (it's the best in the city). The people who work there are so cute and on top of everything. You have to try the pizza our favorite is the Quatro Formaggio and they have authentic Cacio e Pepe. We will have to stop by for lunch to try the beef sandwich our waiter told us about. If you want the most delectable pizza in Tulsa you need to stop by.

Beatrice H.

Yelp
With a dairy allergy, I'd all but given up pizza, but the Bohemian -- Best vegan cheese pizza in town. My fave was Craigie's angy bee with the vegan cheese.

Sunni D.

Yelp
The food, the atmosphere and the service are TOP SHELF...much like the Hunter S. Thompson! My go to for dates with my lovely wife. Even spent our anniversary evening there.

Laura P.

Yelp
The food was amazing! My group split the baked spinach & artichoke scarpetta, the Bohemian brussels sprouts, and the Queen Margherita pizza. All of it was so good. The service was also stellar. It's such a neat little place. Very cozy. There is also an outside eating area. I'm already planning my next visit!

Kris W.

Yelp
Great experience at East Village. Service was perfect, attentive, but not rushed. Food was delicious, best artichoke spinach dip I've ever had. Loved the unique pizza options.

Tyrone S.

Yelp
To be honest the pizza here is great and they have vegan options as well for my wife, but I have them a 3 for service. One day I ordered to go from the bar area and the staff wasn't very friendly or attentive so It wasn't a experience. Another time the service was excellent. So consistency is the issue. Food though excellent

Ethan W.

Yelp
Great! Food was fresh and delicious! Customer service was excellent. Music sounds great and everything else was cosy! Came from Bartlesville for this, worth it!

Nikki Y.

Yelp
this is the second time we've been here in a month we live in Los Angeles, and I do have to say I find this pizza one of the best pizza I've ever had The tomatoes were juicy and delicious. The crust was incredible. The salads are great. I can't wait to come back here the next time I'm in Tulsa.

Talisha M.

Yelp
Phenomenal food! Nothing we had was below amazing. Tried the meatballs, bohemian salad, mofaletta sandwich, the MT Vesuvius pizza, the arugula pizza, and the s'mores pizza...soooo good all of it. Great service too. Super cute place.

Sarah W.

Yelp
This elegant and upscale pizzeria is one of a kind! Their extensive ingredient list allows you to build your own pizza with anything you could imagine. My favorite toppings include fresh figs, arugula, ricotta, buffalo mozzarella, balsamic glaze, and parmesan. Start off your meal with a caprese salad or the spinach and artichoke scarpette, and one of their awesome cocktails!

Frances M.

Yelp
Food was just okay. My cacio e pepe was fair. My husband did nor enjoy his pizza. My son enjoyed his pizza with the honey drizzle. Bread that came with cacio pepe was small and non too interesting. There are other local pizza places out there.

Ali D.

Yelp
Food was delicious made a reservation and specifically told them I wanted inside and got there and they put us outside in the blasting heat. I asked them to be inside and they said they couldn't. Almost went somewhere else bc it's miserable. Don't enjoy this in the summer! No tables inside even if you ask!

Hailey P.

Yelp
This might be some of the best pizza and pasta I've ever had in my life. I ordered the margarita pizza and it has got to be the most fresh pizza I've had. The tomato's were amazing, the cheese, and don't even get me started on the delicious crust. My friend built her own pizza with ricotta, mozzarella, figs, and walnuts. She was raving about this combination and said you have to try the figs!! On top of that my other friend got the cacio e pepe. It was easily one of my top 5 favorite pastas I've ever tried. The noodles were fresh, the sauce was light. Everything was to die for. We also tried the moscato, the lime daiquiri, and the most amazing gypsy rose drink!!! Definitely a must in Tulsa... every single time you have the chance.

Thomas B.

Yelp
My new favorite pizza. Very different than any other pizza in town. Small inside so it typically has a wait but cool place to sit and eat

Marquess D.

Yelp
Amazing food and my wife loves the cocktail menu. We have had a many of date night there.

Emily B.

Yelp
Better get there early on a Friday evening. We got there just in the nick of time at 5:00 because they said they were booked for the rest of the evening until 9pm. There is a really cool, hipster patio seating too for the more temperate months. We ordered bruschetta as an appetizer. It was really good. For our pizza we ordered the angry bee. It was definitely the star and I would order again and again. The honey drizzle was the shizzle!!

Buck W.

Yelp
Tried this place for lunch and it is one of Tulsa's best pizzas. I look forward to trying it for dinner too.

Madeline E.

Yelp
EVBP is one of our favorite spots in Tulsa. The service is always great and the pizzas are great to share and delicious. My favorite is the bruschetta or the fungi pizza, and their artichoke dip is to die for!

Ella F.

Yelp
We have been looking at this place for months and finally decided to go! We loved it! The food is true Italian! The drinks are delicious! Jayni was the best! She was attentive and was very in-tuned to our needs! When the staff makes you feel comfortable, it makes all the difference! I love feeling of this place I can't wait to go back!
