I heard they just opened up here on Grant Rd and Oracle, they were previously serving in the Tohono O’Odham swap meet. Was bored staying home so decided to come here for take out. Got the Parillada (1 lb meat + fixing) for $23 and one goat taco ($2.50 +$1= $3.5). We were allowed to choose hot to 3 types of meat for the Parrillada so we picked Carne Asada + Carnitas + crispy Tripas. She did ask us what tortillas we wanted, we said flour so we assumed we were getting tortillas with the paradilla but when we went home no tortillas to be found. I guess they forgot it, no worries, we got our own tortillas at home and put the meat in. I mixed in a little of the carne asada, Tripas, and carnitas in one taco and it was good! They asked us if we wanted the Tripas soft or crispy so we said crispy! Crispy Tripas is good just a little greasy. The carne asada is ok, could be better if they had wood/ charcoal grilled it. The goat taco was good, the meat was tender, it is an acquired taste, so if you don’t like gamey meat maybe this is not for you since it cost $1 more than regular taco. The lime provided was tiny and dry, hardly any juice coming out but no worries, we grabbed some lemon from our backyard and we were good to go. I’m glad to support local mom and pop shop during this difficult time, will you?
