The 29 Best Restaurants In The Hamptons - New York - The Infatuation

"With its huge food menu and impressive list of wine and cocktails, Elaia is the best Greek restaurant in the Hamptons. But besides all the great dips, spreads, and seafood, we like coming here just to hang out. With floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of candles and flowers, it’s a lovely space for a date night, or even a low-key dinner with the dozen people in your house. For tables of eight or more, the family-style Greek feast is a good option, starting at $85 per person." - melissa kravitz hoeffner

12 Great Summer Dining Spots in the Hamptons

"A romance with Greek cuisine plays well on the beachy East End, and this intimate spot adds local flair to Hellenic favorites. Starters include chilled horiatiki yogurt soup studded with cucumbers and tomatoes; grilled octopus plated with fava beans; and roasted beets with pistachios, clementines, Greek yogurt, and balsamic vinaigrette. Larger plates run the gamut from grilled branzino to lamb shank." - Beth Landman

Best Restaurants in Hamptons for July 4th Weekend | Eater NY

"The Hellenic favorite Elaia has become more energetic with a DJ and dancing on Saturday nights and the start of Sunday brunch; beyond staples like saganaki, moussaka and grilled octopus, I appreciated unique selections such as pork sausage flavored with orange peel and braised lamb and beef meatballs in a cumin-scented tomato sauce." - Beth Landman

Beautiful evening to enjoy sitting outside! We ordered a few things to share. The zucchini chips were so good! In fact everything was just delicious. I suggest making a reservation. This place is worth going out of your way for. Staff was great! I'll b returning 😋.

04/20/25 Some of the best food I've had in years. A lively and welcoming environment for sure. I dined for happy hour at the bar. I enjoyed the lamb tacos and the meatballs. I will definitely be back to try the branzino! Thank you for a wonderful Easter!♥️

Google
Great place to get a quick bite. Their happy hour is worth checking out. Really good kalamari. I’d recommend getting some pita for the halloumi appetizer so you can really enjoy that fig jam. My only issue is that out of the dozen oysters we got, 10 had multiple pieces of shell in them. Talk about a rough shuck! I’d still come back though.

This is a great restaurant. Food is good. Better than most places out East if you're more into food, rather than a scene. The food is traditional Greek, tasty and fresh. The ambiance and bar is also very nice. It is family and kid friendly. There is a small outdoor seating area, however, the front of the restaurant is an open space concept so you will still get fresh air even if you're inside. I highly recommend a lot of small plates and share family style. We even shared one of the larger plates along with all the small plates.

Everything about stepping into Elaia is a joy. From the welcoming manager, Mike who is as gracious and kind as an old friend. To Langdon and his delicious, infamous cocktail creations. But, the true star of the show and why I am writing today is to highlight their chef, the gastronomist genius who is, Tommy. As a former food blogger in the city who resides now mainly out East I have to say one thing I find lacking out here in our beautiful hamlet are our restaurants. You can fight me on it, go ahead. Many restaurants I frequent will be ok the first time and disastrous the second. But Elaia is consistently fresh, delectable and inventive new dishes coming weekly courtesy of the brilliance of chef Tommy. I always go for happy hour where the salad is so light and refreshing it feels like you are biting into spring. Oysters that are consistently fresh, shucked with no shell ever and a refreshing new take on mignonette with just a hint of jalapeno that somehow never deter from the delicacy of the shellfish. Saganaki that doesn’t even feel like it was fried, so light and fluffy yet melts into my mouth often bringing me to fromage heaven even though I’ve had it a million times before. Tommy is also always so attentive with us, going the extra mile each time we are there, “making us feel special as one of his regulars.” No matter how bad the day we always leave Elaia happy. Between Mike’s warmth, Langdon’s cocktails to wash it all down and Tommy’s triumphs as resident gastronome, this is the only restaurant in the Hamptons I can tell you whole-heartedly should not be missed. (Will add more photos of food later, think I'm too busy inhaling to take pictures;).

Place was very cozy. Food was super fresh and delicious, well balanced not too salty. Getting hungry only by remembering that delicious meal, will definitely return.

Google
The food was extraordinary. Fish fresh. None of the food was over-salted (common problem these days). Service fantastic. Simple flavorings which can be a philosophy when the food is high quality and fresh. The feta tasted better than most — again the low salt content allowed for the flavors to surface. Spreads home made and first rate.

AMAZING. Sat at the bar on a Sunday evening. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing - do not miss the zucchini chips!! The service was also spectacular. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in.

Yelp
Elaia Estiatorio in East Hampton, NY, turned our dinner into a Mediterranean dream. My daughter, wife, and I embarked on a Greek culinary journey that left us stuffed and delighted. We started with individual spreads of Melitzanosalata and Tzatziki, like a one-two punch of flavor. The Melitzanosalata was smoky and smooth, while the Tzatziki was a garlicky, creamy delight. Paired with the warm, pillowy pita, they were a match made in appetizer heaven. We also committed a drive-by with the manouri and kasseri cheese stuffed zucchini blossoms, tempura'ed to crispy perfection and served with mint and aioli. These delicate flowers, filled with cheesy goodness, were so light and airy they almost floated off the plate to Ēlýsion. We shared the KotoPoulo Souvlaki and Moussaka. The KotoPoulo Souvlaki, with its juicy grilled chicken skewers and vibrant veggies, was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. I'm always amazed it's paired with a salty yogurt cucumber dip (Tzatziki). It sounds so horrible in Western society, but it is quite the perfect match. The Moussaka, a hearty blend of eggplant, ground meat, and creamy béchamel, was the ultimate comfort food. Elaia Estiatorio has amazing food and the bar service was great. They transferred our food and wine to the table when it was ready, and I kept thinking we were kinda ignored by the waiter as our wine sat on the table instead of an ice bucket. My daughter and wife didn't seem to care. We felt transported straight to Greece without the need for a passport. We don't have a fine-dining Greek restaurant in Melbourne, Florida, and we should.

Yelp
best authentic greek food in the hamptons. Really great spot, they have space heaters for outside seating and allow dogs outside. Street parking a plenty. Get the kabobs plate here. If you're looking for something unique and special, evenings here are great, the lighting sets the mood for a wonderful experience.

Yelp
Food was just OK. Service was awful. Friday night at 6:30 they have a DJ blasting music making it hard to hear other people at the table. Asked the waiter if they could turn it down but refused. Water wasn't refilled. Rookie staff.

Yelp
Great service but the kitchen needs to get their act together on meats. Do yourself a favor and get a fish dish. The fish dishes looked and smelled amazing. I got the Bifteki. First it was overcooked, then it came out RAW, and then completely overcooked. I felt so bad for our server who was the nicest person. Holly did everything right in my book and so did the manager. The Medusa cocktail was a nice spin off and espresso martini. It reminded me of those chocolate orange balls you get in the supermarket. B+ rating Their Oktopodi Skaras was pretty good. The ambiance is nice and dimly lit with an up beat party music to it. I will consider giving this place another try. I'll probably listen to my own advice and get the Branzino next time.

Yelp
We had a both terrific meal & and excellent service by our waiter Angelo. The zucchini chips are a must as is the grilled haloumi cheese. The kleftiko was fork tender and flavorful. The chicken souvlaki was perfectly grilled, tasty and moist , served with tzatziki Greek fries. As they say in Greek, Nostimo! The owner Sofia came by and welcomed us. Angelo was the consummate professional. We will be back!

Yelp
I live in Montauk but I make it my mission to stop into Elaia whenever I find myself running errands in Bridgehampton. I try to coordinate my visits with the happy hour menu because small plates are only $12. With a deal like that, I don't hold back and have sampled most of the exciting and flavorful dishes. Besides having excellent and authentic Greek food and wines, the ambience is cool, yet cozy. The staff is always engaging but professional, which is a tone clearly set by the manager, Mike. More than a manager, Mike is most often found at the front door greeting guests. He is the first and last person you see -- always making sure everything was perfect. It always is!

Yelp
The food is fantastic. The lamb chops and roast potatoes and fish dishes are incredible. The starters are all fantastic. Desert is off the charts fantastic with this orange almond honey soaked cake taking the cake. You'll love the food. I'm afraid the service is a bit off tho. It's def slow. The waiters aren't always as focussed and attentive as maybe you'd like. Perhaps this is the Greek Island vibe. After a while I guess you give in to it and maybe it forces you to relax. It's not a deal breaker because the food is so good. But it all depends on your needs and requirements. I guess if you were a needy person who likes attention showered on them by wait staff, then when you're seated, kindly declare this to your waiter. Enjoy.

Yelp
My notes say, "A"... I don't think it's a letter grade. I think it was late and I drank a lot so I must've lost my train of thought. So yeah... not extremely helpful. But now, repurposing my typsy ramblings, I give this place an "A"! Their outside, covid-era, seating wasn't 100% perfect, but it really worked for us. We were warm and we felt the love from the staff. And alcohol doesn't hurt. And great cusiine doesn't hurt as well... Yes, that's rabbit in the picture (a special). Not for everyone, but if you had tasted it I guaranteed it would've been for you. And the ubiquitous Greek lamb chops. Certainly among the best we've had. It was all-around very well prepared and border-line special food. Excellent evening...

Yelp
My husband and I came here while it was still warm out in early October to enjoy dinner on a Saturday evening outside. We were able to bring our puppy with us since we sat outside. The service was great and the food quite good. I think the pricing is what you'd expect for the food and location so no real complaints there. We ordered 2 glasses of Greek wine each, I asked our server for a recommendation for what tasted most like Cabernet and she suggested a great option for us. For our meal, we got 2 appetizers and 2 entrees as well as the Baklava for dessert. I ordered the foie gras as my appetizer, which was delicious. The grape accompaniment went perfectly. I had not had this in a while since we haven't been eating out as much so it was nice to have some again. My husband ordered the octopus appetizer which looked equally good For our mains, I ordered the souvlaki which was juicy. The pita bread/tzatziki were delicious as were the Greek style fries. And my husband ordered the Saganaki, which was gluten free and he enjoyed a lot. The baklava was huge and since it's not gluten free I got to eat it all by myself to finish off the meal. We would definitely return.

Yelp
SO glad we came here tonight. Had heard mixed reviews when they first opened and was having trouble getting a reservation initially because they would randomly be closed - but SO glad we decided to give it another shot. They only had reservations at 5:45 or 9:30 on a Saturday night during off season which was surprising so we opted for the 5:45 and boy are we glad we did! Until 6:30 they do a $39 3 course pre-fixe which was a great deal and delicious. I got he octopus for starter (+10) but it was a nice size and flavor (I wasn't expecting the vegetables underneath to be cold so that was a bit surprising but the capers added a really nice flavor). My husband got the saganaki which was also really nice but surprisingly not very warm. For the table we opted for the zucchini fritters appetizer which was amazing, though slightly expensive for the portion at $25. For our mains, I got the Manitaria Saganaki which was unbelievable, I wasn't sure what to expect but the variety of mushrooms were so unique and delicious. My husband got the Souvlaki which had a yummy and somewhat sweet flavor. Honestly it was perfect to mix the chicken into my dish with the mushrooms and rice. The portions are big so we're really glad we can home with leftovers. For dessert, we both opted for the orange cake which had the consistency of moist sour cream cake. I wasn't sure what to expect and was blown away. Excited for this spot ti become a new go-to!

Yelp
Great food, great ambiance and even better hospitality!! Highly recommend. Stopped by here on our way out from a long day, sat at the bar had some laughs with Rino. Highly recommend the chicken shawarma and cheese saganaki

Yelp
Wanted to try somewhere new in the hamptons this time around. We came across this place through Yelp and decided to give it a try. My friends and I went around 5pm not knowing it would be happy hour. We were immediately seated at the bar and started with apps. We got the eggplant spread (7/10) and the saganaki appetizer (10/10). For drinks we all had the Sofia (named after the owner's wife) who happened to be seated there too - she was so friendly! For mains we had the chicken skewers (8/10) with pita and the mushroom risotto (10/10). Overall great experience, the waiters and bartenders were super nice and really made the experience for us. Definitely will be visiting again soon!

Yelp
This is a lovely restaurant. Each time I visit I feel as if I am on vacation. The service and food are always good as well as the cocktails. I am always accommodated and the staff could not be better at service. I am a repeat customer and always leave happy and satisfied.

Yelp
Had a pretty bad experience here recently. Management did not handle a raucous large party properly. The large party, about 12 people, was super loud, singing and yelling and disturbing all the other patrons. Management ignored the obvious problem despite complaints. Our party of four could not talk to each other because of the racket. We were forced out without any apology from the management or effort to rectify. Too bad because the food was expensive but good.

Yelp
Great place for a birthday party. We had fun and the food & drinks were awesome. Service was also excellent.

Yelp
All I can say is wow. This restaurant hits 10/10 in every regard. The quality and authenticity of the food is unlike any other Greek restaurant I've seen in the U.S.. Everything is authentic - from the music, to the wine, to the cocktails, to the Decor. I was in Greece for a month last summer and being in Elaia reminded me of being back in Greece. Tip: visit Elaia on a Wednesday and order the "Kleftiko". It's a Greek style lamb shank that is literally to die for.

Yelp
Lovely restaurant with a warm, welcoming vibe! We just went for a drink and ordered some small bites. Sat at the bar and got to watch the artistry of the bartender at work! The cocktails were absolutely delicious as were the appetizers but I felt the pricing was definitely on the high side even by NYC standards! Maybe check them out during happy hour? Worth a visit!

Yelp
Excellent dinner. Prix fixe menu. Fava bean hummus, Greek salad, octopus, mushroom stew, branzino, greens, all excellent. Baklava a little dry, possibly stale. Great atmosphere, wonderful service. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Had the lamb chops lemon potatoes and fried zucchini chips appetiser. Great food. Good service. Nice ambiance.

Yelp
This is going to be a long review, so if you take anything away from it, let it be that this was the best octopus I've ever had in my life. We arrived here a half hour early for our reservation and elected to sit at the bar. AMAZING amazing cocktails. Very expensive but if you're in the mood to savor a cocktail then I highly recommend. The drink menu was given to us via iPad for Christ's sake. When we sat at the bar, my boyfriend mentioned it was my birthday, and not just a couple minutes after it seemed like the entire staff knew, which was great. After sitting at our table and being offered bread with whipped feta (mmmm) we ordered a bunch of food to share. Dips, greens, lemon potatoes, keftedes, octopus. It was plenty of food without being overwhelming. Flavors were absolutely on point, everything was super fresh and cooked perfectly. I'd really come back again just for that octopus--it was THAT good. So tender!! Richard, our server, was patient, fun, helpful, and pleasant. He was great. All of the staff are super welcoming aside from being so eager to sing happy birthday lol. While the price will keep me from coming back frequently, Elaia is now my go-to for special occasion dinners and drinks. I'd love to come back in to try an entree. I've heard wonderful things about their branzino.
google avatar

Yelp
This restaurant always delivers!! Ariel was our server and she literally made the already wonderful experience even better! This restaurant may have the best, most consistent food in The Hamptons! Thank you for making our evening wonderful!

Donna K.

Yelp
Ambience is nice. Service is vey good. The food is just ok. Salad is overpriced and nothing special. Greek lemon potatoes are average, I actually have had a lot better. Lamb chops were cooked well but needed more flavor. The vegetables that came with the lamb were delicious but wish there was more of them. Generally Overpriced and mediocre

Yelp
Omg what an incredible, pleasant experience! Everything from start to finish was wonderful here. Outstanding service, beautiful bar, authentic and very esthetic, inviting decor, and very memorable wine and food! We originally had an OpenTable reservation but opted to sit at the bar for dinner instead and we had a very delightful, indelible experience. Our bartender/server was very helpful in helping us with our menu options and recommended a delicious wine to pair with our choices. The bread with the fresh olives were amazing. We had mussels to start and though they were very good, they were nothing to write home about. A bit dry and slightly chewy, we've had better. My husband had a steak entree that he really enjoyed and I chose a seafood orzo dish that was delicious. We finished off with 2 complimentary dessert wines that were fabulous. My favorite part of the entire experience was when a certain Greek song played, the entire staff would start clapping and dancing to à la Mediterranean style, while leading all the patrons to join in as well. So much fun! We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Went there on a quiet weeknight. Food and service were excellent. When out of season, terrific place to go

Yelp
A lovely restaurant in Bridgehampton. Great outdoor seating, delicious food. The chicken souvlaki is succulent and moist. The spaghetti with lemon flavoring is delicious. While the portions on the appetizers were stingy, they were very good especially the zucchini chips and tzaziki. One complaint - they give very little pita with the tzakiki and if you ask for more they charge quite a bit. At such a nice and expensive restaurant that's just cheap and unwarranted. But overall an excellent meal at a great restaurant. If we are back in the Hamptons we will be sure to return.

Vlada G.

Yelp
Too expensive for overcooked regular food. Limited menu, kids size portions, food is not great. 1 portion of salad cost $23 and consist of 3 slices of cucumber and 2 cherry tomatoes. $28 pan fried octopus was away too overcooked and had 10 tiny 1/4 inch cut octopus pieces. $84 lamb chops didn't have any taste. Make your own conclusion. Save your money and find another place!!!!
google avatar

Ankush D.

Yelp
We tried the chicken skewer kabobs and you get roughly 5 cubes so the main focus of the dish is smaller considering the quantity, but the taste and hospitality is awesome. We also tried the orange cake dessert. Think of it like tres leches, but thick orange sauce on the bottom instead of the condensed sweet milk.
google avatar

Rita G.

Yelp
We love everything about this warm and romantic Greek restaurant. The food is fresh and exquisite in its simplicity. There is a steady buzz to the dimly lit dining room with twinkling tea lights. More recently, we've brought the experience home taking advantage of curbside pickup. We can't wait till it's time to visit and dine in again.

Yelp
Firstly I must mention to you that my friends and I, we like trying new cuisines & flavours, we go out for food at least twice a month and we usually don't pay over 100$ per person. I must also declare to you that we don't have strange willing on food. We decided to go to this restaurant as we wanted to eat traditional greek cuisine and we read for this place on Yelp.com It is located in Bridgehampton city. It's very easy to find it, and medium - easy to park your car. We parked our cars alone and I don't know if this service is free or you have to pay extra. We reached the place at about 7 pm and as we have made a reservation in advance we had no worries on waiting for free table. However the place was full to the half of it, strange and unusual thing for a sunny Saturday noon in our country. When you get in there is a welcoming host who helped us to get a table. There is also a man (the boss I think) who helps you find your reserved table and a woman holding a "PR" position. He was not friendly at all and as about her, she had an unpleasant looking on everyone all the time. The place has bright colors, beautiful design and it looks clean and tidy. I wouldn't say it is kid-friendly. Even if we don't have kids I should mention this. Despite the fact that has very big room, it is fulfilled of tables and there's no area for kids. The first thing that you will notice, which made us disappointed, was the very loud music, so loud we couldn't intimate conversation. The menu has no certain speciality, four kinds of salad similar the one to each other with no main difference. They serve appetizers (cold & hot dishes) like saganaki, tirokafteri, fava, tzatziki, greek fries, tiganita, octopus and typical main dishes you will find in every greek tavern like chicken souvlaki and lamb chops. They also have deserts but we didn't even ordered and I can't say anything on this. You can choose on drinking wine, ouzo, beer or sodas. The order for 5 persons was: greek salad, tiganita, octopus, 3 choices of meze, feta saganaki, spinach pie, meatballs, I and we split 2 branzinos, 1 kakavia and 1 portion of lamp chops, I don't think that any of the dishes made in the real-time...the temperature of the food was good but I am sure they used microwave oven. The quality was terrible and the taste was even more worse, salmon raw, 1 branzino overcooked, 1 branzino very small, just kakavia was ok but still it is nothing unusual, special or exciting. The quantity on each dish was unpleasantly moderate. We drunk wine which was served chilled but taste was very bad, even known that it is Greek place you should add some good quality wines. Server was very helpful, brought few times to taste different wines but they all were even worse. The service was absolutely amazing, our server Katie was very helpful, professional and tried to make our night better. She made a dance in Greek style "opa" and the whole restaurant become alive and happy. If you ever decide to visit this place ask her to be your server. The price is not comparable to the food - too much money. In conclusion the whole experience was not good, I would never go again to this place for any reason and I don't recommend this restaurant, not even to my worst enemy. My whole experience usually is absolutely opposite, the service usually is bad but food is good, here unfortunately they have an amazing staff but very poor quality of food.

Yelp
Excellent food and well served portions. Highly recommended. Definitely coming back! Meatballs and the lamb Burger were really good!

Yelp
I really never write reviews, but dinner last night was wonderful in every way--the service, the food, the atmosphere--and a wine list that includes one of our favorite wines, Biblia Chora Ovilos White. We had the Branzino and Lamb Chops as our entrees, the village salad and octopus to start and the loukoumades (two rounds, yes, two rounds) to finish off the meal. Take it from a Greek, first-generation, who goes back to Greece often--they are the real deal. A superb meal.
google avatar

John W.

Yelp
The food here is amazing. The lamb chops, the roasted chicken, the fried cheese, the hummus, all so amazing! The only reason for four and not five stars is the very load and annoying music.

Christopher R.

Yelp
Best Greek Food In The Hampton's, Period. We walked in and were told it would be a few minutes for our table, so we hung out at the gorgeous bar and sipped on some cocktails. The hostess then came to seat us about 10 minutes later, menus in hand. Our server today, Scott, was very nice and we'll intentioned, but he forgot our bread, which was probably the last thing I needed anyway. As appetizers, we all ordered Horatiki (Greek) salads, which were fantastic, though the feta cheese needed a little more seasoning. For the mains I ordered the Kakavia (fish stew) and that was fantastic, a 10 good. My friend ordered the Salmon, which was delicious, and had a nice crust on it, but could have used a touch more salt while her fiancée ordered the blank whole black bass, which he said was simple but good. Overall, I had a great meal and despite the minor service mishaps, a fantastic meal. Bravo.
google avatar

T G.

Yelp
Just wanted to say that for the prices some of y'all are complaining about paying, understand that the much of the meat on the menu is grass fed and/or pasture raised. The octopus you ate at dinner? That wasn't just defrosted and put in a microwave. You cannot expect to pay chump change for better quality ingredients. They use olive oil to cook, for example, which costs 2-3x than soybean and canola oil which most of the cheaper restaurants are using. in Greece, oil oil is used for everything and has so many health benefits (can you say the same about GMO soybeans???). I've been to Calissa in Water Mill which is nearby and they are also expensive (and the menu is very much Mediterranean just like this place). You get what you pay for. This is an upscale restaurant with upscale ingredients, not a fast food take-out!
google avatar

Peter K.

Yelp
This place has horrible customer service. We called about an hour before we would arrive and were told it would be about an hour give or take and would not take a name down. When we showed up we were told another hour wait possibly nothing for the night. When we inquired about the estimate over the phone we were told that things constantly change and they can't take names down over the phone because walk ins come in all the time. They stated that that there's a "three" month wait for reservations. They regard walk-ins more important than a guaranteed table of 8! The hostess had bad attitude and would even attempt to accommodate something and so did the manager. Very disappointed.

Corrado M.

Yelp
Nice ambiance , good service, great bartender ; but we are all three ( me , my friend John and my girl friend) sick from last night dinner at the bar. We are debating which dish it was, since we share all the courses, we think was the fish Too bad, I like the place but we will never go back
google avatar

Jill S.

Yelp
Terrible. Laughably awful service. Mediocre food. Forgot our appetizers altogether and when we asked to speak to the manager, we were greeted with a "someone wants to talk to me?" Attitude from a nasty woman who promptly came over and walked away. AVOID this place. Horrid.

Yelp
We went to this place with high hopes , the day after Christmas - only to find out it is a disorganized mess - that serves frozen premade Greek food, tasteless, and gross - service - terrible - we waited almost an hour when they were fairly empty for our main courses - they ran out of soup, dessert, had no bread, didn't bother to even say a word as to what was taking so long - my fluke was gross, clearly reheated frozen mess - covering the same tasteless filling that was in the reheated frozen spanakopita- chopped spinach and feta- They ran out of baklava, they substituted gummy hard rice pudding - We were never offered bread, we could barely get water - almost had to get up and chase down a waitress for it - and maybe they are on they way out of business because the place was freezing - all I can say is you go there at your own risk - don't say you haven't been warned

Yelp
I came here to celebrate my fathers birthday. We've been in Bridge for over a month and have brought our service dog to dinner every night. This restaurant made my dad, on his birthday, take our service dog home. The maitre'd acknowledged this was against the law but their restaurant policy did not allow for a legally required service dog in the restaurant. I hope my dad does not have a seizure during dinner.

Yelp
We were a group of five, most were first-timers to this outstanding Bridgehampton dining spot. Combined, we sampled a large variety of the authentic Greek offerings -- most were memorable. Starting with their five dips or spreads is a delightful intro to some unique tastes. I especially enjoyed the Brussels sprouts salad and loved the grilled octopus -- both were shared as appetizers with other happy members of our group. The Moussaka was dynamite -- perfectly prepared, flavorful and the shared portion was more than enough to round out a delicious meal -- yes we skipped the dessert after a very satisfying feast. Try it.

Yelp
Major rip off. $98 for fish. $28 for 4 little tiny squid and $21 for 3 small zucchini balls. They changed their menu and prices to become an obnoxious Hamptons restaurant, except they don't have the quality of food and service to back it up. If you cannot get into any other restaurants, this is the only pathetic place to go if you have no choice since they always have available tables. Otherwise, you are getting essentially cafeteria food for ridiculous prices.

Yelp
Outstanding ! Service was spot on and management actually pays attention to everything. The manager Reno is hands on and very attentive to all of the customers needs. A few things could be tweaked but all in all this is and exceptional dining experience.

Yelp
Great choice if you love Mediterranean/ Greek. The service is off the charts .The people are inviting and warm.As for a the ambiance it is everything and more. In the evenings when it gets dark out they create a dim lighting atmosphere which is perfect for a calm evening or date. The food is the best Greek I have ever had!!!some of there dishes originate from north Greece. Also most of their products are flown in from Greece with makes it authentic and true to its culture.By far my favorite place to eat out here. I highly recommend this place it's so worth it.

Yelp
So it really annoys me when you walk into a restaurant that is half Empty on a Thursday night post season and the hostess says you can sit at the bar which had only one choice of seats by the door or plan B was a small table under the limelight in the middle of the open bar space I get that they want to feel busy but we pay the same amount of money to come on a Saturday night as a Thursday so why don't we get a choice of tables at offers us privacy we walked out of the restaurant they still don't get it's

Yelp
Everything about Elaia was outstanding! The food was delicious, the service was friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was spot-on relaxed upscale Mediterranean. Our food was amazing and authentic. The atmosphere is pleasant and sophisticated without being overwhelming, and we really felt ourselves in Greece both from the food and the atmosphere. Among the best, if not the best, Greek food I've had in the US. For the Hamptons, the price is reasonable -- this food, service, vibe would be proportionately similarly priced in Greece and the food is really truly amazing!

Yelp
If you want the best Greek in the Hamptons, this is the place. The vibe is beyond charming and feels like we just got off the boat to one of the best Greek islands. The menu is home style and every dish is better the the one before. A taste of the Greek life in the best of the Hamptons. And to top it all off the wine list from Greece is incredible. Just like the delicious menu, you want to try everything! The owners rock and we all know the Hamptons is not the easiest place to find good food. It's hit or miss out here but Elaia is a SMASH HIT!

Yelp
It all starts with the service. It does not disappoint. Excellent win and appetizer recommendations. Food was outstanding. Only miss, imho, was the bread. They could have sent this girl home beside herself from such a great restaurant. Bread is king and I think it needs to be addressed. Otherwise the whole night was perfect.

Yelp
Absolutely DELISH!!! The authentic flavors and contemporary combinations are genius... fresh tasty fish and lamb dishes are perfection! The ambiance is great and each visit has been fabulous. Birthday celebrations are especially fun!
