Yelp
Enoteca is an adult-oriented experience for sure. If you're coming to drink wine, I'm sure it's a five-star experience. I came with my family of six, ranging from 12-47 years old, and none of us were super pleased with the food.
First, there is nothing to drink but water, San Pellegrino, and homemade root beer and ginger ale. I loved the san pellegrino, personally, but the 12 and 15 year old wanted a Dr. Pepper. Haha. It was then that I scolded my mother for not looking at the menu more closely before making a reservation. I definitely wouldn't come to this restaurant if you have kids.
I had the Wine Auction pizza, and it was decent, but not great. Way too peppery, but I loved the grapes. I've had better pizzas at other restaurants. My boyfriend had a side of their mac n' cheese, and he didn't like it much. I tried it and agreed with him. Very bland and didn't even taste that cheesy. My mother, her sister, and I, all had the brussels sprouts as a side, and all three of us didn't like it at all. I was really sad about that too, because I love brussels sprouts. My mom and her sister had the Margarita pizza, and they enjoyed it. My 12 year old cousin had the spaghetti and meatballs, and he thought it was decent, but not great.
Overall, we wouldn't go back here. If I wanted to sit down at the bar and drink wine, I'd definitely come back. The ambiance was beautiful and low-lit, but the tables (and the restaurant) were pretty cramped. The bar area was beautiful, though. The service was good, though.
I know this restaurant has great reviews, so maybe we just ordered the wrong things, or maybe we just have bad taste! The price is way too high for the experience we had. Needless to say, we probably won't be back.
