The eggplant is so tender, you can cut through it with your finger (but it’s hot and you’re not a child so use a fork and knife). It’s topped with a creamy tomato-basil sauce and grated parmesan. If you enjoy mussels, sauteed calamari, and an ocean taste in a tomato sauce, get it.
