Came for the Wednesday all you can eat pasta, and you know what? For $30, it's a great deal! The portion sizes are modest, so between two people, it's absolutely possible to try all six that are on the menu, possibly with seconds if you're really hungry. But I love the value, love the variety, and the salads and focaccia (especially the marinara that came with the bread) were great! The pasta itself is decent, not amazing. Some pastas were a bit too chewy still (the Tuscan pesto had a few chewy, almost dry-interior pieces) while some were overcooked (the Alfredo linguine definitely was overcooked, and the pappardelle was too thin and soft). The bean ravioli--I appreciate the vegetarian option but the sauce was a bit too acidic and the beans with the ravioli was a jarring texture combo. The mac n cheese noodles were definitely overcooked, but that's probably because it was gluten free. The mac was my least favorite of the options. But the rest of them had great sauces. My husband's favorite was the pesto, while mine was either the brisket stroganoff or the alfredo, minus the overcooked pasta. Also, wish they'd sear the shrimp or something instead of just steaming or boiling them. Still, it was enjoyable. Good for when you need to carboload!
Service was good, then got slower as it got busy. If you want to maximize the amount you can eat, maybe go early... Also, note that when I made my reservation, the only slot available was 5:15, but when I showed up at the restaurant, it was very empty. So the reservation system can be deceiving! If you can't get a resy and can get there by 5:30-6 on Wednesday, you're probably good.
