Yelp
I have had Fuoco Pizzeria Napolotana bookmarked for a while.
We went with friends to the Pizzeria. It was a busy Saturday night, so there was a waitlist.
It took around half an hour until they called us, which was okay.
There were ample of parking spots, either behind the restaurant or in the street.
The Pizzeria has modern vibes. They also have the raditional brick oven which adds to the authentic ambience of the restaurant.
The menu includes calzone, panini, pizza, in addition to Gelato and desserts.
We were focusing on trying their pizza.
We ordered the following;
-Affumicata 5/5
Somked mozzarella, Tomato sauce and roasted mushrooms
-Contadina 5/5
Mozzarella, crumbled Italian sausage, bell peppers, and portobello mushrooms
-Quatro stagioni 5/5
Four sections pizza, Prosciutto, roasted mushrooms, ricotta , mozzarella and tomato sauce
-Funghi e salsiccia 5/5
Tomato sauce, mozzarella, roasted mushrooms and crumbled Italian sausage
-Vespa 5/5
Goat cheese, mozzarella, cup-n- char pepperoni, whole roasted garlic, topped with house made spicy honey
-Cappricciosa 5/5
Tomato sauce, Prosciutto, kalamata olives, artichoke, and roasted mushrooms
These are the restaurant's descriptions for each pizza.
We ended up sharing a piece from each to try them all, which was such a great idea!
The crust had perfect texture, the ingredients were very fresh and flavorful.
We ordered cannoli to go. Their Cannoli is a must! It has a golden crispy shell, filled with creamy and perfectly sweet filling with additional chocolate chips which enrich the flavor
The service was top notch. We had the best time at Fuoco Pizzeria Napolotana.
For sure we will come back again.
