"Genting Palace is an excellent example of old-world elegance defined by a formal, high-ceilinged room with generously spaced tables and floral accents that create a tranquil ambiance.  Chef Billy Cheng’s modern interpretations of Cantonese classics turn dinner here into a look back at what an elegant Las Vegas fine-dining experience once was, and can now be again. Guests gravitate towards the five-course chef’s tasting menu ($168) with wine pairings ($88) expertly curated by the restaurant’s sommelier. Chef Cheng’s chilled duck salad with black truffle sauce is a flavor sensation, and the Maine Lobster with three-cup sauce is a decadent and delicious treat." - Janna Karel, David Yeskel

"Genting Palace and the Genting Palace Lounge debuted when Resorts World opened in June of 2021. The Genting Palace Lounge was bold and modern, a contrast to the main restaurant which is enveloped by shades of white and cream, with delicate floral wall designs. The Genting Palace Lounge, accessible from the Hilton lobby inside Resorts World, featured a white marble bar top behind a row of bold red velvet bar stools. Low tables were surrounded by lounge chairs upholstered in boldly patterned fabrics that blended with the room’s speckled carpet. Walls of jade shelves and windows led to the glossy black jewel-box entrance. The Genting Palace restaurant behind the tiki bar will remain open." - Janna Karel

Hands down the best Asian cuisine in Las Vegas! The service here is second to none. They have an expansive drink and food menu with something that is sure to please any taste. The presentation is top-notch as well. I highly recommend this establishment for a fine dining experience that is sure to please. Located inside Resorts World.

We had a family dinner here to help celebrate our anniversary and the servers made it so much fun and the food was delicious! Viktor knew so much about the culture and history of the food and made it a great experience all around. They had some great cocktails as well: Mango margarita and the gin cocktail were my favs! My favorite appetizers were the seafood black truffle dumplings and the salt and pepper tofu (even though I’m not a huge tofu fan). The baked Chilean seabass had such great flavor and was cooked with a little crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The kung pao chicken, Genting Palace fried noodles (get it with the skinny noodles) and the yang chow fried rice were all delicious and crowd pleasers. Their desserts were absolutely delicious! The apple dumplings came out with smoke and the chai tea creme brulee was good but not as much chai flavor as I was hoping for. The dessert they brought out for our anniversary was my favorite though I have no idea what it was. The tea comes in a large teapot so you can share with the table and was so flavorful and delicious. Will definitely be back!

I had a delightful experience at Genting Palace for Restaurant Week's dinner. The service was impeccable, and the food arrived promptly. The ambiance was charming and added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. While I have a preference for salty dishes, the black pepper Angus beef tenderloin and stewed egg noodle with abalone were a bit too salty for my taste. Nonetheless, the flavors were rich and satisfying.

We made a reservation 6 weeks out to try this place, but they called and cancelled it the week prior to arrival without explanation. We had to rearrange several reservations to make it work, so that was definitely inconvenient. Atmosphere is quiet and elegant. Dishes are beautiful, service excellent and attentive. Wine list was good, but could have been better for this level of restaurant. We had the bbq pork/duck/pork belly sampler, roasted Chilean sea bass, and walnut prawns- all were very good. Dessert was a coconut cake/pineapple ice cream with meringue - also very good.

We celebrated my birthday here and had a fantastic meal. We began with Shrimp Har Gow with bamboo shoots. It was perfectly cooked with nice sized pieces of fresh shrimp. For our main course we ordered their traditional Peking Duck carved table-side and served in crepes with hoisin sauce, cucumber and scallion. They offered to make up the crepes for us which added to the treat. The skin was excellently crisp. Remains of duck carved and put into stir-fried rice. The crepes them made for us as we watched had just the right proportion of duck, cucumber, scallion and hoisin sauce. The duck was excellently cooked and rendered. The surprise unusual birthday desert had a thinly sliced pineapple fan on top of a scoop of pineapple sherbet covered with meringue. As can be seen in the image, Genting Palace had exquisite place settings. Their team provided outstanding service. The only peculiarity of the evening was that they charged $4 for ice in our (liquor) drinks, which in addition to be unusual at most high end restaurants, was not mentioned when we ordered them.

Google
Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. They really know how to cook all of the different seafood types. The service is unsurpassable. Their obviously well-trained staff was running like a well-oiled machine. We were treated to a pre-dinner shrimp ball appetizer and an after meal sesame rice ball. They even brought us a nice mango dessert for our anniversary! Everything tasted fantastic, and had all of their own individual flavors. Even the prices were good. The shrimp spring roll appetizers were delicious and the plum sauce served with it was obviously made fresh. This is definitely a go-to place to impress. Just the table settings alone make one feel as if you are the VIP. They have lots of a table of service entrees like duck and whole fish.

Google
Absolutely loved the quality of the food here! I wanted to try the pre fixed menu but had an allergy. The chef was able to recommend something that I could eat and it worked. That being said service was also very nice. Of the dishes I tried I enjoyed the sea bass the most. Don’t let the prices scare you away. Definitely recommend coming here even if it’s just once.

Yelp
Our group of eight had a wonderful meal here recently. We were seated at a large round table with what had to have been one of the biggest, and I'm sure heaviest, lazy Susans I've ever seen. That worked well to get the dishes moved from person to person, because other than the soups, we shared everything. Here's the rundown: Crispy vegan spring rolls - These were OK, but didn't stand out among the other dishes here. They were indeed crispy and not greasy, but needed something else for flavor. Hot and sour soup - One of the best examples of this dish I've ever had. Beautifully presented, and the flavors were a perfect blend of hot and sour as advertised. It was wonderful as it was, no soy sauce needed. Sichuan fish with pickled cabbage - A lively, spicy dish with tender fish and aromatic cabbage, this was delicious. The peppercorns definitely lended a prominent pepper flavor, distinct from the typical capsicum pod based heat. Three cup chicken - Generous pieces of chicken in an oil based sauce, this dish again featured strong but not overwhelming flavors of rice wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil, accented with basil. Kung pao chicken - Not just another Americanized instance of the dish, this one was definitely upscale in flavor and ingredients, with the usual peanuts and chicken, but everything was high quality in terms of freshness, the vegetables were precisely cut and in good balance with the sauce. Singapore fried vermicelli - I had not tried anything quite like this dish before. The addition of curry powder gave it a smoky and almost sweet flavor that is more like I'd expect from a Thai or even Indian dish, yet it wasn't so overpowering that the "curry haters" turned away from it. The noodles were very thin and perfectly cooked, making this a surprise dish that was really good. Overall, our experience was great, if a bit on the spendy side, but what isn't today?

Yelp
It would be 0/5 if Yelp has this option! Getting Away from this Place is more than appropriate name for this place. Avoid this place at all cost, unless you really want to pay $18 for a bowl (8 oz) of mediocre lukewarm hot and sour soup beside bland entrees. Our total bill for 3 person was $317.69 included $50 tip. It was totally underwhelmed and overpriced for a place named Resorts World. 5/5: for decor since they have various shades of my favorite color, green. 2/3: for overall services. Our party of three came in for dinner on Thursday, 12/26. They were really pushing us for the seafood buffet, I couldn't recall if it's $50 or $60 per person. We didn't because the selection was limited and sad: mussel and escargot were on ice, no additional seafood of any kind. Other entries were mostly covered in sauce looking soggy due to sitting out for too long. We asked for soy sauce, chili oil, and chili paste since everything were so bland; we were half way through our food until these condiments came out after we reminded them twice. The place wasn't busy at all between 6-7:30pm. 1/5: for overall food quality and taste. Sichuan Hot And Sour Soup, 18.00, 8oz: they didn't offer big bowl family style to share so we decided to only get a bowl to see if we liked it. I'm so glad we only got one. It's a crime to charge this much for 8oz of mediocre soup, even for a place located inside the casino on the strip! Walnut Prawn, $42: 8 prawns, nice presentation with the dragon fruit. The coating was light and pleasantly soft hints of sweetness, yet lack of outer light crisp. Pea Sprouts, $28: came out overcooked, yet cold at the same time. How ironic! Short Ribs with five spices, $88: no taste whatsoever. Truffle Fried Rice, $36: nice truffle flavored, yet so bland. Honig Sauv Blanc Napa 375, $35.00: they treated us like we have no idea what wine is. The individual bowl to eat is so deep, about 3.25 inch and smaller on the top that it was super challenging to got food out of it using chopsticks. It's such poor design and planning! We understand the traditions of Cantonese cuisine are lighter and simpler in taste, yet, except the walnut prawn, all our food weren't bland and lacked seasoning. We will not coming back for any reasons and will tell everyone we know to spend their money elsewhere. You do have a walk quite a bit outside of the diner to use a restroom.

Yelp
Service: 3.5 out of 5 stars Quality of food: 3.5 Value: 2 Review of weekend seafood buffet only. We got sucked into trying the $60.88 weekend seafood buffet by one of the Youtube videos. I made a reservation through Opentable. It required me to pre-pay in full and included a mandatory 18% gratuity. I figured it was okay, the food in the video looked pretty good. An hour before our reservation, I received a call from someone at the restaurant to confirm. She asked about any dietary restrictions, which I thought was weird, given that this was a buffet. She emphasized there was a strict dress code, and that swim wear, flip flops, and athletic attire was not allowed. Lastly, she noted that I had pre-paid for my reservation. I acknowledged everything she said and told her we'd see them soon. Husband and I got gussied up and arrived at the appointed hour. The hostess welcomed us and then stated that they have changed the menu, included sushi, and were now charging an additional $20 per person. Don't you think that the time to inform me of that upcharge was when you called me an hour ago? Grrrrrrr. Since we were already there, Hubs said we should just go inside. We had an early dinner reservation and that was reflected in some of the food. The shrimp cocktail, while large, was still somewhat frozen. Some of the oysters were also iced over. Both got better as the meal wore on but it is strange for a "high end" buffet to not have quality control. And unlike the Youtube video I watched, there were no chilled mussels next to the raw oysters. The snow crab legs were already split, which was nice, and they were served cold. Unlike some buffets, they were sweet and were not water-logged. The sushi selection was pretty limited. There was only tuna, salmon, and yellowtail nigiri. However, all of the fish was very fresh and high quality, and the rice was nicely seasoned. The rice to fish ratio was appropriate. There was also three types of cut rolls. I only tried the California roll, and it was standard. The reason I wanted to try the buffet was the Peking duck and it was disappointing. Sigh. The skin was not that crisp nor flavorful and it was too oily. If the Peking duck was legit, the buffet would be worth $60.88 (the base price without the sushi upcharge) because Peking duck is expensive and that, combined with the other items on the menu, would make the price commensurate. The roast pork belly was also disappointing. When prepared properly, the skin puffs up and becomes crispy. The pork's skin was crisp but lacked the crackled puff you see in authentic roast pork belly. Double sigh. I did not eat any of the other hot food so I have no opinion of that. I don't eat the filler stuff, lol! Overall, for $80.88, this meal was a poor value given the small selection. There was basically snow crab legs, one type of raw oyster, shrimp cocktail, a small selection of nigiri and rolls, assorted fruit, one soup, about four hot entrees, fried rice, fried noodles, Peking duck, and roast pork. No dessert. Even if everything was delicious, top-shelf, and well-executed, at $80.88, you could go to Wynn for less at $75 or pay a bit more and go to Bacchanal at Caesars for $87, and get WAY more selection for a high-end buffet. The service once we were seated was very good. All the servers were attentive and prompt. I did have a conversation with the manager regarding the surprise upcharge and she waived it. She apologized again on our way out, and said they would do better. They gave us a wrapped sesame ball as a parting gift, which was delicious. The mochi had just the right of chew, the filling wasn't too sweet and the fry was not greasy. Why didn't they put those on a dessert table?! Oh, that so-called dress code that the restaurant emphasized before we arrived, that was a total joke. Not that we minded dressing up but there were a number of people in the restaurant who were in athletic attire. Men in t-shirts or hoodies and shorts, and women in leggings and sneakers. We were excited for a luxury Asian buffet but Genting Palace was let down. It basically consists of one row of food. The restaurant was a quarter full and at times there was a line of people waiting. If the restaurant had more people, the buffet line would just be worse. It is a small buffet and isn't designed to accommodate larger crowds. Genting Palace needs to re-jigger this buffet if it wants to make this more successful.

Yelp
Visited on a Friday morning to celebrate my mother's birthday, with reservations set for 7:30 PM. The food selection was good, featuring a variety of seafood like crab, shrimp, and oysters, alongside fruits, noodles, braised beef, dim sum, and duck, to name a few. The Peking duck station, in particular, exceeded expectations! The Cantonese cuisine was flavorful - Attentive staff, upscale decor and clean bathrooms added to the experience. However, the experience took a turn when the staff refused to replenish the dragon fruit, citing an early closure due to slow business. Such a small detail that speaks volume. While the issue was resolved after speaking with a manager, the reluctance to accommodate such a simple request initially left a disappointing impression. A small misstep that marred an otherwise great outing. Next day Edit - sadly, after trying Wicked spoon it's hard to unsee what Genting is lacking. For the price, food selection, included drinks, I'd save myself the trip.

Yelp
Genting Palace, Resort World.. Las Vegas. Did not meet food expectations as advertised We had the $68.88/person buffet in evening starting at 5pm.. They obviously try to make an ambience but fall very short of it. Our waiter Ian (filipino) was very super good.. Buffet was minimum, which is why I expected quality... but definitely not for the money. Food was mostly under par. Peeking Duck and porkbelly with mini buns was good but nothing special I can buy same quality of siomai at any corner store. Oysters was really bad.. cocktail shrimp do not hv fresh taste. Snow crabs was ok. Shrimp Noodles i could not eat.. Dessert fruits were nicely made but tasteless and hard. Hostess was rude ignoring my wife while we were being seated. I wish we can say more good as place and table settings were nice... but the nice place was 2/3 empty. Figures...

R G.

Yelp
We came here because we were influenced by an influencer on you tube. Wagyu fried rice, noodles, braised beef, fresh oysters but was greatly disappointed . There was no wagyu fried rice, the oysters were not fresh, the noodles taste bad (as if we were eating left over) braised beef did not taste good, the only good thing I had was the green tea I ordered and the Peking duck and fruits. Oh, the hostess that ushered me and my husband greeted only my husband, helped him seated, offered to hang his jacket at the chair and completely ignored me...not even a hello. ..for whatever reason my first time to come to Genting palace and she was rude to me. My husband found the oysters bad. I did not eat any of the oysters cause I'm allergic to it. We paid $68.88 each...a waste of money. Good thing our waiter was super friendly and helpful...

Person X.

Yelp
I chose the seafood buffet. The biggest factors of this are the food itself. The selection that was presented tasted good individually and were each well made. However, somehow every hot dish that was out was ice cold, especially the Peking duck and pork belly. Meat that's greasy like that cannot be consumed cold. The heat lamps above these two were either not warm enough or not close enough to keep the food hot. Even the items in the steaming plates were lukewarm at best. There also can and should be more items in the lineup, especially at the price point of $69. However, the service is the saving grace of this place. Most of the staff went out of their way to make our experience better, and addressed our concerns to the best of their ability in regards to cold food. It also helps that the place looks pretty.

Yelp
LUNAR NEW YEAR BRUNCH REVIEW Genting Palace started to do a special Lunar New Year brunch last year for $88.88 per person. They only had it for two weekends and there was so many posts about their brunch. Influencers and Youtubers alike covered the brunch and it all looked amazing. They had lobster, crab legs, Peking duck, and toro sushi/sashimi! However, when my friends and I went, there was no duck and no toro available. It was highly possible that because we went on the second weekend instead of the first, we got jipped. So this year, I've decided we needed to try it again and this time, we went on the first weekend. I had a reservation for a party of five for Saturday, the 10th, and for the first seating. When we arrived, we had two friends that were running a bit late but they were willing to seat us first, which was awesome. This year, they included king crab legs! However, they were pretty thin and there wasn't a whole lot of meat in the legs. They were no chilled lobsters like last year but they did have stir fried lobster pieces on top of noodles, Cantonese style. They did have chu-toro and we were able to ask for salmon belly from the sushi station run by Kusa Nori. The sushi was good and the sushi rice was on point. They were delicious and we kept going back for more! Unfortunately, this year's variety seemed smaller than last year's, especially the dessert section. Last year, they had another room opened for buffet food but this year, they did not open that room so there was limited space. They still had soup and congee. They still had dim sum items but this year, they had an abalone sui mai dim sum, which was pretty neat. The truffle and crab fried rice was just like last year and was super delicious. This year, they had pig's feet too, which we didn't see last year. They had lamb last year that wasn't available this year. But they did have Peking duck! So that was nice -- can't say it was the best Peking duck I had though. They had a small table that had smoked salmon and bowls of fruit. Except the fruit wasn't peeled so if you take fruit from the bowl, you have to peel it or slice it at your table. It's funny how they couldn't even be bothered to do that. Strawberries were also in that fruit bowl, which were extremely odd. Drinks aren't included in the buffet price, which is something I will never understand. If you include drinks in your buffet, people will get a soda or something similar. The more people drink, the less food they will be able to consume. Maybe they don't want people to fill up on liquid? Who knows. Service was okay. If you needed anything, you would still have to flag a server down. My husband got a soda but no one came by to ask if he wanted a refill when he finished it, which was disappointing. The price for the buffet this year hiked up to $128.88 per person but it was NOT worth it. The food was good and the quality was there but for the variety, it just isn't worth that price tag. I think at $88.88, it was still pass-able but not at $128.88. I honestly can't recommend it and I probably won't go back. If you can get it comped, it won't be a bad meal.

Yelp
We love Chinese food, and really love elevated Chinese food. We were greeted warmly and sat quickly. It's large inside and kind of bland. Very open and light colors. Was not very busy on a Thursday night but I bet it gets loud when crowded with nothing to block or absorb the sound. We had never been so we tried the dim sum platter and the Cantonese appetizer combo For the mains we had the roasted sea bass, 3 cup chicken and the Singapore style fried vermicelli Dim sum platter had 8 dumplings 4 different fillings, along with 3 sauces. They were all really good, with the shrimp and siu mai being my faves The combo app had duck with crispy skin, pork belly and BBQ pork. It was all delicious. I plowed through it all but the duck was my favorite The sea bass was cooked perfectly and had really nice flavor. Fell apart and was juicy and full of flavor 3 cup chicken was unbelievable. Spicy but not bad and in a mix of vegetables I devoured it. It's made with dark meat and equal parts soy sauce rice wine and sesame oil. Highly recommend The vermicelli was good too, had a curry flavor and came with shrimp and pork Very good Service was excellent. Had several people checking in and they explained all the dishes and the different chopsticks. (Black for eating white for serving from common dishes) always had water full and drinks ready Was a great experience and look forward to coming back

Barbara C.

Yelp
Buffet was didn't and too salty. I had cucumbers and rooms and Singapore noodles. $125 plus 18%. Go to Giordano's pizza.

Sherly D.

Yelp
The service was on the food was the same. We wanted to go shopping and just across the way was Wynn so that easy access.

Susie Q.

Yelp
They changed out their weekend buffet offerings to cheaper items now. No more mussels or clams with black bean sauce, lobster hargow, 3 cup chicken, or beef brisket off the bone. The shrimp also looks to be a cheaper variation of what was offered when buffet first opened weeks ago. For $60.88, it's not a bad deal, but feels a little dishonest and just outright cheap.

Abbi K.

Yelp
Last night, I found a slice of Asia in the heart of Vegas at Genting Palace! From the moment I walked in, the authenticity of the flavors transported me straight back to the streets of Guangzhou. The dim sum platter was a delightful start, each piece more perfect than the last. The maa po tofu packed just the right punch of spice, and the truffle chicken salad was a refreshing twist on a classic. The main courses were nothing short of spectacular. The Chilean sea bass melted in my mouth, and the crunchy cucumber salad was the perfect palate cleanser. The lightford tofu was like eating clouds, and the sweet and sour pork had just the right balance of flavors. But the star of the show? The Penang style char kway teow - it was like being back in Malaysia! Service? Impeccable. Kaylee, our server, navigated us through the menu with the expertise of a seasoned chef. The whole team runs a tight ship, making it the best Chinese dining experience on the strip so far. If you want an authentic Cantonese experience, this is THE joint to check. This is Not for the panda express regulars" .

Garret B.

Yelp
We were surprised this place wasn't fully booked. We got a table so easily just walking by. The place is decorated so beautifully. The silverware, the dishes, the sauce cups are all so divine. We had the cucumber, the dim sum combo, the pork/duck combo as appetizers. We had the lobster with butter sauce, the crispy pork, and the thin noddles. Everything was sooooo good. Not one thing was bad. The hot towels before our entree was a gorgeous touch. Please don't sleep on this place! Come. Victor was our server and he gave us so much on Chinese culture we didn't otherwise know.

Michael N.

Yelp
If you've ever tried Wing Lei at the Wynn, you will enjoy this restaurant. I liked everything I ate, honestly. We tried the following: Hot and Sour Soup Vegan Egg Rolls Shrimp Har Gow Shredded Angus Beef Hor Fun (beef flat noodles) Dessert: Genting Alaska 5* service as you might expect for a fine dining establishment, and we will certainly be back.

Tiffany C.

Yelp
The entry is beautiful. The seating is comfortable. I got a call a few hours after booking letting me know the dress code is enforced, so no hats, shorts, tank tops and sneakers y'all! Cindy was our server, she was great. We did a little appetizer tour of resorts world restaurants today. We had the hot & sour soup and the dim sum sampler. The soup wasn't enough to share... so I didn't. The dim sum was epic, the vegan mushroom stole the show, I'll be back for them.

James S.

Yelp
Dining at Genting Palace, which is housed in Resorts World Las Vegas, is a luxury Cantonese experience. The restaurant's tasteful décor and kind staff create the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable dinner. Their dim sum platter is always my first course; it's a gorgeously presented selection of siu mai and plump shrimp dumplings. Perfectly cooked meat and crispy skin make the Peking Duck another standout. I keep going back for the Roasted Sea Bass, which is a signature dish served with spinach and a delicate bonito soy sauce. Along with a wide range of wines, they also offer traditional teas, which I find to be quite varied. The meticulous service at Genting Palace guarantees that your drinks are always refilled and that all of your needs are satisfied, even beyond the cuisine. Whether you're sampling the distinctive Three-Cup Chicken or the Singaporean-style Fried Vermicelli, both of which have deep, real flavors, the staff's menu knowledge makes for a smooth dining experience. I think the elegant ambiance, excellent cuisine, and first-rate service make the price point higher than at other Chinese restaurants. Genting Palace provides an experience that is difficult to compete with for anyone looking for fine Cantonese food in an opulent setting.

Yelp
We chose to participate in the seafood buffet which I think was around $68 per person. I had booked and prepaid my reservation on OpenTable. The staff were very nice from being greeted on arrival to saying goodbye when we left. The wait staff were very efficient with clearing our used plates and checking on us to refill water and tea. It is a very lovely restaurant with a nice atmosphere. It was not too busy when we went and so it was very quiet inside. The buffet itself is quite small, but the food quality was excellent and very tasty. I think the value is in the unlimited crab legs, shrimp, scallops and oysters! The Peking duck was rich and delicious and the fried rice was light and flavorful. They would be my favorites. I really enjoyed my dinner and would highly recommend trying it!

G N.

Yelp
Service excellent. Food not so. Oysters small & dry, Same for scallops. Soup was some meat flavor not good. Small selection, not more than 20 dishes. Peking duck was the best, otherwise the rating would have been lower. For $68 you would expect more. Palms seafood buffet better.

Tim T.

Yelp
This place is incredible and I would plan multiple revisits every time I am in Vegas. The quality of the food is amazing and the service was also of the highest caliber. I recall I got the Singaporean curry noodles. I also got an incredible dessert. The interior is also pretty amazing and very traditional.

Michelle K.

Yelp
Honestly, I was not impressed. I know all of the other reviews rave about the amazing service, but I cannot say the same. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, even though it took quite a bit to get a menu and water after we were seated. Even if we overlook the service, I was not impressed with the food. I got walnut prawns. If I were to do a blind folded test between this restaurant's food and Panda Express, I don't think I'd be able to taste the difference. The only main difference was the price. Also, the interior had very unflattering lighting that did not do the lime green interior justice. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning.

Anthony D.

Yelp
Food was very good quality, Service was excellent. The ambience was excellent. The price was ok for what was presented, however the draw back here is that they have limited options for a seafood buffet. What was missing from this seafood buffet was sushi and sashimi along with the Rolls.

Gilbert R.

Yelp
Too expensive with terrible service. buffet not replenish don't come here they don't want your business. So sad

REVIEW FOR LUNAR NEW YEAR BRUNCH 2024 For some reason, the price per person increased up to $128.88 and the food spread wasn't even impressive. They had Kusa Nori making sushi rolls and sashimi at a Sushi station. The peking duck and Kagishima wagyu beef fried rice were delicious. There were plenty of king crab legs to share. What wasn't good? Everything else. The dim sum station was small and disappointing. The carving station only had one beef, and it didn't look appetizing. The meat looked dried out. The dessert station was terrible. It consisted of whole unpeeled fruits and many little sweet cakes. It wasn't a great spread at all. Sodas and juices weren't included in the cost of brunch, which was disappointing. Was the brunch worth $128.88? Absolutely not.

Yelp
We were in the mood for some authentic Chinese food right before going to a concert at Resorts World. The restaurant is truly beautiful and elegant. The restaurant is very quiet and they play nice Chinese songs. The staff was also excellent and attentive. Their food is excellent. The steam fish was pricey but well worth it. We also ordered fried rice and fresh vegetables and they were all delicious. We did have a problem with them bringing us prawns that were not fresh but Ching, the manager, took care of it immediately and apologized. Next time I'm in the mood for an authentic Chinese dinner, I will return to GP. Overall we had a very nice experience.

Yelp
I go to many fancy restaurants. Thus Restaurant has the BEST SERVICE of any Top Tier Restaurant I have been priveleged to dine at. We literally had up to 5 folks waiting on us. Our tea and drinks were constantly filled. Our napkins were handed to us to place on our lap. The server asked multiple times if they was anything she could do. The Gorgeous Decor made me feel like I was dining in an exotic restaurant in Asia. The food was delicious, fresh and healthy. The talented chef even sent over a small sample of fresh fish. This restaurant has jumped to bring one of my 2-3 favorite Vegas Restaurants! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Yelp
A fancy place inside of the Resort World Hotel and Casino. We weren't aware that it was a fine dining. The service was top notch. We stopped by for a quick bite last Sunday before heading out to the airport. My picky son really loved their duck, we had to order twice. The combo dimsum was also yummy. The beef fried rice was bomb! It was not on the menu but they made it for us. Everything was plated to perfection. The mocktail that the kiddos ordered was refreshing. The dessert was just okay, i think it was the Alaska something. We'll stop by again next time when we are in Vegas.

Yelp
The yummiest food in Vegas! Not only was all the food good the staff and service was top notch. Victor was the best server of all time. He gave the best recommendations and was beyond friendly. Can't wait to come again

Yelp
Based off the reviews and location we were soo excited to try this spot! The vibe and the service was spectacular however i wish i could say the same about the food! We ordered tons of stuff for me and my coworkers during a business trip, meaning we tried a lot of stuff.. we even ordered off the "secret menu". However, overall, i think we would of been better off going to China town or something. But the bathrooms were super clean and stocked nicely!! For starters, The food portions were tiny.. flavor was hit or miss, mostly missing, however the presentation was beautiful. What was mostly the table favorite was the simple veggie dish. I think this place is really Americanized for the non-chinese/asian pallet.

Yelp
Dumplings were delicious. Had the shrimp ones. Kung Pao was okay. Chicken rubbery and they charged $6 for rice. Dessert was delicious of two small chocolates. Service was impeccable. Really slow. Ice tea was delicious!

Yelp

Yelp
In celebration of Lunar New Year, my friend, Janet, hosted me to Genting Palace's 2nd Annual Dim Sum Buffet! Round One: King Crab legs, Jumbo Shrimp, and Lobster Tails piled high on a mountain of ice. All split and eat to eat. A delicious green goddess and red cocktail sauces on the side. And the pile of crustaceans never was never empty! I came back 2x for the lobster tails. Round Two: A typical array of Shu mai, Ha Gow, Steamed Pork Bau, and Sticky Rice. All good. Roast Duck, Pork Belly, and Crispy Pork are constantly being carved. Pork Belly and Baby Abalone in a Ginger Sauce was for the win! Round Three: Deserts. Mango pudding topped with Creme fresh was fabulous. Small cups 3x! Also available was prime rib, more Cantonese food (noodles, etc.), soups/salads, charcuterie, and breads. $88 per person. I'm coming back in 2024! Year of the Dragon!

Yelp
Genting Palace was such a pleasant surprise! We were in Vegas for a ladies trip and actually made it to dinner! Genting Palace is beautifully decorated - extremely high ceilings and plush, jade velvet booths and dark wood. Service was excellent and attentive and our food came out quick! We all shared family style. We got the dimsum (hargow and shumai), an egg flower type soup, crispy chicken with orange sauce, beef flat noodles, and the most amazing dish: TRUFFLE FRIED RICE. We inhaled everything! The drinks were Incredible as well - expertly crafted and beautifully presented. I love Resortsworld and will definitely be back to try all of the other dishes!

Yelp
My first experience at a really nice and expensive Chinese restaurant. Made a reservation online which was a very easy process. Came here with my date. The host brought us to our table. She placed the napkin on our laps. That was the first. I've never been to a restaurant that does that to their customers before. Our waiter came by. I don't remember his name. He addressed me as Miss Bang. Since the reservation was under my name. Very professional. He gave us a few minutes to look through their menu. Complimentary sesame chicken: interesting looking piece of chicken lol. It was good. Dim sum platter: came with 2 of each one. Pretty good size but nothing special. Stir fried beef: it was really good. Beef was super tender. Yang Chow fried rice: can definitely taste the freshness from the ingredients. Presentation was superb. Service was excellent. Always attentive. The waiters consistently refilled our water and tea. Food was good but small portion for the price. Am paying for the experience though.

Yelp
Service is terrible, waitor was very pushy on big tips. Me and my friends all got food poison after...

Yelp
THIS REVIEW IS FOR THEIR LUNAR BRUNCH ONLY HATE Price went up from the previous year AND the selection was cut in half! My reservation was at 2pm and they started taking the food away 45mins later. DISLIKE The place was maybe 50% full and the hostess couldn't sit me at a similar 2-top nearby cause "she already put it in the system." Some of the warm food was actually cold. A few pieces of shrimp tasted too fishy. Lack of traditional "dim sum" items. LIKE The somewhat unique ingredients in certain dishes (abalone, black molasses, etc). My nice server Nicholas. A manager did offer to grab some food for me before they took it all away. The peking duck station and the team member carving the duck. The sapin sapin pandan dessert. LOVE Nothing.

Yelp
$128.88 Lunar New Year Buffet was awesome. I like Pecking duck, lobster, King crab legs and leg of lamb.

Yelp
We were staying at Crockfords and Genting Palace was one of the restaurants tied to our stay. It was quite exceptional. The food was spectacular. My girlfriend had the Szechuan impossible meat and I had the tasting menu which included the sea bass. The food (and drink) were impeccable. I mean extraordinary. Every item in my tasting menu was 5 star. My girlfriends dish was a little over seasoned but had a great flavor profile. The service was perfection. Our waitperson was so kind and attentive. I would definitely come back here again and will recommend to all my friends and family.

Yelp
I was invited by a friend for Chinese New Year and was so excited that I even watched a YouTube video of previous years' spread and was so excited for lobster tails, big Alaskan King Crab legs, dim sum, and Sushi for $88 a person! I was very disappointed when I found out that there were no lobster tails, the crab legs were not that big or meaty. Still, even with those changes, I would say the $88 per person would be alright. They had great Filet Mingion, smoked salmon, duck, dim sum dishes, fresh sushi and sashimi, and some deserts. But, when the check came, I found out that they raised the price to $150 pp!!! Sorry, the buffet was not worth that price. Especially when the menu items were not what it formally was when it was $88.

Yelp
Over the top! This is the best Chinese food that I've ever had and will be back when we visit Las Vegas again. The service was amazing, the attention to detail was outstanding. The walnut shrimp and Yang Chow rice were worth coming back for, we were here 2 nights ago.

Lydia G.

Yelp
We very much appreciate the service from Victor. He's one of the most friendly, professional & the best we have ever met all these years since we've been to all the restaurants in Las Vegas.

Zachary P.

Yelp
Over priced and not authentic. I lived in china for over a decade and can say that this food kind of sucks.

Yelp
Our visit was at the bar during happy hour, while it was almost completely empty, but we needed a quick snack before dinner. The bar/lounge area is nicely decorated but very open to the hotel corridor, which kills the atmosphere (feels like you're in a mall). I ordered wine, which was good, although pricey. We got some shareable happy hour snacks: the wok fried minced beef, crispy spring rolls, and they threw in some bar snacks which were rice crackers and mustard pretzels. Nothing tasted any better than what you would get from a Chinese carry out for much less. The flavors were very bland and boring, so for the prices and lack of atmosphere, I would not go back.

Yelp
Such a lovely experience. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. We had the egg rolls, very crispy and light. The Wonton soup had a deep and tasty broth. Loved the spicy cucumbers, sweet, crisp and spicy. There were three of us, and the Peking Duck was more than enough to share. The staff serve the duck table side, and wrap and prepare the perfect size delights. The Alaska dessert is a must get. A lighter, fruit forward play on the original Baked Alaska. Do not miss this one. Next time we are in Vegas, we will come back. Worth a trip to the Hilton Resorts hotel. It is worth the trip..

Yelp
Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. They really know how to cook all of the different seafood types. The service is unsurpassable. Their obviously well-trained staff was running like a well-oiled machine. We were treated to a pre-dinner shrimp ball appetizer and an after meal sesame rice ball. They even brought us a nice mango dessert for our anniversary! Everything tasted fantastic, and had all of their own individual flavors. Even the prices were good. This is definitely a go-to place to impress. Just the table settings alone make one feel as if you are the VIP. They have lots of a table of service entrees like duck and whole fish.

Yelp
SERVICE: 5 FOOD QUALITY: N/A DRINK QUALITY: 5 ORDER TIME: 5 AESTHETICS: 5 NOISE LEVEL: 5 MENU SELECTION: 5 OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 5 I wanted to visit the new, hot casino in Las Vegas. After living here most of my life and then moving away I had to see all the new things that everyone is talking about. We chose to go to resorts world. After walking around we saw Genting palace, and decided to stop in. Their decor was very dark, but also very Asian inspired and beautiful. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted with a smile from the bartender. The menu was very upscale and they had tons of Japanese whiskeys to choose to from. After studying wine and whiskey in college I wanted to get my friend something that was very good. I ordered many of their top shelve Japanese whiskeys and we had such a good time. The service was amazing, and I can see why employees love working for this Malaysian company across the world. Overall this place was everything we were looking for, and more. I worked at Venetian for many years, and I never saw any employees as happy as the ones at resort world even after working in 4 different departments. They have the recipe to success. If you're looking for the service, or the upscale experience than look no further than this place.

Yelp

Yelp
Victor was our main menu concierge and he was delightful! We were here for my Aunt's birthday and she told him diet restrictions and preferences and he brought out delicious foods. His service was excellent as he was full of "riz" as the gen Z kids call it. Very charismatic and funny. Thanks for the great experience Victor and company Here are some photos.
