"Located inside Resorts World between the Hilton lobby and the main casino floor, this polished Cantonese dining room pairs traditional, imperial-inspired decor with an upscale banquet vibe and sizable a la carte offerings such as wok-fried Maine lobster, walnut prawns, Beijing duck, and A5 wagyu tenderloin. A recent buffet addition (launched around Lunar New Year and now continued as a permanent service) runs Wednesday through Sunday at $68.88 per person and is notable for its unlimited carved Beijing duck—served with butterfly-style steamed buns, scallions, cucumber, and hoisin—as well as standout seafood like Alaskan king crab, freshly shucked oysters, plump cocktail shrimp, Peruvian scallops, and sea snails. Hot stations deliver highlights including a vibrant hot-and-sour soup, shiitake mushrooms with fried tofu and bok choy, glossy fried noodles, shrimp-studded fried rice, clams tossed with Thai basil, and crisp pork belly from the carving station (fried lobster pieces were the weakest hot item). Desserts are minimal and very Asian—neatly arranged sliced melon and fruit with only a few planned Chinese-style sweets—and tea service is extra ($8–$18). For under $70, especially given the unlimited duck and occasional king crab, the buffet offers excellent value compared with other Strip options and feels like a refined casino-side option prepared to handle increased demand." - Matthew Kang
